I have had Miracle Ear hearing aids for several years. Since I travel and work, I have been to Miracle Ear offices in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky . In all of these places, the people in the offices were polite and helpful. Call the office in Canton about a problem I was having with my hearing aids and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, after about 15 minutes, a guy came out, did not introduce himself and ask which hearing aid was I having a problem with. I gave it to him and he left me in the lobby, took my hearing aid to the back. After a few minutes he brought it back and said it just needing cleaning. I highly recommend the Miracle Ear hearing aids, but would suggest anyone interested go to another office.
