Love, love, love the staff and the Drs at Signature. From sunglasses to our family prescriptions this is our go to place. Our college son lost his glasses during a recent move and we needed replacements so he could drive. The staff was very accommodating at getting him in and set up with a new pair. Super happy with Signature Eye Care! My wife splatterred some chemicals in her eyes after hours. Dr. Lou and Dr. Dollar were both available for feedback before and after an ER visit even though it has after hours and made sure to create an opening first thing for her the next morning for a follow up visit. Had a lot of “floaters” in one of my eyes 3 months after my annual eye exam. Called the office and they got me in the same day. Dr. Lou quickly determined I had a tear in my retina and then GRABBED HIS CELL PHONE AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME WITH A SPECIALIST on the spot!!! He didn’t refer me to someone he freaking called the doctor, gave them all my information including my insurance stuff so there was no waiting, no check in, just “head over to this address and they’ll take good care of you”. Wow! Wow! Wow! And yes, the specialist was able to repair the damage and I didn’t do much when I arrived at his office other than provide my name. Dr Lou certainly doesn’t need anymore reviews, since it’s widely known that his practice is the best around. I searched for the best optometrist in Cedar Park to assist with Lazik operation in 2014. Dr Lou met me at the Austin clinic to be apart of the operation team and I suspect to give moral support. The Lazik was a success and lasted for several years. Recently, reading glasses were needed. Yesterday he fitted me with a contact in preparation for another round of Lazik. I own a small business myself. I have a admiring eye for well run operations. Signature Eye Care is definitely a business that cares not only for their customers, but their employees as well. My wife and I have befriended one their staff...a nicer human and Karaoke singer cannot be found. If your reading this wondering to contact or not, save yourself the time, energy, money and frustration and just give them a call. You might have to wait a bit because of the ridiculous COVID mess, but well worth it.

I have been going to Signature Eye Care for almost 10 years and the care and service I receive from Dr. Oliver Lou and his entire staff has been outstanding. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

Scheduled a visit for my son to get contacts. Dr. told me it was cheaper to order through them. He told me if I ordered a year supply, that I would receive a discount from them and a $200 rebate from the Manufactuer once I submitted paperwork. Net effect would be $150 out of pocket. We submitted the rebate paperwork and we did not get $200 returned to us, but we were prompted to select $200 in gift cards. I dont feel this is being transparent and honest.

My visit to Signature Eye Care was no less than absolutely the most amazing and pleasant experience that I have ever had at any physician’s office in my life. First, let me start by saying that it had been two years since my last eye exam, so my nerves were a wreck and I was expecting the worst news. But every step of the way Dr. Dollar and his staff made it their primary goal to make me feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.Upon arriving the door, it was not just unlocked for people to enter and exit as they pleased. There was a lady at the door that let you in, greeted you and immediately checked your temperature to ensure that everyone who entered was safe to do so.After filling out my paperwork I sat down and had only been there for 5 minutes when I was promptly called back by Melissa who was very pleasant. She performed many tests on me and some of which were quite foreign since there had been technological leaps in the field since my last exam. But she could see that I was nervous, and nothing was rushed, as some offices can be, in order to get you in and out as fast as possible. She took her time, explained everything and reassured me step by step.Shortly after Melissa left Dr. Dollar came in and before he went into the explanation of anything he sat down and said: “Before I go into any details, you’re 24, healthy and your eyes are perfectly fine.” This was so kind, as I am sure I looked anxious, and put me right at ease to absorb the rest of the information.He went into details on everything and if he ever saw me become nervous, he stopped to reassure me that I was ok, healthy and the state of my eyes was perfectly natural. I told him my concerns and my bad past experiences with other offices and he actively listened and responded. This made me so much more comfortable with following his lead and guidance. He truly cared.As I was leaving he also assured me that if anything was wrong that I could come back right away and he would fix it, that I absolutely was not bothering him and said that “I am here to make you comfortable and if there is anything you need, I am here to accommodate.”In closing. Dr. Dollar and his staff were the kindest most professional group of people I have ever dealt with in the medical field and all offices of any medical practice should aspire to their standards.
