I wish I could give them 10 stars. Ive been renovating my home from top to bottom for the last five years so Ive had every trade possible do work on my house. For the first time I finally had the most positive, stress free, professional experience I never thought was possible. I had 14 windows, a front door and sliding door replaced and both crews were so kind, patient, respectful and very detail oriented. No they arent the cheapest but I promise you will get what you pay for in both product and service. Thank you to David (best sales rep ever!) and Brian, Jerome, Kenton, Will, Adam and everyone at Kelly Window and Door for making this the most enjoyable renovation experience Ive ever had :)

We were very pleased with the replacement windows in our kitchen. The crew was friendly and worked hard to do the job right. The project manager was on site as the actual window was installed. We are thrilled with the outcome. We have had all our neighbors over to see the windows and the view it emphasizes.

They previously replaced the majority of our houses windows, a positive experience! This time checked into the exterior doors. Easy to make an appointment, the right amount of reminding they are coming done, were right on time, VERY pleasant, knowledgeable, listened to what we were thinking, were able to show actual examples of how things would look. VERY impressed, again!

Windows look awesome! We chose Kelly Window and Door because their windows seemed to look the closest to our existing windows, and they have a great warrantee. Maybe the price is on the higher side, but it seemed worth it for what we were getting. From order to install it was about 6 1/2 months, but Kelly Window and Door kept us updated along the way. Their installer was very experienced and came with a helper. We had a large arched window to be replaced and they were very careful taking the old heavy one away. I could not be more pleased with the new arch window. All my blinds fit our new windows too! And they took care of taking the blinds down and putting them back up. I did take down the drapes though, as I figured that would be best. A rep came halfway into the install just to check to make sure we were happy with everything. No cleanup needed by me. Highly recommend.

My husband has been wanting windows for years but I did not want to waste money on windows. As we are doing a kitchen renovation, he convinced me that now was the time to do it. My friend used Kelly Windows and loved them so we set up an appointment to meet. Bill was wonderful and walked us through our options without pressure and we purchased windows for five rooms. The window manufacturing process took several months due to COVID and during that time I was still wishing that we hadnt spent money to replace the windows. Kenderick was so helpful and kept us up to date with the window timeline. Last week, Wes called to say the windows were here and would be installed this week. The install team (Dan and crew) were here on Tuesday and they have worked for four days installing the windows-they are AMAZING!!! Install is super important with windows and our team has been fantastic!! Now let me tell you about my windows, I walked downstairs on Tuesday afternoon and saw the windows installed in our kitchen bay and my jaw dropped..I truly have no words for how absolutely transformative having new windows is!! I feel like I can touch the outdoors!! This morning I sat and drank my tea while looking out of our stunning new living room windows and I felt so at peace. If I had any idea of how open, bright, and happy our space would look with new windows, then I would have done it years ago. My husband was 100% right. I want to commend the team at KWD on their help and guidance with our Provia door project for our North Raleigh home. The initial appointment with Kyle Westbrook back in October was a refreshing experience with his transparency about the scheduling and no pressure sales. Kyle was patient with our questions and we were impressed with his knowledge of the products considering he was new to the job. This helped us decide with going with your company for this project.Kendrik Hobson was helpful throughout the manufacturing part of the project by keeping us updated with the progress. Despite some delays in the supply chain because of the pandemic, Kendrik and Wes were still able to fit us in the installation calendar that worked well with our work schedule. From order to install, it was roughly a 5 month timeline. This seems to be the usual lead time for most home projects nowadays.And, last but not least, Harold and Jason were amazing in their installation skills. It was a 5 hour job and the install went according as planned. Their attention to detail was much appreciated.We are really satisfied with his Provia product and we look forward to enjoying this door for years to come. Thanks!

Kelly Window & Door installed two doors for us and they did an impeccable job. Very solid, high quality doors. The old doors were removed down to the studs so we know they are attached to solid framing and they have a new construction look and feel. Highly recommended. The only gripe we have is that we were quoted our job back in January 2021 and told there would be a six to eight week turnaround. We waited more than SIXTEEN weeks for the job to even be scheduled....

Ive used this company previously to replace all the windows and exterior doors. This time I am replacing an exterior utility room door. We decided to go with Kelly Window & Door off a recommendation from our builder, Blue Ribbon Construction.Price:I’ve never had new windows or doors before so we decided to have at least 3 quotes. We knew Renewal by Anderson was above what we wanted to pay. So we had a custom shop in Durham quote us, Kelly Window, and Window World. Kelly Window was right on target with our budget. They were about 50-60% more for windows than Window World but you get 300% more. The windows are better, the installers are better, and they do everything they can to make you happy.Wait Time:We had about 8+ weeks to wait due to COVID. Not surprised due to factory shutdowns and glass shortages. However Kelly stayed in touch with us the entire time letting us know how things were progressing and when installation was getting close.Installation:We had incredible installers. We had over a dozen new windows that were original to the house, all replaced. 2 doors, one of which we found rot underneath and it was a giant 3 door slider.The window installer, Dan, was incredible. He spent all day on 3 of our bedroom windows because they were not level, but they are now. His miter work on the edges was perfect. Every seal, solid. I could not believe there was such a perfectionist for windows.Then our doors came in and we got Ryan. Ryan found rot in our subfloor that we had to address because it was more than they could handle. Amidst a delay, Ryan went to the store, bought plywood, build a wall for us with 2x4s and took foam insulation and sealed every single crack on a 10’ opening for a giant door. It was 30 degrees outside and I couldn’t tell because Ryan took care of our bad situation.Wes, the scheduler, helped call clients and moved a few things around so we could get the floor repaired and the door in as fast as possible (due to the cold weather).There’s not a single misstep. I could not be happier with this company. Bill, the designer, nailed it and got us exactly what we needed. He was extremely professional.There’s a reason this company has over 100 reviews and a 5 star rating. You can not go wrong with this window company. Don’t ever hesitate, just pick Kelly Window and Door.

I used Kelly Window and Door in July 2019 for replacement of two doors and a window. I have been frustrated by the finish quality on the doors as there were options that should have been selected that were not made available to me at time of purchase. After two years of attempts to remediate have still been met with no solution. It is worth acknowledging that things that fit within their service model have been great. They are there when they say will be there and leave the site as good or better than when they arrived.

Everyone was polite and professional. Because of Covid, there were delays getting the door made, but the team kept me updated constantly on the status of my project. The installer were very conscientious and cleaned up the work area. I highly recommend!

Kelly Window & Door replaced a large window in our master bath - one of those older-style block glass windows (that wasnt actually glass). Wasnt the look we wanted. Kelly and Window and Door went above and beyond to ensure that our door was installed properly. We had particular issues with a leaky door that led to needing a new one. Larry and his team were great about going through the various ways in which water may be entering the door frame and went through additional measures to ensure, to their power, that water would not enter again. They also worked to mitigate the water damage around the door and provided advice on what else we could do to manage the water that was outside of their scope but something they offered advice on anyway just as good stewards of their work. They cared for my home as if it were theirs.My only concern was that they were so busy initially that it was difficult to get in touch with them about the various changes that needed to be made to the order based on door size, etc. It seemed that they were happily very busy as a business and that was why we had more difficulty getting in touch. However, they fixed this by slowing down their new business in order to allow the staff to take care of current business, and this made getting in touch with them easier.Overall, I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future when I am in need of a new door or window.

I had a 3-panel door unit replaced with a slider and 2 side panels. The sales person was extremely helpful in figuring out the right configuration. The only negative was a significant delay due to a glass supply issue. The installation went without a hitch and now my sunroom is my favorite room in the house.

While COVID delayed the manufacture of the windows, They were worth waiting for. Sales was not high pressure, yet responsive to questions. They kept me informed as to the progress, shipping, and inspection of the windows. The installer (Dan) was awesome. Everything turned out perfect and they cleaned up perfectly. Installed windows throughout the entire house. Crew sealed the inside of the window to avoid dirt and dust coming inside the home. Good windows and caulking to seal the windows to the frame. We had some issues with the plants that they were made aware of. I knew I should have paid close attention to the placement of ladders and scaffolds. Nevertheless, Mike and Larry were very apologetic and provided my wife with the necessary follow up. Just like any business, the owners are always responsive to their clients, its the crew who really are focused on the task and not on small items such as plants. Great job.

Working with the Kelly Window & Door Team has been exceptional. We were looking for a higher end door. They had the door in their showroom. We had done research on different brands for their quality and knew what we were willing to pay. The quote we received was exactly what we had estimated and 33% less than other vendors carrying exactly the same door. With the order placed, we received weekly text stating where we were in the project process. When the installers came, we discovered a minor damage in the door. The installers immediately called the office and requested a replacement. They continued with the installation and applied a little touch up paint. You couldn’t see damaged area. A few weeks later they came back with the new door and replaced the damaged one in 30 min. The whole process was outstanding; from sales to installation. Thank you for a great experience.

We did our comparisons with other companies, and Kelly seemed to have the best value for the product. We are very happy with the new doors. They are gorgeous, do a wonderful job of improving the appearance of our entry. They are extremely good quality. We had another company give us an estimate for the EXACT SAME DOOR; same manufacturer and everything. Kelly did the job for HALF the price of that other company. The process took a little longer than expected because of COVID19, but they kept us apprised of the process the whole way. The workmen who installed the doors did an outstanding job, even buying a different molding from Lowes to match the molding we have on other doors.

We just had a wonderful experience with Kelly Window! We moved into a 15 yr old home with a foggy drippy window due to a rotted sash and broken seal. They were able to match our new window to the windows right next to it perfectly. There was clear communication through out the manufacturing process and our installer was a perfectionist. Kelly Window and Door did an excellent job! In my experience they are one of the more professional specialty contractors for this line of work. In my case we replaced 11 old, single-pane glass colonial style windows with the Restorations, vinyl, double-hung tilting sash low E windows. The product is very nice and installation was very clean and efficient. The skilled crew was excellent to work with, very efficient and friendly. Job was completed on schedule within the budget and I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with KWD! They kept me informed through the process leading up to installation. The day of installation they were on time. I was truly amazed how clean they kept everything while working. You’d never have known they cut a hole in the house to take out a door and install a new one!! Ryan even wanted to clean the dust off the blender before he left. We will definitely use KWD when needing to replace windows.

Bill Kramer was our Kelly Windows Consultant. He was beyond professional and knowledgeable. We settled on on the Sunrise Restoration Windows with the Omega 12 glass. It was very nice that we could pay 1/2 down with our credit card. Then over the course of the next two months (5 months into Covid-19 ---mind you), we received weekly text updates keeping us in the loop on the Window Production Process. We then had a kind, courteous, & thoughtful installer install our 2nd story windows over two days. He cleaned up after himself perfectly and put everything back in its place. I then called Bill the next day after receiving our email invoice for 2nd half payment, and I paid for it again with our credit card. Seamless process and we love the quiet bedrooms that we now have. The windows are beautiful. We cant wait to do the same to our 1st floor windows when we save up enough money over the next year or two. Well worth the investment.

Great experience. They came to our home and we were able to design the doors we wanted on their tablet. Style, color, hardware, and size. Let me share my experience with Kelly Windows who in my opinion went above and beyond the norm of good customer service. Earlier last week when I attempted to tilt in one of my windows to clean it the left side happened to pop out of its track. I began to panic a bit in that it had been awhile since Id tilted one in and wondered if I had broken it. I dug out the invoice from when we purchased the windows back in 2009 and while dialing the number I prayed that theyd still be in business. Kendrick answered the phone and very politely listened to my cry for help. After asking me a few basic questions he immediately began with telling me hed make sure that someone would be out to my home before the end of the day to secure my window (this was already past 3pm). He was extremely professional and quick to respond to my crisis and his polite manner and genuine concern for my welfare brought me not only comfort, but peace of mind knowing that Kelly Windows would do what was necessary to fix my problem and make my home safe again. And he was true to his word. One of their team members showed up within an hour and although I still needed a service tech to bring a new metal part (which one did by noon the very next day) this kind and friendly gentlemen was able to get my window back into its track.Sadly its becoming harder and harder to find businesses that provide good customer service, nevermind great, but Kelly Windows is certainly one of them. We have loved our Kelly windows from day one and have always felt they were a great investment. Theyve brought beauty to our home, made it more energy efficient and simplified our lives due to their ease of cleaning. Kelly window and Door did a great job on the project. Kept me informed with weekly status reports. Installation was professional and very well Done. They did this during the covid outbreak and followed all protocol when dealing with me ...the client.

We were dealing with extensive hail damage and needed lots of work done. We didnt want just any replacement windows installed by any old storm chaser. We took our time and did our research and got quotes from several companies. The quote from Kelly was not the cheapest, but it was right in line with other quotes of nice windows, even from big box stores! Even when my rep was not available the office always found someone able to answer my questions and even met me spur of the moment to see the windows in the showroom. We ended up selecting Kelly Windows because of the quality of the windows (the frame itself even had insulation in it) and the company was small with their own employees as the crew (no contractors).I was very concerned about how the windows would look and whether I would be happy with a window that had a slight tint. They look fantastic and we have definitely noticed the reduction in the heat transfer and noise. Their was a minor issue where one of the windows was not completely taped, but Kelly responded promptly and courteously to get it done. Sometimes things happen, so I typically pay close attention to how companies respond to problems and they certainly exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Kelly Window & Door to neighbors, friends and family.

From our initial consult with Tony Wilson, thru the customized window construction, to the final window removal and professional installation - all were most professional, detailed and engaged. We purchased a ProVia double patio door from Kelly Window and Door. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of their employees. They were in constant contact with us from the moment we reached agreement on the work through scheduling of the install. Everything about them is first rate. Plus during this Covid-19 pandemic, the installers wore masks and gloves. I highly recommend them.

We had 2 new doors installed on Monday. The workers were here on time and never stopped working. They did the finish trim work on Tuesday. Both doors look wonderful and the trim work is amazing. Not the least expensive but definitely worth the money.

Although there were delays because of covid 19, the company was great leaving emails with weekly updates. The installation was flawless. All materials were available and onsite. The two installers were excellent at their job and they installed new blinds for us as well. We couldnt be more satisfied with this company.

Great windows, awesome company. When you talk to window replacement companies, you’ll immediately note how they each have their “dog and pony” show—some of them incredibly painful. Kelly immediately stood out as a company that didn’t do a “hard sell”, but simply let their product speak for itself, and worked with me instead of trying to sell me. Then, when you get your quote; of the 4 companies I discussed, Kelly’s quote wasn’t the lowest, but it was no where near the most expensive...and their windows not only looked good, but their value was clearly exceptional (take a look at their efficiency ratings).Once I decided to go with Kelly, the process was so smooth that I honestly don’t know how it could be streamlined: I received text updates once a week knowing where my order was in the process, and then before I even got the “your windows have been delivered and are awaiting scheduling of their installation”, I received a call from Kelly to set up the date and time of my install—three weeks early. Within two days the team was out installing my windows, and the team was the epitome of professional, courteous, and willing to work with you (I asked the window be installed in a certain order since I was working from home and had a boatload of conf calls to take). They worked with me, and got the windows up quickly and with attention to detail.Some companies, at this point, will try to charge you for a “whole window replacement”, saying it was necessary due to wood rot. Not Kelly. They showed me the wood frames, said they were in really good shape, and installed the window for the exact price they quoted me at the beginning—and delivered 3 weeks early.Couldn’t ask for more than that. I know who I’m going to when I replace some doors—and if you’re considering a company to replace your windows, I’d strongly recommend Kelly. Afterall, they’re awesome and they’re a local company.

The final result was a visual improvement to our new home. The door and jamb were installed together unlike the builder who installed the door on the wrong side and then simply replaced the door.and not the jamb - they should match.

Great work. We had 2 large picture windows replaced. The 16 year-old wood ones had started to rot. The rain and work backlog delayed the installation some. They sales rep who initially came out did a good job explaining the product, and spent the time needed to find a good color match for our exterior trim, which is a funny cream color. Match turned out perfect. Price was in line with other quotes I received. The installers were professional and courteous and worked hard to remove the stubborn old windows. On this frigid day, I noticed a marked difference in temperature when standing in front of the old window vs. the new. Tempting to replace more.
