Ive worked with Martin Arct. for last 27+ years and had some problems, but none that couldnt be worked out. MA is a very good company and lve enjoyed my relationship withthem.

I’m with SterlingPillar, a local GC that specializes in commercial real estate construction and since Blaine has taken over our account everything has made an amazing turn for the better. Blaine works hard to make sure we get pricing, orders, materials you name it in a timely fashion for all of our division 8 & 10 needs. If there are any issues he’s always thinking outside the box to get them resolved. He’s a true team player and that’s what we strive to bring to our clients. Only reason I gave 4 stars is I don’t want his head getting too big... Thanks for all the work Blaine!

I have been using Martin Architectural for quite a few years now. Blaine youngquist has been a wonderful salesman and has been able to pull out all the stops to get a project completed. I appreciate his hard work and diligence on every project.

Inner-Tech, Inc is a commercial GC in Raleigh NC and we have worked with Martin for 3 decades. Blaine Youngquist took over our account about 120 days ago. Details make or break technical scope such as doors and hardware and Blaine truly shines. Estimates, Contracts, POs & Change Orders are handled as if Inner-Tech is Blaines only customer. Wow. 0 stars if it were an option. Dont bother calling them. On at least three different occasions, Ive tried to call to see if they had a part in stock. Always get transferred to sales desk, never get an answer. Leave messages, never get a call back. Then, when you tell the operator who transfers that no one ever answers, you get in touch with someone. They check (for at least 10 minutes) and say they have the part. The next day you send your superintendent (from at least one state away) to them to pick it up and to fix a door on a project in the area, and they dont have the part.1 - wasted time calling (all considered, over an hour)2 - wasted time driving (at least a full day)3 - very angry customer (potential lost business in the future)GREAT outfit they are running...

Im with Resource Electronics and we had an order placed with Blaine Youngquist. The order was needed for a factory shut down situation. Blaine stayed on the manufacturer every step of the way and contacted me daily with updates. He represents Martin Architectural Product very well. Look forward in dealing with him and the company in the future!

If you like holding for 10 minutes, being transferred to 4 different people only to discover there is not really anyone there that can answer a question about a metal framed door.... Feel free to give it a try.They just lost me as a potential customer.

The person that answered the phone was a bit snappy and short.maybe it was because it was about 15 min before closing, and just didnt want to be bothered.well, I will not bother them again, other companies sell doors...thank you very much.

As another person stated, they are too difficult to get on the phone, and once I did, they were slow to call me back with pricing.Commercial openings is far better with their service, and will get my business.

Always on hold. ALWAYS ON HOLD. Should i say it again. They act like you really bothered them when you call.I have gone up there 2 times since my first review to give them another try. I give up.
