My daughter and I both had appointments on the same day, I picked out the frames I wanted and young man that helped us was very polite. After 2 weeks had gone by, I called about my glasses they said they would call me when they arrive. I was ok with that, after 3 weeks I get a call that my lens were in, I asked about my frames? The employee that called me asked me oh you didnt just order the frames? I said no, that I picked out a pair of frames there. She apologized & said they would notify the lab. Another week goes by, I get a call again to inform me that my lens are in. At this point I was very disappointed and upset, I never had to wait this long for a pair of you glasses. They put their supervisor Yvette on the phone and she apologized about the mix-up and that she would call me the following week and find out how long it would take for my frames to come in. Week 6, I get a call from Yvette and my glasses finally arrived! I went in on a Saturday to pick them up Yvette was there to help me she apologized for the long wait and the mix-up. She offered me a free pair of sunglasses for the inconvenience and mix-up. That was very kind of her and I appreciated her sincerity. Thank you Yvette!

I had an appointment for contacts. The manager at the time was a big bone gentleman. Mind you he never ordered them. After about a month and half I called to find out where my trial contacts where. To my surprise they were never ordered. Now there was a woman manager and she got right on it and ordered my contacts. Trial contacts came they fit perfectly. The woman manager put in my order for 6 months. Guess what never got them and never received a call to state when I could pick them up. But yet they billed my insurance. Fraud! How could you bill my insurance and I never received a 6 month supply of contacts. Don’t go here. I don’t recommend this location at ALL!!!!
I walked in for help switching some lenses out bc I felt like I was going to break my frames doing it by myself. Yvette was a huge help and extremely friendly. In and out in 10 mins and they wouldn’t accept a payment from me. Great service and very nice people working there.
Very rude front desk....if this is representative of how were going to be treated on the exam, getting frames, and time for delivery of finished glasses Im very sorry we are forced by insurance to go here

The eye doctor was amazing but the manager who helped me with frames was not! She lied about pricing, saying the 2 for $99 deal had expired. Well it has not! Out of pocket pricing was significantly higher than I ever should of paid! Not only should she not work there she shouldnt be manager!
Hi I got my glasses 1 year ago or so and also got a medical eye exam along in there. At that time I really did not like the service of the girls behind the counter. Going forward I went intoday because thd nose pieves on w pairs of glasses fell offand one lense kept falling out. Had to wait outside but I stepped in and was immedistely askef by Yvette how could she help me. She said she could fix them and would bring them to me in mh caroutsife. Exceptinonall. Service is bad everywhere but this business has taken it to a new level of just terrible! Had an eye exam over a month ago and still havent received my glasses. I tried calling but they wont answer their phone. I called 14 times throughout the day and finally someone answered. I was told the glasses shipped out 12 days ago but they havent received them. They said they would track them and call me back. They never called. I went in to talk to them a couple of days later and there were no customers in the store so they are not too busy to answer the phone. I was told they still hadnt checked where my glasses were. They said they would check right now and call me in a few minutes. They didnt call. I called them again the next day and it took 8 calls before they answered. They told me the same thing. And now they say they cant track the order. They said they would call me when the glasses come in. Who knows when that would happen. They sure dont know. I asked why they dont answer the phone. I was told they were super busy but I drove by 10 minutes later and there were no customers there. Last time Ill use this business and advise everyone to go somewhere else.

Very Disappointed, new glasses not even two months screw already came off and Lenses fell off glad we didnt step on them found them on the floor.now during a Pandemic have to go in and get them fix.so Disappointed
I usually dont write reviews but I have to say, I was very pleased with the service that Nationwide Vision provided for me today. I went to Nationwide in hopes of resolving a dilemma that involved my sons broken glasses due to a car accident. Robert helped me resolve EVERYTHING in 15 minutes, addressing every concern in a polite and professional manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone! Robert, thank you again for all your help and for treating us like important customers!
This is worst place to get your glasses. I spoke to an employee there named Natasha who was very rude she told me the check-in time was 30 minutes before the appointment and it was explained to her that we might be 5 minutes late to the 30-minute check-in time. And she suggested that we reschedule the appointment, so she can get off on time. apparently theyre only seen 2 patients a day and God forbid she leaves 5 minutes later. Its ridiculous my daughter needs glasses and now we have to wait another 2 weeks. Smh covid-19 is not an excuse to disrespect customers I dont care how essential you feel your job is you should never lower your standards (thats under the assumption that this place has standards and judging by all the 1 star reviews thats a long shot.)
My experience at Nationwide Vision was excellent! The ladies at the desk were very helpful and friendly. I am disabled and they went out of their way to make things easier for me. Dr. G was very nice and professional. When I went to choose frames, Robert, the office manager, was so good at picking frames that he thought might look good on me. Picking out frames usually takes me a long time but with Roberts help it was only a few minutes. I will definitely go back to Nationwide Vision for my next exam and glasses.
The staff always makes the visit a nice pleasant welcoming visit. From the front receptionist to the doctor they are super friendly, fast, fun, and my glasses are beautiful and I can see 😊.

SUPER BAD PLACE!! we’ve gotten glasses here before and always had bad service, this last time was the last straw! We came 30min early before closing time and they closed the doors right in our face after explaining we just wanted to PICK UP our glasses! They said no we sadly accepted it, other clients came and they unlocked the doors for them, we proceeded to try again and they said no. I would most definitely NOT come here it’s a waste of time and money. Thank you

If I could give a minus star I would give them 5 minus stars. The ladies at front desk are unbearably rude. They act like your a bother to help and are quick to try and say no to anything. I picked up my sons contact trials and I asked for a little case to put them in to separate the right from the left. They told me they dont give those out. I asked you dont have any? She said yes but we dont give those out that I could buy one. I just needed a simple contacts case. But, she would not give me one because she was running low of samples so I would have to buy one. My jaw was dropped. I could not believe what I was hearing and how they where behaving. Its so sad because they have a nice selection of glasses, contacts. But, honestly its not worth the disrespect and just plain horrific customer service. If you have high blood pressure or anxiety. Do not go there and if you are make sure to double up on your meds to deal with the worst customer service ever..
If I could not give any stars I would. The customer service is awful. The Drs are usually pretty good. But the over all experience sucks. I took my kids in almost 2 weeks ago and got them glasses. I havent heard anything from them yet so I called. The lady I spoke with was incredibly rude. She acted like it was a bother for her to look at both of my kids information. Then she tells me that it would probably be 3 or 4 more days before they get their glasses. and then the glasses have to pass some sort of inspection before they will even call me. I would go someplace else if my insurance would allow it. this place is just awful and this is not the first time that I have had issues with them. My advice if you can avoid them do so.

I needed my vintage Ray-Ban sunglass lenses swapped out from another pair that werent scratched. Every place I went would tell me they wouldnt do it because they were to old or the the lenses werent the same so it couldnt be done. I walked into Nationwide and the manager Robert greeted me and I told him my issue and he did let me know they could brake and they also could get ripples in the frame but he would try his best. Well he did an awesome job!!!! No cracks or ripples and my beloved Ray-Bans are wearable again!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH ROBERT!!!!!
Great customer service. I dont wear prescription glasses but I went in with a popped out lens on my rayban sun glasses, they fixed them for free and even tightened the other screws around the glasses then cleaned the lenses for me.
Ive taken my kids here for the last 5 years. The service here sucks with the new management. Not recommended what so ever.
Ive been waiting for my daughters glasses for a few weeks. Then they called me and said her glasses were in but when I got there they were someone elses glasses. Now I still dont have the glasses and when I tried to call and see when theyll be in, the phone number says its not in service anymore. Im trying to get her glasses in before school starts.
Really long waits to see the doctor and to get glasses fixed. The lady in the front said they always book at least 5 people at the same time, because people dont show up sometimes. Uncomfortable chairs and staff with poor customer service skills. The doctor was very nice and there is a male that adjusts the glasses who was also helpful. Update: My glasses lasted two months and I was told that it was due to the anti-glare coating coming off. It was only on one lens and I always cleaned with cloth. Had to pay to get lens replaced and was told it would be back in one week. It has been 11 days now so I called. They said they dont start counting until they are sent and do not count weekends or the day they are dropped off.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and I was able to get my daughter glasses and she absolutely loves them!!

Horrible customer service. The first time I walked in, we were completely ignored. After standing at the counter staring at the people for 10 minutes she acted like I was bothering her. I ordered glasses because they are the only place in town that takes my insurance. Took weeks to get them.. Overall nightmare.
Bought some Oakley frames 6 months later lenses our poppin out . took them back to see if they could adjust them of course theres nothing they can do. these frames werent cheap what a ripp off stay away from this company
Very rude ladies upfront will ignore your phone calls and finally answer with the worst attitude almost have to deal with higher up management every time who is actually very polite and take care of his customers, too bad his staff doesn’t have his Costumer service.
