I would have given zero stars if it was allowed. I called on 9/2 to order oxygen tanks and supplies and had to reach out again today spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Allie. Its sad when you almost lose your loved ones to covid and have to be treated nasty by an employee that works in a business to help others. This young lady needs to learn empathy and customer service.

Lidia and Jeffrey are the BEST!! They were both very kind, caring and professional. Lidia and Jeffrey were extremely patient, answered all my questioned and showed me in detailed how to operate my new equipment. They took extreme steps to insure my safety, by wearing masks, gloves, plastic covering on tablets etc., due to Covid19. Thank you both so much for your kind, professional and a safe, outstanding experienced.

I finally found someone at Lindcare who helped me and I have my CPAP machine. The RT who came out to instruct me was wonderful. Thanks.

I have had a bad experience with this company the day they came to bring me the equipment, everything is fine, now to remove them is a problem and they continue to charge me, after having notified on several occasions that I no longer needed them ..!

Ive been using Lincare Cassleberry for almost a year. Every encounter with Lincare personnel has been GREAT. When Ive called Im always treated exceptionally well. I have had two visits from Lincare personnel and both have been very helpful and they were kind and helpful. I recommend this company and look forward to future exchanges with personnel.

The service is inadequate. Nice on the phone but you will wait forever for equipment and when you do call you get excuses.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have tried for 3 months plus to get new oxygen concentrator for my 86 yr old mother. Nobody returns calls. Different depts give different instructions. Worst customer service that I have EVER dealt with. I despise this company. Avoid this company.

Dr. suggested hubby try portable oxygen concentrator which required changing oxygen suppliers. Lincare never called us- we had to reach out to them. After 3 months of run-around and phone tag, we quit and just stayed with current O2 company. The....worst.

Looking for another supplier. Lincare doesnt care about its customerd.

The staff in Casselberry is horrendous. They are clueless, inadequate, and unprofessional. People come and go so no one knows whats going on. Avoid the place. Using Lincare is doing a diservice to your patient or loved one.

Stay away from this company if you value your life! They are the most incompetent DME company. We’ve been trying to get my husband’s CPAP mask supplies for the past 2 months and we are still waiting! We have finally decided to go with a different company. Good luck trying to get what you need from them in a timely fashion.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The women who work there are nasty and uncooperative. Even though I have copies of the fax sheets showing that the fax went thru they are saying they never received the paperwork. The equipment was picked up from my home on 12/7/17. To this date I am still getting billed. They are still saying they never received the discharge from the doctor. This office needs an overhaul with new and COMPETENT employees. If I didnt have to give them at least 1 star to post this I would actually give them 0 stars. I have never dealt with such nasty and mean people in a business environment as they have working there.

I have been with Lincare for many years, but in 2107, their service went downhill and it is getting worse -- although I dont know how. Anyway, after several calls today, I am praying that my larger mask will be sent soon so I can breathe again. If you have a choice, try another supplier.

Christine the rep is extremely professional and caring. Jeff who delivers the oxygen goes over and beyond his calling of duty, very kind, professional, and caring about his patients!!!
