I and my husband have purchased our glasses, exams, glass cleaner wipes and frames from Walmart for many years, that comes to about 9 pair total. He uses bi -focals and I tri focals. We both have macular degeneration. My last pair of glass less than a year old have been in for nose piece repair 3 times.They became scratched from daily used and I was told I cleaned them incorrectly, nothing they could do. We clean our glasses daily with the Walmart product. These glass cost over $500. less than a year ago and we were just blown off. It will be the. Last pair ever bought from Walmart
Worst patient care Dr.B I cannot pronounce her name but shes a female provider. I have to say my mother is older and speaks a little bit of English first didnt greet my mother thats fine. Secondly didnt allow her staff to translate even though they speak Spanish because she said it was not part of their job to do so. She said it was the patients responsibility to bring an interpreter. My mom said she was rude when she was examining her. My mom understands English even though she cant speak some words in english she still gets by. When she was telling me about what happened I was livid no person deserves to be treated this way. As a provider you are going to deal with some diversity. I see how some providers that do care and want to help do what they can to help a patient. And there are those who are there just for the money. This provider either was having a very bad day or didnt want to deal with my Mexican mother. Either way THERE IS NO EXCUSE! We will never be back here we will be going elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO any Hispanic person they dont like them.
Everyone was super nice and very very helpful! Everyone from the office manager to the tech to the doctor were wonderful!
The most rude doctor Ive ever had. Was given a very rude and alarming experience as Dr.B never once listened to me and constantly wrote out prescriptions for contacts i specifically said i do not want. Once I finally pulled up 1800contacts and had to SHOW HER that she was wrong, she did not appreciate that one bit. Would never recommend this place to anyone even if youre blind and need it.
Very pleasant and helpful employees. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time on my glasses was faster than anticipated. I actually enjoyed my ordering process. I got my exam elsewhere.My problem is with their lab. I was charged for things I asked for and did not get. I have thick lenses, even on the thinnest lens material. I paid for having the edges rolled and polished. The rolling thins the edges a bit, the polished edges make them look less like bottle-bottoms.They rolled them, but they’re certainly not polished. I didn’t catch it, so I’ll have to live with it ‘til my next pair. Unhappy.The service is not expensive but I’ll eat it. I had this happen once before with another location some time ago. It’s a lab fault not a location fault, but buyer beware on that particular service.
Never had a doctor that was so knowledgeable and so very thorough in the exam. Dr. B is the best in my opinion. Nora helped me pick out my glasses and explained all the options. The glasses came in on the due date and both Nora and Albesa made sure they fit and I was happy with them. This is the best place to go if you want quality professionals taking care of your vision.
The doctor was great. Very thorough and patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Girls in customer service were also great. Kind and very efficient. Glasses came in two days before they said they would. They also called me a week after I received my glasses to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend them.

I went in for an eye exam and to get new contact lenses. The exam was thorough and the dr. Said the contacts would probably take a week to 10 days to come in and they would call when they received them. I waited for about 10 days and called ...they had not received them. We stopped in about 5 days later and still no contacts. Finally when our time in the area was coming to a close we went there again and I was told that the lenses were never ordered. I was supposed to have prepaid and then they would have ordered them. No one had mentioned this at all. So if you decide to go here be sure and ask plenty of questions because obviously they do not communicate well.
Glasses broke while driving, this place took care of me on the spot. Thanks! I would recommend.

Its been over two weeks and I still havent gotten my replacement glasses. They dont have an ETA and not very helpful.
