Dr. Littlejohn has provided the best eye care I have ever received! Before I found him, I had been to many eye doctors since i started wearing glasses in 5th grade. I dreaded having an eye exam every year because my vision was poor and I had difficulty finding an eye doctor who understood my concerns. At the 1st visit, I could tell that Dr Littlejohn had a genuine concern for my vision and the health of my eyes. He made me feel comfortable & confident that he was going to be sure my prescription was tweaked just right until I was happy. He is patient and kind and makes his patients feel like they are his #1 priority. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things concerning the eyes! My entire family has been seeing him for over 10 years and have no reason to look anywhere else. We even stayed with him when the insurance from my job changed to a plan he didnt accept. He is WELL WORTH the out of pocket!

Changing eye care providers is often difficult, however Dr. Littlejohn made the transition a breeze. I felt that he listened to my needs while also providing professional input. He recommended a new brand of contact lenses to me that are awesome!! The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. Never going anywhere else!

I have been living in Las Vegas for many years and have had many different eye care providers, but this is by far the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist. Dr. Littlejohn was very friendly and had a welcoming personality that made me feel very relaxed during my visit. My glasses shipped on time and the frames looked even better than I thought they would! I will be coming back here next year for my next checkup!

This place is horrible!! Get your glasses elsewhere, especially if you need them quickly. It has been over a month and still no glasses! First, I was told a week ago that they were shipped and I would be receiving them this Monday or Tuesday. I called to check on them yesterday, was told that I would receive a call back (like the previous week) and like the previous week, I never received that call back. I called again today and now, they were shipped this Tuesday, but the same person told me that they were shipped last Monday. Do not go here, it will take forever to get your new glasses, you wont receive a call back and whoever answers the phone will just lie to you!!

I was 11 when I started seeing Dr littlejon🧐. Now Im almost 30, and I bring my kids to him along with myself and my husband. He is truly a genuine guy. He LOVES my boys and is always the COOL GUY 😎eye doctor as my boys call him. Even though I have seen seeing him since I was just a young girl, if feel like he LITERALLY HAS NOT AGED ONE BIT!! LOLStaff there are really nice as well ESPICALLY Billie🤩 I think is her name. She is the sweetest of them all!They have such a great selection of frames thats u will just want them ALL lol.I completely reccomend this office to ANYONE!THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!! Unfortunately, I am stuck with a $400 pair of glasses (and I had insurance!) that I cannot wear. My new Rx and the glasses that they came back with were so bad I couldnt wear them. I was told every excuse as to why the glasses were the way they were even though Ive been wearing glasses for years & knew it wasnt normal. They re-did the eye-wear at a very high cost to me and the end result glasses werent much better. Its probably because theres no anti-glare Its probably the light bouncing off the bronze frame..No, the lenses were so bad that everything had a rainbow around the edges of anything I looked at.I even showed them proof of this with photos.What was off putting to me is that I was made to feel it was normal, and got the feeling that nobody was interested in the fact that glasses came back twice and I still wasnt comfortable with them and the way they were.

Dr. Littlejohn has taken care of me and my family for years. He is a great doctor! I also really appreciate that, not only does he have a really nice office in Casa Grande, he also chooses to live here and raise his family here. It seems like most doctors in Casa Grande are good enough to take my money, but they are too good to actually live in Casa Grande.

Worst place ever. Messed up my husbands prescription 3 times. Ordered my glasses and after three weeks of waiting, I still did not heard from them. I had to call to see what happened so they told me that they broke. Waited another 3 weeks. Still nothing. Called again. This time lenses came in wrong. One stupid excuse after another, and they don’t even bother to communicate with you. Did not even care to make it right. Office manager made it seem like she was doing me a favor by refunding my money. They lost all of my families business and I will tell everyone I know what a horrible place this is.

The ladies up front were nice right off the bat and scheduled me in asap, the Doctor diagnosed me very fast and fixed me right up all in the same visit. Turned out I had a piece of metal and rust in my eye I feel 100% better. Thanks for the good service.

I am pretty pleased with my experiences at this facility over the last few years. Everyone does an amazing job of getting you in and out of the office with ease and never have to wait a long period to wait in the office for your scheduled visit. The facility has a fast return time on received contacts and glasses! The repair service is outstanding, having a five year old in glasses comes with the understanding that lenses will need to be fixed from time-to-time. I feel reassured that I take in my sons glasses to get fixed without any issues. Dr. Little John is so nice and makes one of the things I hate the most bearable.

Dr. Khushali Shah and all of the staff at Casa Grande Eye Care are incredibly friendly and professional and it is a wonderful clinic! Dr. Shah is very caring, thorough and efficient. She also took the extra time to sit down with me to answer all of my questions and helped get me back into contact lenses for the first time in 3 years! The front staff was been very helpful going over the cost of the lenses and factoring in all the discounts to help me get the best price possible and providing me with all of the information. Even on follow up calls, it was very easy to get a hold of the staff and as always were very friendly and eager to help. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Shah and highly recommend her and the practice.

I have to say that both the eye doctors there are amazing! I normally never do reviews on Anything! Buuutt I’m so disappointed with the recent front desk staff. I have been going here for about three years and never had an issue until now. I used my insurance to purchase the glasses and paid out of pocket for my contacts. I paid everything upfront and then was told I owed a balance a week later because they made a mistake. The next thing was I requested the contacts be sent to my house, and was told I could not do that for the glasses. Well nothing was ever sent to my house and then I received calls from a few different people claiming that my contacts had been picked up and were just waiting on my glasses literally 5 minuets after I spoke with someone! I’m so frustrated! I use to love the environment the first year I came here! I just felt like a check list was being marked off now and the new people aren’t as friendly as they use to be.

Dr. Littlejohn has taken great care of my eye care needs. I have always been able to get an appointment that works for me, and the staff has always been professional and friendly. My prescription has always been correct and Dr. Littlejohn is great about explaining different things that affect my eyesight.Once I had a problem with my insurance and the staff took the time going back and forth with the insurance to make sure I was able to get what was needed. It was a problem on the insurance end from the prior year and the staff could have easily told me to get it straightened out on my own.Bonus factors of Casa Grande Eye Care is a large selection of frames and a beautiful clean office.

Very good facility and Dr Shah is wonderful with her patients. I ran into a few bumps along my visit, but Dr Littlejohn resolved my problem and took care of me. Casa Grande Eye Care truly deserves each of the 5 stars I gave them! Each and every encounter I had with them was pleasant.Everyone, from the Optometrist to the staff members, was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.When I couldnt pick up my lenses, Jay offered to meet me to deliver them in person! I have never encountered this type of customer service in AZ.For that matter, its rare to find such service elsewhere. I cant stop raving about them !

It took 3 attempts to get my glasses, all due to failure on their or their labs part. I was then informed that one of the features I had left out so I could just get my glasses and be done with it I would likely not be refunded due to how many times it took just to get my glasses in. This was after taking approximately 3 months at this point. Nobody knows who you are and their notification system will randomly call or text you to say your materials are ready even though they are not. I had given them my number multiple times and told them specifically to contact me only on that number and they still ignored it and contacted the number under our general family account each time making several days in between when Id learn they tried to reach me. The front desk appears to generally be way overstaffed and none of them ever seemed to actually show concern for customers as I observed with multiple other customers. I have seen multiple people coming in about problems with their orders or not being contacted about them. A couple were told their appointment was not in the system even though the couple had a record of it having been made.

I believe that Casa Grande Eye Care is the best place in all of Arizona. My daughter needs her glasses adjusted a few times a month and they are always so kind when we go down. Dr. Littlejohn and Dr. Shaw are both very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. I feel the entire staff go above and beyond for me and my family.

These are wonderful professionals. I particularly liked Dr. Wilson and Dr. Littlejohn. Their staff is helpful and kind. They go out of their way to help. They do run normal business hours as they are a serious medical practice and not a mall-based eyeglass center. I called because I wanted an appointment but was unsure if my insurance would cover it, therefore they researched my insurance plan while I was on the phone and they told me I was covered within a few minutes. Ive been going here on and off for over a decade. The only reason Ive tried elsewhere is because I moved out of the area for work at times. And I always just want to come back here. Dr. Littlejohn is great and so is all the staff. I pay a little more by going here compared to a big box store. But the quality of the experience and the product is worth it. I have a serious Astigmatism so its easy for my prescription to be messed up. Cheap thick lenses, lenses not seated correctly, etc. Never any problems here. My vision insurance has changed over the years and they have always been great in directing in my purchase to help me control the cost. Yes theyre not open on weekends. But the quality of this office is so good they dont need to be. As for a previous review with being directed towards certain frames under VSP coverage Im sure there was just some miss communication. You can buy any frame you want here. How much your insurance covers is a different story. Overall... Best optometrist is CG. My whole family goes here.

Dr. Littlejohn is very pleasant and thorough with the eye exam. The staff taking appointments and performing the diagnostics are very friendly. The gentleman who helped me choose a pair of eyeglasses made sure to offer me glasses within my insurance plan. Before making an appointment, I searched a couple different sites to see which place looked the best and Casa Grande Eye Care caught my attention.Casa Grande Eye Care offers hours before 9:00AM and after 5:00PM. This is a huge plus for me since I work in the Phoenix area and have a long commute to Casa Grande. Casa Grande Eye Care also offers a great selection of popular frames, lenses and contacts. This was super helpful and made my visit easy. As soon as I was done with my exam, Dr.Littlejohn walked me over to pick out a pair of glasses and they were ordered in no-time.The staff at Casa Grande Eye Care is super friendly, patient and helpful. All the ladies at the front desk are welcoming and Dr.Littlejohn is great!

My husband and I have been using this eye care facility for over 2 years and have been extremely satisfied. The various personnel and Dr. Littlejohn are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Their prices seem competitive and fair. My insurance pays most of the care I receive there. They use state-of-the-art equipment and when I developed cataracts, Dr.Littlejohn used computer illustrations to explain what they were and the procedure that would remove them. He recommended another top notch facility to me, and now has been taking care of all my after-surgery care. We highly recommend this eye care facility and more importantly, this doctor.

I have always had the greatest experience at Casa Grande Eye Care. Dr. Matt Littlejohn is the BEST! He is always so helpful and kind. My husband has macular degeneration, and even though he regularly sees the retina specialist, Dr. Littlejohn keeps track of him and always tries to help him in any way he can. A couple of years ago I decided to get my glasses elsewhere and had a horrific experience. I went back to Dr. Littlejohn in tears and confessed what I had done, and he immediately set out to correct the problem. While I waited for the new lenses to come, Tally adjusted the ones I had to a point that I could see better while I waited. (Tally is the only one I know who can always adjust my glasses correctly. ) I am so thankful to have such a caring doctor and a caring staff right here in our town. ***** (5 stars) it it is!If possible, I would give Casa Grande Eye Care ten (10) stars **********!I have been going to an Ophthalmologist over forty (40) years; so, you can imagine how many different times Ive had my eyes examined! There is absolutely no comparison with the service I received at Casa Grande Eye Care! From the time I first stepped in the door, I was greeted by Tabita, Sam and Maria at the Reception Desk! They were friendly and charismatic, all the while being professional! I only had to wait about ten (10) minutes before I was given my preliminary overview by the office manager! Then within ten (10) minutes, I met and was examined by Dr. Matthew Littlejohn! In the past, my doctors were rather abrupt and rushed through the exam, so they could get to their other patients. However, Dr. Littlejohn was most pleasant, and patient. He took his time, explained the procedures thoroughly and then conducted an eye exam. Afterwards, he gave me a pair of trial contacts to wear for a week; then come back and update him as to how comfortable they were; if I was satisfied. Notwithstanding, this was the very first (1st) time EVER that an eye doctor ever let me sample contacts for a week, prior to prescribing them at the first visit (of course, there were times that I had to return the contacts because they didnt fit properly, or the RX was inaccurate. I did return in a week and request a minor modification to my contacts; was then given a trial pair for another week. This time things were perfect and upon my return visit, I was prescribed contacts. In the past, it took me a minimum of one (1) week to receive the new contacts. However, Tabita graciously expedited the process overnite, and I was shocked, yet surprised to receive a call from her bright and early the following morning advising me that my new contacts had just arrived; they were ready for me to pick them up! Even better, Casa Grande Eye Cares hours of 9-7pm that day, allowed me ample time after I left work stop by and pick them up! Upon my arrival, I received the same pleasant welcome from my three (3) front desk receptionist and the contacts have been just perfect!I recommend anyone in Arizona to make Casa Grande Eye Care your choice for new contact, or glasses or even just for an annual wellness check for your eyes! Even if you dont live closeby, it will be well worth the trip!Hats off to the best Eye Care in all of Arizona:-) Ive never been so happy, and so will you!!

He is the most patient gentlemen I know and very curtious and cares about his patients.My family has been with Dr. LittleJohn for several years and will never switch to another vision center. My family always gets treated with repect and very pleasant office girls. Dr. LittleJohn just has that personality that we all love because he cares about us and makes us feel special to what our needs are to have the most perfect vision ever.My son has always been with LittleJohn because as a teenager especially I wanted the best for my son and let me tell you, Dr. LittleJohn is the best ever.At the time when my sons glasses were broke at school, Dr. LittleJohn took him in right away and took care of everything along with Jenny (so nice) and I had no worries.I had an experience that I would never do again is my husband and I went to another vision place and thought we would get buy 1 get 1 free. Dont fall for gimicks like that, You get what you pay for. Very true.CASA GRANDE VISION EYE CARE IS THE BEST.World of thank yous for taking care of our family.
