A bit on the pricier side but very yummy! Ordered delivery and they dropped it off at the wrong address so I had to get ahold of the driver to actually get it to me so docking a star for that, I shouldn’t have to chase down my order! The cheesecake is a softer texture than the traditional NY style cheesecake but it had good flavor. The lemon bar and turtle bar were very good too.

This place is fantastic. As soon you walk in order the peanut butter pie. Leave with the pie, sit by the curb, eat the pie, and go back in after you’re done. Then order more. That it is all.

I found this hidden gems from a local restaurant! The restaurant was kind enough to inform me of the name of the place and how they have a public shop! From the parking lot it doesn’t look like much because the sign just says “cheesecake” but that is all this shop needs. I have gone here about 4/5 times now I have yet to be disappointed! They have a good selection available for individual slices and you can also buy/order a full cheesecake. I am very picky when it comes to cheesecake the flavor and texture have to be on point and they definitely know what they are doing !!

The best key lime pie I have had in years!I ordered key lime pie today, which I usually dont do because it tends to be disappointing. This pie made my day: no artificial lemon flavor, merengue was not overly sweet, perfect merengue/custard/crust ratios. Definitely recommended!!

Simply scrumptious. This is the place thats supplying the local Cary favorites (like Dohertys) with cheesecake...and you really cant go wrong with grabbing your own slice thats both fresher and cheaper. The Death by Chocolate we slice we picked up was rich, creamy (closer to a NY style) and more than enough for two people to make a meal out of. The peanut butter bar I also picked up was exactly as it should be, not overly sweet and focusing on the peanut butter instead of the chocolate. With a firm body and delicious texture its perfect for picking up in your fingers and snapping one good bite after another. This place is worth the calories!

We were dining at a pub last week and they had a special Black Cherry cheesecake on the menu. We tried it and it was one of the most delicious cheesecake’s I’ve ever had. We asked and learned the bakery was nearby. We stopped by the bakery and got a slice of Death by Chocolate and Limoncello cheesecake. Both are divine but the Limoncello is absolutely insane. This place is a definite must try. Hopefully we can find that black cherry again!

Highly recommend! We purchased the heath toffee cheesecake, chocolate torte, plain cheesecake and the peanut bar. All were delicious. The cheesecake was so creamy even after being in the fridge.

Cheesecake and coffee? Yes please! The chocolate cheesecake is so decadent and fluffy. Try the orange flavored one as well!

Placed a pickup order for 2 whole cheesecakes for a party well in advance. We were really excited to try this place after reading all the great reviews. Online ordering was very easy and convienient. Purchased 2 different flavors and we were all really disappointed. They were both pretty bland and we couldnt taste any flavor in the raspberry or the oreo one. All 12 of us agreed that the flavor was seriously lacking. Also, 1 of the cheesecakes had a very large crack along the top (pretty much the entire length of the cheesecake), which my mom and I noticed after we picked it up. If I wanted a cracked cheesecake I would have made it myself. Lol. And it was super noticeable and no way they didnt see it when packing it up. They were not the friendliest either, didnt greet us or say hello when we entered. Both employees looked unhappy to be there. I also ordered several slices when I arrived to try as well as the whole cheesecakes and she didnt use gloves when boxing up the individual slices.

Awful customer service. Wont recommend. There are delicious cheesecakes out there with GREAT customer service, this guys are very rude.

Cant believe Ive been in Apex for about 18 months and just discovered this place! Some of the best cheesecake Ive ever had. Lemon bars are great, too. Wish they had a little more of a selection (maybe cupcakes, cookies, etc.), but what they do they are one of the best!

I love cheesecake. It might be my favorite dessert food. Ive eaten cheesecake in NY and many other places. Please dont take it lightly when I say this is the best cheesecake Ive ever had.I tried one slice of the black cherry and I couldnt believe it was that good, so I ordered an entire black cherry cheesecake for about $33. It was worth every penny. The next time, I went and ordered a regular NY style cheesecake, expecting an ok cheesecake (bc NY style is pretty basic) and it ended up being the best NY style Ive ever had.Bottom line, if you eat the cheesecake here, youll never want cheesecake from another place.

I bought a strawberry cheesecake for my husband’s birthday, and it was perfect! The cheesecake not only looked perfect but also tasted out of this world! My whole family loved it! And my husband loved it as well which is saying a lot, because he loves cheesecake and is pretty picky when it comes to cheesecakes! I will definitely be ordering again!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! This was my second time getting the Blueberry swirl cheesecake and just wow. One of the BEST cheesecakes I’ve ever had! I’m on a mission to try ALL the flavors because there are so many good ones!! I will definitely be coming back here for all my cheesecake needs! Also to note, during COVID-19, pickup was very easy, I got an email from Shannon of when it was ready, walked up to the white cooler outside with a table of gloves and hand sanitizer and just picked mine out of the cooler!

If this was all about Covid, perhaps you should be wearing a MASK while making and serving? How ironic you say I am taking this lightly? Your actions do not meet you words. Why a cooler outside of you business instead of right inside the door? Multiple people walk throughout your complex and you can not keep an eye on it each second as we realized with my toddler. The reason is simple. You are not taking Covid lightly for YOURSELF...You are taking it lightly for your CUSTOMERS. No one can come inside so YOU are protected, you do not wear a mask while baking, serving, and putting food in unsupervised container.Further, my kids did not rummage through that cooler. While they are 3 and 5, you know they touched the top of it and quickly lifted the lid while I was trying to support your small business and order online. I honestly do not blame them for a random cooler on a sidewalk. Please rethink your policies before I return. We like your shop and you should have apologized instead of deflecting. I would have loved that much more than a refund and would have never had to defend myself after being accused that I am taking the virus lightly.

Not a flashy storefront, but amazing baked goods! We purchased slices of NY cheesecake & carrot cake cheesecake (the cheesecake portion was flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg...yum!) & bags of almond biscotti and gingerbread biscotti. We took everything home to have it with coffee and hot tea. Everything was really delicious!

We ordered a peanut butter bar, Black and Tan cheesecake, and death by chocolate via doordash pickup and I was blown away! They were earth-shatteringly delicious. I can’t believe this gem has been kept from me for so long but now I can’t wait to tell everyone and eat it again myself. The doordash pickup couldn’t have been easier as well—it was a contactless cooler and was ready within minutes of ordering it.

We had the Triple Treat (not to be confused with triple tHreat) and a Reeses cup type cookie. Both were delicious. Ive been waiting for Fathers Day so I have an excuse to get a whole cheese cake (for my father, of course)
