Today was our first visit to this store. We were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff!! They took their time educating us and answering our questions. Employees were friendly and courteous and did a great job matching color and texture of my paint sample. The store environment was clean and safe, with all employees wearing masks. The 40% off sale price was great also!

Ordered paint online for pickup from this location. 6 hours after placing the order (it’s supposed to be filled within 2 hours according to their website), my husband went to check why the order hadn’t been filled and was told they didn’t have the product, but they would have it in stock the next day and could fulfill it then. My husband said that was fine and left. They are supposed to call if there is a problem with the order. The store never did. Today when I went to check on the order, it no longer exists in my online account. I’m assuming the store cancelled the order because they still didn’t have the product in stock. Again, no phone call and no communication of any kind. Now I’ve wasted another day when I could have easily gotten what I ordered from another store had they taken the time to communicate with me. I’ve used this store in the past without issue, but clearly their online ordering/store pickup process has problems.

I have visited Sherwin-Williams paint store at 47th Terrace on a few occasions. Absolutely love the quality of their paint. The store has friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s always clean and organized in that store. I’ve always had positive shopping experience at that location. Thank you!

Most of the locations only have 1 to 2 clerks assisting customers, this paticular store had 4, so even though there was a line, it went relatively quick...courteous, and very suggestive for problem solving..great location!!!

Sherwin-Williams offers excellence in service and product quality. This is an extremely experienced store and the sales associates are helpful, very friendly and understanding. I love their variety of colors which beautifully accommodate my design visions.

Do to this virus problem, l was able to xall in an order of paint, the clerk took his time to get the color l requested, added brushes and sand paper l needed for the project. I was able to drive up to the store and call him l was their and he put my order on a table for me to pick up. Very good service especially in these times.

Excellent customer service, helping in every stage of painting project, from picking out colors to the correct sanding materials, to the right primer bonding agent, etc... Associates are well versed on product knowledge.

Great service ...called in my order from.parking lot and within 10 min, the associate brought out my paint. Great ...especially during this weird time with COVID 19.

Had a hard time getting a reorder on paint, slow service and customer service is lacking especially with certain employees. Paint is a bit overpriced and the brushes etc are VERY overpriced
