I was having issues with my aid, and called them after having gone to Beltone, and modern hearing with pretty bad experiences. Brian (owner) took care of me right away. I was able to walk in, get it cleaned..and Stacy is also hard of hearing and she can relate so that was pretty cool. But I was producing a lot of clicking and static in my aid, and brain told me I can make payments to pay it off so he can get it fixed. I literally cried to him thanking him so much! They are AMAZING and I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Omni for being here for me and relating to everything I’m going through!

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids so I called them. They were actually closed but told me I could come in. The girl that was there said she would look at it. About 15 minutes later she returned my hearing aid working better than ever. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Omni was able to work me in 2 weeks before my insurance expired. They are so customer service based. I love them all! Very friendly and caring. I cant say enough about Omni. I thank them for everything they have done to work with me to get hearing aids!!!❤😊👍

Despite the cute little signs on the reception desk that indicate that customer service is not our thing and we dont care --- I think their services is awesome! I have been there twice in the last month (w/out an appointment) on behalf of my hospice mother in law and they have gone out of their way to assist us.

They worked with us to make sure mom was fitted with hearing aids that would improve her quality of life.

Mark runs a first class operation. We recommend him highly.
