I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and they still took their time and helped me find the perfect mattress! I dealt with Jimmy and he was so friendly and personable. Do you need a great bed at a great price- from people you can trust? Read on...We desperately needed a new bed. Having had seven major back fusion surgeries my need was unique. The owner and his employees guided us through the many options and helped us find a wonderful bed at a wonderful price.Unfortunately, after only having it for a month we realized that the bed we had bought was not the one that we needed. So I reluctantly went back to the store and explained- and they could not have been more understanding and helpful...once again.Understanding my issue they hand selected one of the very best mattresses that money can buy, brought it into the store just for us, financed it for us- and then - the owner personally delivered it to my house and helped carry it in himself- wow!Even as I write this review I’m writing it from what could be the best bed I’ve ever owned!Thank you SOS Mattress Team for going the extra mile for us- every night as we lay down- we thank God for guiding us to you! 🙏

Absolutely incredible experience! We purchased a mattress for $400 less than we could find it anywhere else. Mark met us as soon as we walked in the door and after asking several questions he led us to three different mattresses in our price range. As we tested each mattress Mark explained the differences between each mattress at each price point and even gave us a mattress cover and delivered the mattress same day. We love the mattress!

We bought a mattress from this location a little over a year ago, and we are now looking again for another mattress. The mattress we purchased was memory foam, while it seemed a deal at 400.00, its pretty much 400.00 we threw out the window. We talked extensively with the salesperson about how we sleep, our preferences, etc... and he suggested that the memory foam would be great, especially for my boyfriend (because he easily falls asleep on the couch with no issue) as he related a couch basically being comprised of foam. Well, he obviously just wanted to make a sale. This mattress is completely broken down, despite being spun. We contacted SOS to see if there were some sort of warranty, or an exchange could be made. The salespersons solution was to try and sell my boyfriend another bed. That wasnt happening, so the salesperson then told my boyfriend to take pictures of the mattress, the tag, and the receipt (if he had it). Pictures were taken and sent, and we have yet to hear back from him. Completely disappointed in this place. I would not advise anyone to come here. If youre looking for a mattress, go to Badcock, our salesperson was Suzie, and she was great, with great prices too.

He really took his time to explain to me all the options and decisions to make before I purchase. Takes advantage of people. This is a clearance center without clearance prices. They actually.Mark their prices up way more than other stores. For example, there was a Simmons Beautyrest Black Natasha which had a gash in the side. Someone took the plastic off and sewn the gash back up. In SOS the mattress was $600 more than other stores that sold it brand new. He insisted it was a $6000 mattresd in stores so I pulled it yp online and showed him. He said well someone will buy this from me at my price. He also had Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid mattresses for sale. Again he wants $2000 for them, but you wont find one online or in a store for more than $1100.

Very dishonest. The owner has been seen having drinks and dinner with his MARRIED sales girl and encouraged her to get a divorce. Not the type people I would do business with.
