Several years ago we renovated our kitchen and replaced all of our appliances, which we purchased at Lee. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, making sure that everything was on schedule, no small feat as we had several contractors working to wrap things up.That alone would have earned five stars, but I am writing this to comment on the experience I had yesterday while trying to resolve a minor issue with our dishwasher. Jeanne answered my call. She was friendly and reassuring, and then promptly followed up with more than I had asked for but information that will allow me to address this and any future issues I could have on my warranties. This is the treatment I would hope to get if I walked in to make a purchase, but not what one often finds four years later.This is why we chose Lee Supply and why we will choose them again in the future.

Tried to buy a new water heater directly, and then through a licensed plumbing contractor, and they wouldn’t sell either of us a new unit. The best they’d do is make an out of the box, “scratch and dent” unit available at what sounded like full price. Not happy about their policy and they surely aren’t living up to the “Supply” part of their name. I certainly won’t try to use them again for anything.

Suppose to deal with a dented door on fridge after spending over 20,000 on appliances. Horrible service!

I bought all of my kitchen appliances from them and two years later my dishwasher needed to be replaced. Chris came out to install the new dishwasher and told me the last one was installed incorrectly by Lee Supply. I had to buy a new $1300 dishwasher for no reason and when I asked if they could help me they ignored me! I don’t recommended Lee Supply at all!!! I will never shop there again. You would think after you spend 7 grand, they would take better care of you.

I bought a subzero refridgerator and a asko dishwasher from Lee Appliance in Carmel this last July 2020. I was told by the sales person to get measurements for the refrigerator on line. The cabinets did not measure properly and my cabinet maker had to redo them!! I cant believe on such an expensive product that Lee would not gives us more details to make the cabinets! The asko dishwasher is now broken after 2 months use and we are still waiting for repairs. I would avoid Lee appliance store. What a mess!!

Waited 30 minutes after pulling up 2 trucks pulled up after me and then i had to get out and ask where my order was because both trucks got theirs before me after I had been there already my order was placed 2 days prior

Great people. If you dont support local family owned business your only choices will come from a big box retailers only. Yes many big box retailers have liberal return policies. You will eventually pay for it with higher prices and lack luster support. I was a manufactures rep for 25 years.

Called for pricing on some faucet rough-in parts. Decent price so I drove over to pick it up and was charged approximately 20% more. I told her that wasn’t the price I was quoted and she said without a care that she didn’t know what I was talking about and just depends on who types up your ticket. Offered no help to figure it out and had a “sorry about your luck” attitude. It takes very little effort most of the time to have decent customer service, but it seems it was too much to ask today. I will not be back.

I woke up this morning to the a/c blowing warm air. A quick diagnosis told me the capacitor was shot. A phone call and quick trip to Lees and the house is cool by lunch. Steve D. fixed me up with the right capacitor quickly and politely. You cant ask for more than that. Thanks!

Was in a bind with a furnace igniter going out. They had the part in stock. Top notch customer service in the parts department. Price actually lower than I found in an online search. Will be my first stop in the future!

Lee Supply has a beautiful showroom with quality products as well as average products that are expensive. We are renovating and have dealt with multiple frustrations when placing a simple order from Home Depot or Lowes. So we decided to get out of that bureaucracy and try paying more $$ in exchange for expecting reasonable service.I ordered a dishwasher at Lee Supply on Dec 19 (thats 7 weeks ago) and was told it would take about 2 weeks to arrive. My credit card was charged. Have not heard a word, I called and left a message 2 days ago. Still crickets. I did repeat my phone number on the message, as well as giving them phone and address with the original order.They have over $2K, I have not the courtesy of an explanation. Its like dealing with Home Depot at twice the price.Edit: after a second call I did receive a call from a manager who apologized and assured me there was a problem with 1 employee, and has scheduled the dishwasher install. I intend to give them a second chance and will update my review accordingly.Second edit: dishwasher was delivered as promised with good service from installers. I have since went back and purchased a faucet there. The order with that went well, from the sales person to the individuals at the counter.

Takes 3 to 6 hrs to deliver. Dayrunners come in expecting doors to be open for them. No room to turn a full size truck without going into a door

The customer service was on E today. The guy I talked to acted as if assisting me was a total inconvenience. Sorry I stopped in to pay $40 and interrupt your texting. Ridiculous.
