Called on Thursday to see if they cut glass. They don’t but Silver went above and beyond and googled who might be able to help me. I really appreciate the customer service.

Though previous reviews talked about customer service. However my experience is: They asked me if I was a builder, when I said no, they informed me the showroom was closed. Ostensibly this is for builders only. This may be due to COVID, but then there should be a standard set of rules.
