I went in 2 maybe 3 wks ago; looked around; lady came up and said can I show u anything? Yes was my reply. I want to by a pair of glasses, handed her my prescription and I looked around till I found the one I wanted; she fitted me with them and I loved them! She was very nice great customer service! Donna I believe was her name. Then a weeks later I went down and got me another pair of prescription sun glasses! And a young man helped me with them! No problem! Wonderful service! Friendly staff all of them interacted with me in one way or another. Ty Walmart for having such dependable and friendly staff! Bonnie

I was more than a little skeptical about getting eyeglasses at Walmart.One of the people I dealt with was a little unsure about pricing for my particular lenses, but my lenses are very different than normal so she grabbed her manager and he got it straightened out very easily.All of the staff was very friendly and polite.I had gone to 3 large chain stores that deal exclusively with eyeglasses and had to deal with at least one person that was exceptionally rude at all 3.I got 2 pairs of glasses without all of the gimmicky advertisements at an incredibly reasonable price (around $500 for both) and they were ready 4 days BEFORE I was told theyd be in.[Told 10 days when ordered, ready in 6]The last time I got glasses at one of the chains with the ad gimmick it cost me a little over $1100 and took over 5 weeks to get them back.WALMART IS THE PLACE FOR MY FAMILY AND I FROM NOW ON to get glasses.

Just went to order new glasses and Donna was a perfect help. She helped me in so many ways. Customer service most places makes people feel rushed but she was a pure delight.

Excellent and very cooperative service. Had a problem with my order but that wasnt the fault of the great staff. I highly recommend these great folk and their help.

Utterly incompetent and rude. I picked out a pair of frames that wouldnt scan, so the sales associate hand-entered the frame number (Ive no idea where she got the number from or what she entered). Two weeks later, theyd made up my glasses with the wrong frame and insisted that those were the frames I had selected. When I told them what I think had happened, they swore that theres no way they could have gotten it wrong and insisted I had picked those frames (I think Id know whether I picked a pair of frames that I looked good in or not). Regardless, you simply dont blame the customer. Consequently, the day I was in there trying to get my money back another woman was there complaining about the terrible service shed received. Not a good sign.

Rude
