I have been a customer for years. I always see Jose to do my account. He is one of the best customer service person that i can ask for. He can help with any problems you have with your account or you phone. I highly recommend him to go see.

I happened to be in Carlsbad that day and decided to go check out the cricket store....Well to my surprise I found someone really nice since the moment I walked in I was greeted with a big smile!! (I have been to escondido location by mission) and the girls there are always rude!!I am so happy I found this location and with such a great costumer service his name is Jose Abarca... It was totally worth the drive! He had no problem explaining me the differences between phones I just felt very welcome! He was very outgoing and great communication skills... I strongly recomend this place... If you are like me that doesnt know much about phones and need someone to be patient and explain all the questions you might have, look for this guy!!Happy with my phone and happy with the service!

Jose has been the Go To person at CRICKET store. He is always with the greatest customer service and positive attitude. I will not go to another Cricket store. Thank you Jose.

Cricket has what I need in a phone service. I use Cricket for both my personal and business needs. No dropped calls and good customer service when you use their 611 service. I have been a customer now for 4 years and I have no complaints. Ive had ATT, Sprint, T-Mobile, and as you can see I DONT USE THEIR **** NO MORE. My monthly bill is always the same price, and I control what I pay, not my provider. My call speeds are as good or better than the ones Ive listed above and I was (past tense) a customer of. I have had nearly all the big carriers, except Verizon and I be willing to bet, at the end of 12 months, that I got just as good of service as a Verizon customer at 1/3 the cost. The money I save every year using Cricket Wireless makes 3 of my car payments, as opposed to what I was paying for with ATT Cellular. Wheres youre money going? Youre giving away your money to crooks. You ever been late making a payment? Well? You know at one second PAST late your gone, cutoff, your holding one big 18 more payments to go, GLASS BRICK. CRICKET is cool, they work with you, they call it Bridge pay. Why would I give away my money to those crooks? Im a real person, a real customer, and happy too, with money still in my pocket. 4 stars, only so high because of Enrique! This is for the location inside the mall..I went there a while back after my essentially brand new phone (idol 5) charging port stopped working to find out my options ( no insurance) I had an old LG phone (cricket phone phone i had before purchasing the idol 5) and asked about getting service on it temporarily until I figured out what my plan would be. They told me its be like $25. I didnt do it. I left, figuredfid try to jist swap thr sim.. so i took the Sim out and slid it into the old phone and it worked immediately (for free)A few weeks later after dropping the old LG and breaking it, I went back and thats when I met Enrique. He was so helpful. He let me use the computer to compare and look at reviews of different phones, have me his honest opinion about a few things, AND have me info on manufacturer warranty claim somes the phone broke for no fault of my own and I had no insurance on it. I still bought a new phone from him on the spot (moto e5) and Im going to call the # he gave me about the warranty, and hopefully if it gets approved Ill get my idol fixed or replaced, then Ill keep 1 phone and give the other to my boyfriend. I just really appreciated how he took time to actually help me, offer advice and opinions. I normally hate doing to any cricket store for new phones because I always get mad about all the deals and discounts for new customers only. Its annoying. Wheres the reward for being a long time loyal customer?If it wasnt for other general issues with cricket isI give,, 5 Stars. without Enrique, Id prob only give 1 star.

The service completely sucked-

The first time that I walked into this store to stop and talk to a friend that I know, I was never welcomed to the store by the manager Jose, he never acknowledged me so I felt unwelcomed. The second tome I entered the store a few days later to talk to my friend about getting me a phone, I experienced the same thing from the manager Jose. The third time that I walked into the store to buy a phone, I experienced the same thing but not only from the manager but also form the owner, Hann. As I was being helped by my friend and he had all of my info on the laptop, the manager, without asking used the laptop and deleted all my info. He never apologized or gave me eye contact. The fourth time I walked into the store to get a cover for my phone, once again the manager Jose did not welcome me. The only person that did was a girl that works there and Oscar who was kind and courteous to me and made sure that I was taken care of. Oscar and this girl would be the only reason that I go back to this store, and if werent for them Id never go back. so if you intent to go, I advice you to get help from Oscar Salazar or the girl.

I went to this cricket store and the manager over there his name Jose he sold me a Phone and has a cricket policy this phone I can return it in seven days I didn’t like the phone the next day I want to head to return it they said the only person can return the phone as the manager and he’s not here come back tomorrow between 10pm and 7pm and they said nobody at the store can return the phone except him so I come the next day and then try to return the telephone and they said they have to charge me $25 restocking fee which is the store manager didn’t notify me about this chart and never told me and they won’t return the phone and less I pay the restocking fee worst cricket store ever you go don’t ever go there are they are crooks They have the worst customer service ever don’t you ever go there I advise you
