Out on the road from Minnesota and needed to upgrade our plan. Just happened to be in Cedar City and was able to stop here. After waiting for Cheryl to finish helping an older gentleman we were next. We explained what we needed and without hesitation she jumped on the phone and made it happen. Even ensured that we received an open discount. It was nice to walk in explain our situation and she knew exactly what to do and did so with patience. We walked out 10 minutes later. Make sure to keep Cheryl because she is a great employee with a great attitude.

Extremely slow service, no one answers the store phone and the voicemail box is always full. The manager brings her children to work, goes on her phone, and takes her child to neighboring stores while leaving the other store employee to help customers all by herself. Ordered a phone that took two weeks to get, had about 4 different complications that prevented me from getting the phone I paid for. I had to keep coming back to the store and waited 30 minutes, 3 times. Each time to be told I need to come back. Very poor customer service. Every experience here has led to an extreme headache.

I should have read all the reviews here before I came here. The manager guy, blondish guy, worst customer service ever. The new kid Tanner is good, although he doesnt know much, but is better than anyone there. Very unprofessional people. I will not go back and will make sure all my friends and family will never use them. The told me they could help me get a new phone even after I told them I had a contract thru a business account. After signing me up, they tell me I had to wait til my contract was up and sent me away to purchase my phone else were. Bad service. Very bad.

I walked in and they greeted me at the door. They helped me find the phone that would be best for me and helped me get my phone number over to verizon, even though it was a little hard because my former provider, Straight Talk, was giving me such a hard time. They didnt get frustrated with the long process and made all the phone calls and did the whole process for me.
