I originally had 2 appointments 1 before lunch 1 after lunch. They were able to squeeze in both appointments before lunch. The dr called me back with hearing test results and what they were doing next. They were all very polite.

This was by far the most useless visit to the doctor that I’ve encountered. She did not provide any solutions. She makes you feel incompetent. She said there were no solution for the pain and that my daughter should just live with it, even when the audiologists told us the problem and the solution. If there were a way to offer zero as a rating, I would. I’m going to ask my insurance provider to not pay since there was not a service provided. Just a waste of time. I will dipute my copay as well. Very disappointed and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

I had two appointments, one for audiology testing and the other with Dr. Montero Brandt. Everyone was very friendly, took their time to understand my issue and explained everything. I was seen on time for both appointments. Wonderful experience! Thank you!

We have spent more than a month to and from this office. The reception office is terrible with no responsibility to the patient or the office itself. It is hard to have someone receive your call (during office hours) and if they do then you are likely to have your appointments misplaced. We went for hearing test and the doctor asked for MRI. The blood work required from MRI scan clinic was for Kidney but they ended up doing some numbers on his Heart. That was crazy and to top that they failed to make the MRI office or us aware of the mistake. When we went to the Scan center, it was 6 hours wasted and another week to get an appointment for MRI scan. We had travelled 3 hours (one side) to get upright MRI in Indiana, from Detroit.The office has done this before and has kept us misguided all the time. Lack of information and they try to make total fool of the patients visiting the center. I would never try this place again or recommend anyone here.

They really don’t listen. They are not welcoming and the doctor literally rushed me and tried to tell me I wasn’t experiencing what I’ve been experiencing for 3 years.... She acts like she knows it all and she didn’t run tests on me at all.

I am sure they are competent, but the doctor was rude to my daughter. No bedside manner.
