If you want to know what a worst customer service experience is come to this place.When you want to purcahse a glass they are very good and if there is any problem after that the after service is terrible.I had 2 experience especially with the manager Lisa.No wonder they have poor rating.

The Manager and staff are very attentive and thorough and want you to be happy with your purchase of eyewear. The people at the vision center will take the time to review your prescription and make recommendations based on it so you can be assured of getting a good product for your eyes. Over the years I have taken my family there and have always been pleased with their products and service.
