I had a great experience with Kyle this morning and left with a set of hearing aids. She was great to work with and listened attentively as I explained issues that I’ve been experiencing. Especially where I had been told that one of my ears could not be helped. After her testing and interviewing me I left with a hearing aid in each ear and the discovery that my good ear actually needed help as well. I went into this hearing appointment not really expecting anything. I walked out with head held high, having received great service from from Kyle and all the staff . the doctor was awesome, very informative and kind . I was brought to tears when I heard clearly for the first time! On the way home, I actually turned my blinker on and did not realize this but my blinker makes noise - AND I COULD HEAR IT! Took my 86-year-old mother in for an evaluation today. Was thrilled with the kind staff, complete examination of her hearing and treatment plan. Could not have been more pleased, from my first contact on the phone, to walking out of the office after my appointment.I was having trouble with my right ear, a feeling of fullness and a definite loss in hearing. I suspected an ear wax issue.I called Modern Hearing Solutions and Cassandra was able to get me in within two days. I met with Kyle, who examined my ears and confirmed my suspicion. Within minutes my right ear was flushed, the wax removed, and my hearing much improved. She spent additional time answering questions about tinnitus and loss of hearing. She suggested some options for moving forward with testing and the eventuality of hearing aids. She was in no way high pressure, just informative. I appreciated her calm demeanor, too.Cassandra, the front desk person, was pleasant and professional. The facility clean and not medically intimidating.All in all, it went flawlessly for me.

5/5!! I have incredibly small ear canals that get blocked with wax from time to time, and this is the first time I have had a pleasant experience, and did not leave in tears! Usually, due to my ear canals being so small medical professionals have a difficult time helping me. Here was so different. She was polite, confident, made me feel comfortable, and she was quick & efficient. I was not even there for an hour! She has a passion for what she does and it shows! I’ll never go anywhere else from this point forward. (Also affordable) she is my new super hero and I’m buying her cape. :)

Today was my first appointment with Kyle Marie Woods, MA., F-AAA, Certified Audiologist at Modern Hearing Solutions (Canton Office) and to say the least, I was extremely impressed with my experience from the time I stepped in their office until my appointment was concluded. I was greeted warmly by the front desk office gal, Cassandra, who was very pleasant, respectful and professional and kind. Cassandra then gave me some paperwork to complete and when I was finished, she showed me into the office where I then met the audiologist, Kyle. Kyle gave me a very thorough hearing exam, she answered all my questions, cleaned out my ears, showed me the new hearing aids and let me try out the hearing aids that was equipped with the newest technology and WOW! She took her time with me, I never felt rushed or pressured. I highly recommend Modern Hearing Solutions to anyone who are hearing impaired. They made a follow-up appointment for 3 months. I am extremely happy that I went to Modern Hearing Solutions and will never go anywhere else for my hearing needs!

They tested my hearing and explained all the options for a hearing aid. I purchased a pair of hearing aids. I am now able to hear great and not get frustrated anymore because of hearing loss. It has been a great experience. I did not know my hearing could improve so much. The quality of the hearing aids is unbelievable.

After waiting for almost 2 years for the VA to help, decided it was time for me to go on my own. As it turned out I did not have to go on my own once i called Modern Hearing Solutions. Everyone was fantastic from the girl at the front desk to Mallalaha my audiologist. Had a very thorough hearing exam then was informed as to all of my options. Within a week i had my hearing aids and life is great once again. Will have my final adjustment in a week. all my questions have been answered and never felt rushed at any time. highly recommend them to all my friends.

Going to Modern Hearing was an amazing experience! From the first call, I knew I was going to be in great hands. I went in there expecting an old school hearing aids that my grandparents use to wear and I walked out with full blue tooth capable, easy to wear hearing aids. I love them. I can now hear what people are saying to me and about me- lol. The thing I love is I can be on phone calls, listen to music- rock on Genesis and Phil Collins- and I can be multi tasking at same time. The folks at the Canton office, who are the best, allowed me to demo a set while insurance was approving them. Yesterday I I walked out wearing my new pair and they have a full three warranty. A friend of mine told me they had paid $500 more for their moms old school hearing aids. I highly recommend Modern Hearing Solutions.

I started wearing traditional hearing aids at the age of 27, which simply make sounds louder. My age today is 67, I decided to make an appointment at Modern Hearing Solutions. Doctor Kyle explained that the traditional hearing aids have been phased out and replaced with Neuro Technology include binaural processing (two ears working together),sound orientation (ability to detect the source of incoming sounds with increased accuracy),enhanced clarity of voices (even soft speakers),automatic adaptation to environment (no more pushing buttons and adjusting volume),and noise-cancellation filtering of background noise to enhance hearing conversations in noisy environments (hearing better in crowded rooms, restaurants, ect. Kyle Woods was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She was very patient when assessing my grandmothers needs and helped us come up with affordable options. She even called the next day to check in on her! Can you believe that?! She always made herself available for questions that Gram had while getting comfortable with her new hearing aids. For the first time in forever, Gram asked US to turn the TV down! I highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience at Modern Hearing solutions. Everyone was friendly and professional. The offices were spotlessly clean and all Carona Virus precautions were utilized.Wait time was minimal before seeing Omallah Bush, my excellent audiologist. She was kind and most knowledgeable while she answered all my questions and completed a thorough hearing test. My hearing aids arrived within a week. Ms Bush took plenty of time to explain the care and wearing of them. She made sure they fit properly and that I knew how to put them in, take them out, adjust volume, recharge them, etc. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience.

Clarity was the main problem with my old hearing aids. Kyle set me up with new hearing aids which I tried out for a week. My wife and I were amazed at the difference they made and after purchasing them we are still well pleased.

Wow these new hearing aids are so much nicer, clearer and easier to use than the older version. I love having them come through my phone. I can adjust them on my phone, answer a phone call with just a touch and best of all no squeals when anything gets close to my head. I know they can do more. Just haven’t gotten that far.

Modern Hearing is where I bought my hearing aids 4 yrs ago. They have improved the quality of my life greatly! Recently I purchased the TV connector for the hearing aids. Dr. Smouse connected the device and reviewed the procedure for use and its functions. Great place very caring and thorough staff

If this was my first experience with a hearing aid provider I might not be able to compare and know how much difference there actually could be between businesses. I was content with my previous provider but when they parted ways with my insurance I had to find another provider that would deal with my insurance. Researching local providers MODERN HEARING seemed to be a good fit. Boy was I right !They are very professional and know what they are doing but almost make me feel like making money is an after thought to them. Kyle makes me feel like family and takes away the typical awkwardness I feel with so many others in the medical field I have had to deal with in this past year with my other issues that have come about. She makes me feel like a friend that wants to make my life better and she probably does not know how much that means to me right now. From the front office personnel, prices, free coffee and cookies I highly recommend them.

Great people, very polite and patient with elderly. My only complaint is we purchased refurbished hearing aids for my father in law, we brought them in 3 times for service and they couldnt find anything wrong or they said it was wiring so they would replace that. However, all this time later, he still only wears one hearing aid which he thinks helps but it doesnt. We still have to tell and his tv volume is set to 38 when I can hear it clearly at 7... would caution people from ever getting refurbished. Was a waste of money and such a disappointment. The bad hearing aid squeals very loud or it will stop working and come back on working any hour later for no reason. Dont do refurbished... if we had the money we would buy new
