Tried to open a second account for my wife and I and buy 2 new flip phones. What a train wrech this team is. Left 5 messages with Mathew B (manager) and never even tried calling me back. This has been going on for weeks and lots to story. Do not recommend this location to anyone!!! Going to cancel other account and return the one phone they did get me. Just over being treated like I do not matter. Just a call is all it would have taken. Mathew is rude and had no care of new buisness.
Great Service!!!My closest Verizon store closes at 6:00pm which makes it impossible to go to when you work. I then went to another Verizon who decided to close an hour early. So I ended up at the Cape Coral store and I’m glad I did!! Andrew Fiechter was great. He showed me all of my options but was not pushy (very important). He helped me find the deal that works best for me. I highly suggest to anyone to use this store and ask for Andrew!!!!
My SIM card on my phone today recently crashed and needed a new one, the store was closing soon and I felt bad showing up that late but Mike and Scott still greeted me at the door asking how they could help me. This is costumer service at its best! Mike had set up my new SIM card for me and my phone went up and running in just a few minutes, then went out of his way to inform me we had upgrades available at great prices that I had no idea we even had! With my first time being at this spotless store and the information I now have, I’ll be coming back very soon to see Mike or Scott about my upgrade. I highly recommend stopping at this store you never know what these guys can do for you.

Above and beyond great service!I had a small misunderstanding about my iPhone purchase with one of the sales reps and contacted the manager Mathew to let him know. Although it was his day off, Mathew took the time to interact with me until the issue was totally resolved. He patiently explained the misunderstanding, rectified the situation, and left me feeling like a valued customer. He even followed up by text to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Turns out it was merely miscommunication between the sales rep and me. I appreciate the extra care that was taken, and, as a result, I will be a return customer for any future cellular needs I may have. Bravo for the great service and thank you.
Today I had the greatest experience at this Verizon store! My daughter and I had to purchase a new phone for her and we had Mike who helped us. Hasoona has a good customer service interactions an is very knowledgable about Verizon. What i did like the most about the customer is that there was no wait time, fast and reliable.

This is a disrespectful place. They are not professional at all, have a bunch of kids working and there are new employees every single month.First of all, what they want is your money, they dont care about what you want, they care about what makes them a good commission. John Adam, is a very rude person just because you are the manager does not mean you own the store! and needless to say there is a kid named Josh? If I am not wrong that is his name, kid seemed high in the sky while I was there. All I have to say is find a store that actually cares about your needs and helps you instead of being more concerned on what commission they are going to make.

My wife and I went into the store and a nice young man named Mike helped us on Capecoral parkway in Cape Coral Florida. The intent was to transfer myself over to Verizon and get three I phone 12 s with unlimited everything. I realized my wife a school teacher who had her 25.00 discount was not receiving it. This was proven verified when Mike looked it up and called to have it verified. She said I will put you on hold and get you to bvb the proper person to get your credit. After being on hold a hourvthey hung up. Mike called again only to be told that this wasnt verified. Which it was.Mike was not happy as we listened to the whole conversation. Was they couldnt do anything because it was a government regulation...All theycould do was recertify her teacher account and start the discount New. This was a over pay of 450.00.So as we felt bad for Mike as he was as amazed as we were, we left. This morning I got up after sleeping on this and thought this is wrong in so many ways. As a Administrator of 30 yrs I know your only as good as your word. Fact it was verified by Verizon staff twice,fact they the company dont care.. It looks like AT@T is in my future. Sad as I live less than a me from their store. Trying to decide how to continue with this as I believe we the people deserve better.. Thank you Mike for your help. This is by know means a reflection of how much you tried to help.
Very disappointed!!!! There were no Samsung on stock! I was told Samsung are not that popular (red flag )they would have to order it..... So as a potential new customer I asked the sales lady (Amanda) With the plan that I want what phones are available? I was sitting in front of her as she began to do a search in her computer she actually turned away the monitor so that I wont see the discount phones. I guess only the ones she wanted me to see!!! I just walked out..... I really wanted to buy a phone but her sales skills were awful....needs training
We walked into this store with 2 phones that had issues. We were immediately met by Hoosana. He went out of his way to help us and found us ahughe discount on our new phones. He spent over 2 hours with us explaing in detail how to use our phones.

They scam you. I traded two iPhones in for a newer phone and no discount was ever applied to the new phone like they said. I’m still paying the full amount yet they got two iPhones worth at minimum $500 from me.

Recently when I was purchasing a new phone, I was fortunate to get service from Jonathan Pierre. Since I have limited experience with smart phones, Jonathan took the time to explain and teach me to use the new features to make me comfortable with these functions. Jonathan is very patient, customer orientated and very knowledgeable. In addition, he stated that he will always be available for consultation whenever I need additional assistance.

My phone had gone completely blank..nothing on the screen! Id tried the usual stuff...off/on..things that sometimes works. The young lady that helped me fiddled with it for a little while and finally found a launcher called Nova that had made its way onto the device and completely screwed it. She deleted that app and BINGO it was working.....that girl knew her stuff...great service!
This is a relatively new store. While its not the store that I bought my phone at, it is closest to my shop. Ive been there on a few occasions and they have always been super helpful and fixed a few billing issues that I had so if youre looking for a new phone, definitely hit this place up.

Just upgraded to a new IPhone 7 from an IPhone 6. All went well with the exception of being able to send work emails (was able to receive). I took my phone to Verizon and was greeted by Greg Robinson. Within a very short period of time, Greg had me up and running again, saving me a ton of frustration. Greg was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous - highly recommend!
Recently traded in my Galaxy S5 for an S9. Transfer of data and photos went flawlessly! Staff at the site were knowledgeable, well organized and efficient. All questions answered. Later, discovered wireless charger didnt work. Staff quickly determined Otter case blocked transmission. All in all, an EXCELLENT experience!

We arrived earlier in the day to upgrade my phone to a later model iPhone, and also to switch over a phone on an existing plan. The transition went smooth and successful. It was busy when we arrived, but the employees made sure everyone was seen and received the help they needed. John Adam Jackson is a wonderful part of their team, knows what he is doing, and was highly engaged with helping us. Overall, the experience we had at this Verizon store was amazing.
Greg the Great is a gregarious guy who went above and beyond to help us this afternoon! He was so helpful in navigating us through the seven levels of the candy cane forest, past the sea of swirly twirly gumdrops and through the Lincoln Tunnel to a newly activated Verizon iPhone a mere 24 hours after Christmas morning. This is a wonderful new location with even better employees and I will be recommending them to everyone!
I have yet to write a review for any store that I have visited, my trip to this Verizon store has changed that. I bought an Iphone XR online from Verizon along with a bundle deal that included a case, screen protector, etc. No problems and absolutely amazing customer service over the phone with corporate. Figured I would stop into this store to get a phone replaced under warranty and get the case and screen protector placed onto the phone. The worker was giving me contradictory information from what I was given originally and wanted to charge me 35 dollars to place those objects on my phone. I told him no because Ive had Verizon do it for free numerous times before. He told me to go to the corporate store, but that he GUARANTEES they will also charge. I was into and out of that store within 5 minutes and it was done FOR FREE without even mentioning my experience at this store.**My advice, just go to the corporate stores. Ive heard horror stories about the customer service at this location and have now experienced it first hand. They may help you, but you wont be saving any money at all. Go to the corporate stores in Fort Myers (next to Costco) or the one on Pine Island if you want quality customer service and to save yourself from being scammed.
