Dont think because its in a mall, that it wont be quality- because this team is great, so kind, patient and professional. The exam clinic is clean, efficient and never really a long wait. You can always book online too. Dr. Loebeck is my main doctor, he is very thorough, kind and answers all of my questions, I never feel rushed. I recently had retina eye surgery, and though he had to refer me out to another specialist, he followed up with me to see how I was doing.The front desk staff is always nice, and welcoming.Def recommend Lakeline Eye Care.

Very rude office staff. Visit this doctor only when you can be in time or early, if you are more than 5 min late then you will loose your appointment. Today I had an appointment, I called in advance that I would be late due to traffic and my spot was given to person who was next to me, when i requested can i take other persons spot then I had been denied. No other doctor office denied patient for 5-10 mins delay. More over staff told me I cant seat in the lobby even though no other patient was there. This was breaking point for me. I will never visit this place and will not recommend anyone.

Dr. Lubeck is an extremely thorough and compassionate Optometrist. He has taken excellent care of me and my family for a few years now. We are thrilled that he came to our area. I have complete trust in his work!

Excellent doctor, really took the time to listen to me explain an issue I was having while also explaining why it was happening from a medical context. Dr. Lubeck was the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to by far and I will be returning in the future.

Definitely a great experience. The doctor (Matt) took time to explain all the details of the images taken, went through different options that I can choose for the glasses needed.

Dr. Lubeck is the best. Helpful and knowledgeable, hes always happy to answer my questions in a way that I can understand. Hes so friendly and pleasant, I actually look forward to my eye exams!

I could not be more disgusted with an outrageous money grab situation than II am with this place. This is not a medical doctors office, its an optometrist office where you get an vision prescription for glasses.The are making retinal scans, that most insurance companies dont pay for, mandatory and wont let you opt out. Its a blatant money grab from the owners.Retinal scans are for ophthalmologist to determine eye health.. most optometrist may offer, but dont make this type of exam mandatory.Dont waste your money or time with this place, they are over charging for exams.. $100.00 plus for an exam is extortion

I appreciate how thorough the doctor was and helpful in getting prescription eye drops. I also appreciated getting in quickly to have the problem checked. I thought the headache I had had for ten days was from the new glasses which I got on that day. After visiting a chiropractor, I believe the headache was the result of my neck being out of alignment.

Very thorough exam and went the extra mile to answer questions and get my prescription right. Had been to an ophthalmology office where technicians did the refraction with poor results. Optometrists will prescribe for me from now on!

I have never experienced such awesome care as I did with these people. They were so nice and made me feel so comfortable while I was in their care. All the testing was explained in great detail that I could understand. Then when I went to select my glasses I was amazed at the gratitude and care I received. You are all so amazing. I am very sincere about what I am saying because its hard to find caring professionals like you.I strongly recommend this location of Lens Crafters. If I could rank them as a 10, I would. I had a wonderful experience at Lakeline Eyecare! I hadn’t had an eye exam in 5 years when I went to visit Lakeline Eyecare, and the Doctor was incredibly kind and patient with my overly sensitive dry eyes. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing an eye exam!
