I scheduled my free annual eye exam there and they charged me my copay stating i spoke about the itching i used to have from allergy during the exam and they consider this as a consultation.. i said that when I was prompted about issues I have with my eyes.. very unprofessional

Called store and got the eye exam quote for $89.99, when visited office, lady flipped on me saying regular eye exam for $120.00 and if diabetic, it will be $200. Since I was already in, I said ok to $200 . After exam, lady charged me $175.. I was not even satisfied with the doctor too. So guys be careful visiting lakeline store.

My visit left me laughing. I feel the staff really tries to relate to you. Specifically, the red headed lady behind the counter, she was a lot of fun and very friendly. Everyone loves a good laugh. Dr Riddhi Gohel went above and beyond in putting any of my concerns at ease. Even answering anything to my curiosity. I am grateful for good people doing their best to help others. Thank you both.I was running short on time and the team next door helped me pick out my frames. They helped me get a great pair that fit my budget. They also broke down my coverage so I didnt have to worry about minor repairs and replacements. I really like coming here. Thank you guys for such a good visit. Until next time. So disappointed wit the quality of glasses. Although chose a decent material and sent it for double check, still disappointed, getting dizzy and see my eyes reflection int he glasses. Same prescription glasses got from my doctors office, works well.Going to return !

Visionworks is where I have been purchasing my eye glasses for some time now. They have excellent sales, 50% off name brands, BOGO deals year round. Helps me have a nice variety of eyeware without breaking the bank. Ive enjoyed every interaction with all the sales associates. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and assist you with your decisions about your glasses. Also, periodic adjustments to your glasses, no charge.

Stopped by VisionWorks with my Gf to try and find some Glasses that would look great on her, after old frames had some cracks, started looking around, and the staff was very helpful, I ended up looking at some Ray Bans, was mostly interested in something for her. She ended up not finding what she was looking for but there was good selection to choose from.

Called to confirm our glasses are ready or not since we just received text for one of them is ready after 10 days. The lady answered so rud and she said if you received one text means one is ready. Long story short after begging to check turns out both glasses were ready.I went to store, picked up our order of two glasses. The same lady just handed the glasses to me without any bag or any cleaning products. When I ask at least give me cleaning clothing she said glasses dont come with cleaning item anymore. Its what it is.Guess what, you lost my whole family business, I will never go to any vision store because of this behavior.

Just called to see how the coupon from their mailer worked because Ive never been a customer of theirs. After how rude and demeaning the woman was on the phone I wont ever be a customer of Visionworks. She talked down to me that the frames I wanted were sunglass frames and then quoted me a price that was at least $70 more than I could buy them anywhere else locally. I will warn all my friends and family to avoid Visionworks.

I recently stopped into Visionworks at Lakeline Mall when I was doing some shopping. My glasses that I bought some other place never fit correctly on my nose. I was concerned about the price but the store manager said it was complimentary as he quickly made an adjustment. He explained why my glasses were not fitting correctly. Even though the store was very busy, he showed me the styles I should be wearing for my face. After looking at frames, I realized I paid to much at the competitors and will be returning for new glasses & contacts soon! Thank you! Me and my family will be back!

I hadnt gotten a new pair of glasses in 6 years. So coming here I was pretty nervous about not knowing what to do. But the manager Robert was extremely helpful. He helped me every step of the way. All my questions were answered and I was well taken care of. Robert helped me pick out a great pair of glasses, and fixed my old ones so i could use em until I got my new pair. Great service over all. Would definitely get glasses from here again.

This is by far the worst place to get prescription glasses in Texas!My husband was trying to get prescription glasses, so he came over and picked the frame. It took them three weeks for the glasses to be ready. We came to pick them up and there were mulfunction in the frames, so they told us to come back in another 2-3 weeks to get the new glasses. We were told that if theres gonna be an issue next time, theyll issue us a refund. When we came back 2 weeks later to pick up the fixed glasses, there was the same issue with that pair. The refund was supposedly issued. Its been over 2 weeks now, we didnt get the refund and its impossible to get through to any store respresentative! Extemely disappointed with this location.

Nicole was amazing! She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses to fit my face and was very sweet. David said that it would take about 3 hours to get my new glasses ready and lenses put in my sunglasses. He got them done faster and the lenses fit perfectly! (This has been an issue with other places I’ve been to) I had such a great experience. They made the stressful job of getting glasses easy.

This was my first experience with Visionworks and it wont be my last. I worked with Lynne (she was visiting from a different store) and she was so helpful. Then I decided to change to progressive lenses and worked with Robert, the manager. Robert was professional, kind, and fun. He made the changes easy and also gave me a lesson on how to use my progressive lenses. I will definitely recommend and come back to Visionworks in the Lakeline Mall.

Worst service I have ever received. They messed up my kids glass and mine. No one there is knowledgeable to fix it and I am told only to come when the general manager is there as he is the only one who has some knowledge. However, the GM works M-F 9-5. Really people? I don’t understand why should he be present when no one is going to visit the store? I have had great experience with their George Town center. This place sucks big time. All my glasses are a waste. When I call them they are so rude and disconnect the phone. Is the how you treat your customers ? Do a favor for yourself and stay away from them.

Current staff is very helpful and accommodating. Nicole, especially, went to great lengths over several trips in to ensure my glasses fit and were adjusted properly. This included an exchange to a different frame and worked with my optometrist and his office next door to change Rx to progressive lenses and fit adjustment per his instruction so I could see properly through them.

Then she said my glass would be ready in an hour. But David completed them in 20 minutes. Did I mention? yall are awesome! Noble provided great service at a reasonable price. He spent the time going over discount and BOGO options. When I picked up my prescription and my sunglasses, he took the time to fit them well and make sure that I was comfortable with the set.

Nicole was so helpful, she read the perscription off my stepsons old glasses and proceeded to help him pick out his frames. As soon as he had picked his 2 pairs for the amazing promotion they were having Nicole immediately started doing the paperwork. David after complimenting my stepson on his frames guaranteed us he would have one pair finished by Saturday. Everyone was so helpful and nice it was one of the best experiences Ive had getting glasses.

The worst service at this location and at the Lakeline location. We waited weeks for glasses and they never called to let us know they were there. The glasses are missing the nose rubber things on top of it all. They doctor side well thats a freaking joke, rude staff all around.

I should have read the reviews first. With the year ending benefits must be used. It was understaffed on a week day during lunch hours. I ordered 2 pairs glasses and sunglasses Tuesday. Was told Id get a text when they were ready for pickup. I work in the area so I stop by the following Wednesday was told theyd be ready THAT NIGHTby 7. I go in on Saturday and everyone was confused. They werent ready so they rush the get them done. The sunglasses were loose she the girl bent them to fit. That was a mistake because I was back that Tuesday because my eyes couldnt adjust AND the tent was peeling off. I havent even had them a week. Glad I took them back. Calling to check status and they cant find them have no idea whats going on with them. Do they use computers. Very disappointed that Ill have to go back a 3rd time. I paid to much to have this experience.

In Austin on a business trip and realized one of the nose pads on my glasses had fallen off. It would have been a very long trip with the glasses rubbing my nose raw while I tried to work. David was helpful in solving my problem in short order. I recommend Visionworks for anyone in need of glasses! Thanks Visionworks!!

I walked in and out today with a fresh pair of glasses. The whole experience took less than an hour. I could not believe how easy it was!The manager, Robert, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. While I was taking my time selecting frames, Robert took my insurance information down. By the time we sat down in the chair, everything was priced out and ready to go. I could not have been more pleased.This was my first time at a Visonworks and Robert is the reason I’ll be back!

Elexis is amazing! Even though she was not helping me but I was noticing how attentive And knowledgeable she is with all her customers. Needless to say I was in the store close to 2 hours being helped by a gentleman that really didn’t have much training and kept asking Elexis for help the entire time as she was helping 3-4 customers at one time, answering phones and greeting people. She’s a great asset to your company and would be nice to see her move up the ladder at Visionworks. As for the other gentleman that was trying to help me, offer more training classes.

The store seems to be a bit short staffed at Lakeline, but the young girl Nicole was so calm, sweet and helpful! She gave me so many choices to choose from and even helped my whole family so quickly! If youre going go and ask for her!!! I strongly recommend Nicole!

I had the most terrible experience here ever. They got the measurements wrong, took over 6 weeks and the glasses are still not ready.To top it all, they sold progressive lens to me on my first visit and took wrong measurements. When I went in for the 2nd time, the lady said, oh you dont need progressive lens. This, after I spent $380!

I cant rave enough about the service I recieved at the Lakeline Mall Visionworks. Robert is the manager there. I went in a few days before the end of the year, which is the busiest time of the year because people are trying to use their vision benefits before they expire. I didnt realize this. I was going in because I lost my progressive glasses and I was leaving on vacation the next week. The employees helped me and told me that it was a possibility that they wouldnt be in in time, BUT if not, they could make me a temporary pair, just without the anti- reflective and UV coatings, for my trip, and I would trade them back in when I got back from vacation. I thought that was amazing, however, the order slipped through the cracks and didnt get done. I called in the day before I was to leave and talked to Robert, who happened to be the manager. Let me also note that this was new years day. The lense guy was taking a much needed day off and Robert couldnt locate my temporary glasses. Im worried. I really needed them for the trip. After several calls and waiting, Robert called to tell me that he contacted another location, who was working on my lenses and he was going to PERSONALLY drive there, pick them up, and get them back to me before they closed that same night! (Please also note that I was flying out the very next morning at 8am.) I couldnt believe my ears! I cant thank Robert enough for his generosity and kindness to go above and beyond to make it happen for me. Hes a lense angel! Thank you Robert!

Seriously understaffed. Here several times in the last month, only one or two employees on duty each time with a good 45 minute wait due to customers in line. Im currently here to pick up pre-paid glasses ordered over a week ago, I am having to wait behind people trying frames on just to pick up my order. Its been 20 minutes, still others ahead of me to be assisted with paperwork. Why? I am prepaid a week ago, should be a dedicated person for orders, as their competitor does. Paying extra at the competitor downstairs is worth it to me next time.

My son broke his glasses he needs to be able to read at school and we needed to get him some more asap so we went to vision works for the awesome sale yall were having on 11/1/2018. As we entered the store at around 5:00 pm we were greeted by every employee that was working before nicole came up to us and offered assistance. I apologized for not having his prescription and just his broken glasses and the lab tech David had no issue at all reading the prescription. While he did that nicole helped him sort through frames based off of his favorite colors and what he felt comfortable with. They finally narrowed it down to the best 2 and she immediately began to start on measurements. The lab tech David came out and guaranteed to have at least one pair of glasses ready by Saturday and he did not disappoint they were ready and on time. I highly recommend this store as it was the best experience Ive had getting glasses for my son! Thank you Nicole and David for yalls awesome customer service!

One clerk finally comes out of the break room and is so clueless that she’s wondering around. She also bypassed the waiting customers for someone who just walked it!!! Wow! Worst service ever.

So I spent $460.00 On Bogo deal 2 pairs of glasses and which was outrageous to start with. The original amount was going to be over 1000.00!!!!! Apparently no warranty on the glasses at all unless you BUY a warranty. Will never use them again. Terrible business practice
