Horrible!! Avoid this place.I scheduled an appointment for my family. I got there & one of the girls yelled at me for not returning her call. Told me she gave my appointment away.Incredibly rude and aggressive staff. Yelling at customers.Ill never go back. That one aggressive staff ruined the experience.Do NOT go here!!

Been using this location about the last 12 years and in the past 5 years I dont know whats happened but the employees have gotten router and their prices have gone up. Just tried getting my prescription updated in my sunglasses, and before they could even try to look at what they could do they were telling me it couldnt be done. Even though they were the last ones to put a prescription in my glasses. The main optical doctor there is great been dealing with him for 12 years have had no issues as for the front side staff they need to be trained in customer service and be able to explain more on what they offer and dont offer anymore.

I was impressed by my eye doctor, but the glasses I received started losing their coating in a few months. Now 6 months later they are even worse and are interfering with my vision. Vision Works only honors a 30 day satisfaction warranty, so the dont care that they sold me a bad product for top dollar. They lost the business me and my family. Very disappointed.

The doctor was amazing. First place I’ve been to that had my contact prescription in stock for trial use. Had a bad experience with another practice and she fixed me right up. Staff is very pleasant and professional. Definitely earned my trust and my business.

Staff and doctor demonstrates care and concern. Tim I think was his name was very patient and took time to share with me different options for new glasses. The optometrist was very though and skilled. I had to have her repeat what she was saying a number of times as she spoke very rapidly..It didnt help I did not have my hearing aid on.

Customer service from the two girls up front was horrible... it took two in half hours to do two exams and we still couldn’t order are glasses because it was after 5pm and they didn’t pull autos from are insurance... so the front girl dispenser got frustrated and got someone else to help us which ended up being Dawn a supervisor or manager of some sort... at the end of the day a lot companies are losing their customer service approach and treat people horribly... they need to understand a pandemic happened not he end of customer service and respect for your job...

I accidentally broke my 3 month old glasses at the hinges. I took them back to Visionworks, and asked an employee if he could fix them. He said the tools he needed were not available. My husband pointed out that the tools he spoke of were in the back. The man stammered, then asked me to leave my glasses there and he will check later. When I returned, the man said there was no way he could fix them. His customer service was poor. He acted like I was a nuisance instead of a customer, and brushed me off. I was very disappointed with the service there, and will not return. After we went home, my husband repaired my glasses. He fixed them, and they have been working great ever since. It has been 6 months.

I have been following Dr. Sonia Chung for about fifteen years at your stores. I trust only her with my eyes. She is the very best I have had the good fortune to see...and I am 77 years old, so you can take this statement to the bank. I have seen other Drs, but had to go back and see her to get my prescription corrected. You are so lucky to have her on your staff. Thank you Dr. Chung. The actual picking of frames part, and pricing experience, I have had much, much better elsewhere.

I had an eye appointment for September 3, 2020 then I received another appointment for contact fitting exam on September 18th which went well. Completed the exam and was told I was finished and contacts will be ordered. Everything was paid by insurance and out of pocket. Due to my busy schedule I called on October 12th asking if my 12 month supply of contacts arrived and they did not know and they offered to call me back later that day while I was at work. Its now October 31st no phone message or contacts!

I know Covid restrictions have changed everything. I went to order new contacts and I was told that appointment waiting time was 3 weeks long. So I asked if I could get a copy of my prescription. I need an appointment to get that too! Plus the girl at counter was rude. I will never go there again.

I completely understand things have changed due to the Covid 19 but this location has no customer service. They were rude to me and my son. I work customer service so I know we all have our bad days. But for all the employees to have attitude was really discouraging, Not only to me but all customers inside. Grabbed my sons prescription and went across the street to Americas best and got better customer service and an even better deal. Reps need re training on all operations of the store and customer service.

Ive had to wait almost 4 weeks to receive my contacts and could not get glasses until after my contacts came, so who knows how much longer Ill have to wait. Ive never had to wait this long at any other place. A month not being able to see is way too long. I will not be back here.

Misleading information was given at the time of purchase about appointments needing to be made 3days prior for my glasses to be fitted and then found out after follow up that it wasnt the case and then I was told that it was only going to take roughly 2weeks or so for my glasses to show up now now I am receiving a status on both pairs telling me the order that was supposed to ready tomorrow after two weeks of waiting is now gonna have to wait even longer because it said that my order has been delayed even though it said before that both pairs where almost complete

Everything about my experience was excellent. The eye exam was painless and not at all stressful. The doctor answered every question I had, was pleasant and professional, and I trust him completely. The entire staff in the store went out of their way to assist me, and the gal I worked with was so patient with me during the process of choosing new frames — which is usually a real chore. When I got there there was only one other customer and one gal working the front of the store. The longer I was there, the more people came in, and it was soon very busy. I was so impress that everyone- including the doctor’s assistant and the lab guy - pitched in to assist all the customers. I come to this location because it is the closest to me (I live about 30 miles away), I feel comfortable with the staff, and I like the atmosphere. Teamwork has made this Visionworks extra special. Most of the staff at this store were very friendly. Faith who helped us pick our glasses and pay for them was extremely helpful and pleasant. She appeared to be a little new but very good. I say most of the staff because there was an older female who seemed to be the leader/manager and she was down right mean. Not mean to us but the way she talked to the staff when they asked questions and the way she confronted one of the staff because of the colors she was wearing was rude and very unprofessional. While I understand that employees sometimes need to corrected, doing so in front of clients is unprofessional. I am happy with Visionworks and this is my second visit but I will do everything I can not to have this one older female help me.

Bought a pair of prescription safety glasses, they came with no side shields. I notified them and was told the manager will call me right back, it never happened. Called the next day was told side shields were hard to come buy. Was told the manager will call me the next day didnt happen. Very poor customer service, dont appreciate being lied to.

I had an appointment set up for me and my son. I am not a new customer, I seen the eye doctor in the last 6 months. When I set up the appointment I was told that they have my insurance information. Then the day of my appointment I get a very rude message from the eye clinic staff named Christy and when I call back to find out why the clinic seems so upset she continue to be rude and unprofessional on the phone. Then when I requested to speak with her supervisor she stated that she does not know when her supervisor will be back and rudely transfer me to another associate. The excuse I got, Christy is busy that maybe the reason for her rudeness. For future customers be aware of their lack of customer service.

I have been to this location many times for my four childrens glasses and the last two experiences have by far been the BEST. I almost didnt want to come back due to the employees that work there.BEFORE: I had an awful experience there with one of the girls in the front and when I asked to speak with the manager I was then greeted by another miserable woman. Both of their attitudes were in poor taste, all of the employees looked like they hated their jobs and not one single person acted like they had ever heard of how to give good customer service. I stayed away for 2 years and reluctantly went back because my daughter didnt like any of the frames at a few of the other shops. Now, however, I am SO glad I came back.NOW: The store is under new management and man what a difference! I walked in with my 4 children and was greeted by an extremely happy lady named Stephanie, come to find out later she is the new store manager. I mentioned my daughter is here just to browse at frames but didnt have a prescription. She said not a problem let me show you what we have and began asking my daughter and I questions about what styles she preferred. Keep in mind I went to three stores previously and not one person offered help to look at frames. She began pulling frames for my 13 year old daughter and had her try them on. She LISTENED to things my daughter mentioned of what she liked in a particular frame and what she hadnt liked, collecting the ones my extremely picky daughter liked. The store was busy and she asked if we mind if she checked in with some other customers while we looked. After helping a few people she came back to check in on us. The rest of the experience was flawless and easy. As I watched the other employees helping other customers I felt ease as they looked happy and all had smiles. This was a completely different feeling than I had 2 years ago when I walked in and it felt miserable. I cannot explain how different the environment is in there now. We came back to pickup my daughters glasses and again was greeted with smiles. I then told Stephanie of my experience before and she apologized and said she felt terrible that we had that experience and that visionworks prides themselves on their great customer service because her customers only deserve the best experience. She thanked us for coming back and said she had hoped they felt comfortable coming back anytime.Also, in my daughters words, she rocks! My daughter is extremely picky and usually hates wearing glasses. She now has two pairs that she loves and I never have to bother her to put them on. She offered us 60% off to come back for a third pair so my daughter can have prescription sunglasses for the inconvienence of our last experience. My other three children will be back in and I also spoke with my neighbor. I mentioned it to a co-worker and she said she went there because they took our insurance and had the same experience with Stephanie saying she hadnt experienced such great customer service like that in a long time. I would recommend visionworks to anyone!

A supervisor got back with me recently and stated that they’re placing my order and I’d receive them the next day. Never received them and haven’t even got a call back. Called to schedule an appointment as a new customer, they called and asked for my insurance info but I missed the call. I called back and got a gentleman who was rude and told me that he can’t find my insurance provider and that the doctors weren’t in on that day (Thursday) and that I’d have to call back the next day (day of my appointment) to see if I could be seen there. Didnt get my contacts for me, glasses were like looking through a fish bowl. I told them I had been using BL lenses for years and they said they would order them right away. A few days later my trial pair arrived and NOT the 8 boxes as they billed my insurance. They would not give me the trial pair without wearing them for a week and would not give me an RX which EVERY eye doc has done in the past. If you pay for an eye exam shouldnt you have a RX???? The glasses were just fitted on my face and not tested (take my contacts out). I got home and the walls were curved, everything was like looking through a fish bowl. Also, sale for $69 is far fetched, watch for up selling, all for nothing as I couldnt see through them. Back to a big chain store I go....

Worst place ever worst pricing ever. Called and scheduled a contact lens exam, walked out with only a prescription for glasses. They want to charge $50 for a contact lens fitting so basically youre paying $50 to try a pair of contacts. Worst customer service every do not go to this place .
