I bought a brand new MB sprinter motor home in October 2019.I noticed right away the collision avoidance system is not functioning.Mercedes techs gave me the wildest explanations -(BS - ) unable or unwilling, to find the problem with the automatic brake assist system on my Mercedes Benz sprinter.MB USA is no help either.This problem occupied a lot of my time and patients.Multiple visits to 3 dealerships in the last 2 years.Than I found Direct Tech.It took less than 10 minutes for the Technician to diagnose the problem.The sensor needs to be calibrated.Thanks JackPs why couldn’t the highly trained experts at MBdo that . ? ?I am still waiting a response from MB .after all the warranty is still in effect.

Had a problem with My daughter 2013 VW Beetle didnt recognize the key fob (its a keyless ignition). Took it to Volkswagen of Fort Myers they s the key needed to be reprogrammed $152. It didnt work. Then was told it needed a new key fob $438. Plus $152 to Program. Total almost $800. And didnt work. So then they and Volkswagen Corporate support said it needed a new dash Cluster $1045. With installation it would have been almost $1500. For Cluster. I said hell no. But I still had a almost $800. Bill before I could get the car back in the same condition they received it. I talked to the General Manager and got the bill reduced to $76. For their attempt to program the Key. A friend told me to Call Jack Short at Direct Tech, Inc. We got the car to him for a diagnosis fee of $150. At around 3pm today. She received a message from Jack at almost 10pm the car is fixed. Total bill only $260. So for anyone with a electronic problem with there Vehicle take To Direct Tech, Inc. Jack is a Godsent Blessing!!! FIVE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rating all the way. ****NOTE**** The Vehicle somehow ended up In Sleep Mode!!! And VW Certified Technicians couldnt figure that out!!!
