Brought my daughter in to have her ears re-pierced after years of her not having them pierced and was a bit surprised by how standoffish the staff were considering all the amazing reviews I had heard specifically about their piercings. No instructions on caring for the piercings or how long to leave them in. I was just disappointed by the lack of customer service and how quickly the staff seemed like they wanted to get us done and out of the store.

They have great employees that are always very friendly and helpful. They have the best make-up Ive ever worn. I really hate when I have to wear a substitute because it just dont feel right. It feels like Ive got mud packed on my face cause it feels so heavy on my face.
