I purchased an interior frosted glass door. As soon as the door arrived the y contacted me with a suggested date to install my new door. They installers showed up on time and immediately went to work. He was thorough and knowledgeable During the design phase he made suggestions that I would not thought of on my own that I love! For example, we added slots for baking sheets and cutting boards and added pull out baskets to the pantry. Craig worked with us extensively to come up with the best design of our master closet. Many emails went back and forth with various design changes to make it just right. When he came to install the closet it turned out better than expected and we even ended up with more space than we anticipated, when I was so convinced I wouldnt have enough space.Craig also installed our bi-fold door to our laundry room and did a great job on that as well. We had to get rid of the existing door because our new washer and dryer were so large that the existing door wouldnt work in the space. We now have a lovely new bi-fold door that does the trick and allows us to keep the laundry room under wraps. I would highly recommend Raleigh Doors and Closets and Craig specifically.

Have known the owner of Raleigh Doors and Closets for many years, when we built our house in NC in 2013 our master bedroom closet and mud room just had the standard wire shelf around perimeter of closet not much area to store items other than hanging clothes and other things on top of shelf. Craig came in measured the areas and came up with a 3D design to use every inch of space designed to our needs. couldnt be happier, after putting our clothes back I have so much more room to store other items such as shoes, sweaters and sweatshirts. Mud room cabinets over washer, dryer and fridge gave me the added space to put small appliances and other laundry items out of the way. use Raleigh Doors and closets, you will not be disappointed.

Right from the minute we walked into the show room and started working with Craig to pick out our new doors and door hardware, we knew we were dealing with the right guy and the right company. Everything happened just as Craig told us it would happen. It took about 3 weeks for our doors to arrive. On the day of installation, Craig and Mike arrived at our house when they said they would. The removal of our existing doors, and the installation of the new doors went flawlessly! The whole process of removal and installation took 4-1/2 hours for 22 interior doors. When Craig and Mike were finished, there was nothing that needed to be cleaned up! There was no dust or saw dust. We thought wed have through our house and vacuum the floors afterward, but there was nothing to vacuum up! Craig and Mike were very respectful of our home. While carrying old doors out and carrying the new doors in, Craig and Mike were extremely careful not to bump into any walls or furniture. They were very professional. My first contact to the company was on January 28, I had my measurement visit and quote on January 30, and my custom doors were installed February 27. The doors are a heavy, solid wood, and look like they’ve always been a part of our home. They were even painted the same exact color as our existing trim and doors. I cannot say enough good things about Raleigh Doors. I wanted to add doors to a couple of entryways and one in particular was somewhat complex. Craig came over to measure and go over our options, even saving us money where he could. He walked us through all the steps and was in touch with us through the whole process. When installation day came I was surprised that Craig actually did the install (with another guy, Mike). It was nice to see him follow the project through from beginning to end. The doors turned out absolutely beautiful and add so much value to our home (much better than what the builders gave us). Our 1960s home had hollow-core doors, probably original to the home in various states of disrepair. Raleigh Doors & Closets measured the openings for each, had new ones manufactured to fit the openings exactly, and upon delivery, were able to hang all 18 in a few hours in one day.Not an inexpensive service, but having had experience of hanging doors in existing openings on our own, the time and frustration saved was certainly worth the cost. No planing, no shimming, perfect fit out of the box! Our house is transformed.

When it came to meet Craig at my house for the estimate, he was prompt, attentive, and thorough.After all the dimensions were gathered and we discussed storage ideas, Craig was able to utilize his software to provide a 3D sketch of his vision which i was able to sit and discuss with him at the showroom. Not only was i able to see the finished product (virtually), but also samples of the finishes and extras that they supplied.
