Havent had anything but great interactions here. The younger man that works here is knowledgeable and polite. I bought a Sebo here. They gave me a box of filter as well. They then ordered a hepa filter for it and there was a problem with the delivery so they said theyd just ship it to my house instead. I also dropped unused bags from our previous vacuum and he quickly gave me another box of filters for my new vacuum. Would highly recommend this place.

Went in today to see if I could dropOff my mother in law’s vacuum which seemed to be clogged. Ray was kind enough to get it out of my car for me, and worked on it right then and there. He also put a new filter and belt on for me, and all for a whole lot less than I was expecting to pay. And even cleaned it up a bit! I can not recommend this place enough, friendly, professional, and quality work. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Went in bit desperate because I could not figure out how to change the bag on cleaner. Person was so helpful, showing me how, changing it and even cleaning out the inside of cleaner. I think it says a lot about the type of business they run. Will be back when I have a real problem with the cleaner.

I bought a Riccar Brilliance Upright fron this place in 7-2009, the owner gave me a heck of a deal and really thanked me for coming so far out of my way--Im in Greenwood and Hes north about 30 miles...I got the top brilliance model for about 35% off retail...he even said I could trade up if I wanted to down the road...Might take him up on it. There is another level of uprights above the brilliance models and we have loved this model so much i think it might be time to trade up.

Although I had good experiences in the past with the young guy that worked there, the woman who is there now is horribly rude and clearly doesnt understand the concept of customer service. After my last experience with her, I will definitely NOT be returning.
