This was our first visit to this fresh, new store. Everything was very clean and neatly organized. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and efficient, not to mention cheerful and smiling. The cashier was delightful, helping me get signed up for their catalogues and coupons. Now I see why Redbeard, our friendly Tool Bear, speaks highly of them so often on his YouTube channel, The Den of Tools. I give Harbor Freight a great big two paws up!

They usually have what I need for a great price. The quality of products definitely varies greatly but always low price. If you know their product line you shouldnt end up disappointed.

This store (and really every HF store I’ve been to) has excellent customer service. They do whatever they can to make sure your problem is solved. I went to buy a US General drawer chest and had some special needs. I needed the wheels off to fit the item in my smaller car and I needed help getting it in. They moved as a team and helped me out through and through. The store associate Jean was super helpful in even helping me load and they are all super kind. Yes, products are also a solid deal for the most part. Love the store and the people who run it!

I have bought many things here and am picky about what I do buy. Some not so good but a lot is really great and prices cant be beat. After a lot of reading reviews and watching videos, I decided to buy a wood chipper/shredder. I used it one time and it works great. Dont expect to shove in big limbs. But it will handle most pruning jobs. Started up first pull and ran non stop through the recommended break in time.

Used to like coming here for cheap tools etc, but now their prices have doubled if not tripled… Will just buy better tools somewhere else for the same price. Good luck HF

Harbor Freight is an adult toy store. They have almost anything you might need or want in the way of tools.

Always find what Im looking for great place to shop

I don’t invest in high end tools, am not a purist or a snobby-hobby tool collector, what I need is a medium quality product that I can use once or twice and lose to a helper or other light fingered person on a job site and not get upset about it. Cost of doin business. If it works once well, I am good. Some things never wear out, had good luck with predator products, air tools, and compressors.

Toys-R-Us for the DIY guy. Everything imaginable and then some. Good prices but cant speak to overall quality and some brands I have never heard of. Its worth walking in and checking out.

Great prices on tools and supplies that you might not use everyday. My general rule of thumb is that if it isnt something Im going to use all the time, buy it at harbor freight first, then if it breaks, invest in a higher quality set. They also have great prices on misc supplies like shop towels and other things. Also, always check your local junk coupon mailer, they usually have a 20% off a single item coupon, and sometimes a free LED flashlight or something, extra savings!

Very rude customer service. Manager not helpful. I spent thousands and thousands dollars. Never again I will take my business somewhere else. Shame on you Harbor Freight for having a not nice,rude, not professional employees.

My go to place for tools and hardware. I needed a torch set and surprisingly it was on sale and saved me $70

This hardware store has a little bit of a lot of stuff. By that I mean they have somethings of a lot of things but not a great variety of those things. It feels a bit Dollar Store-ish in its layout but it will likely have what you need for any home or shop project.One huge bonus over the big box hardware stores is their incredibly helpful staff that doesnt miraculously disappear when you have a question. On my last visit I was asked no less than three times if I needed help finding anything.

Prices are always great for the items. They have a good selection of things I need and of course there are the things I dont need till I see them there.

Thankful that Cedar Park finally landed Harbor Freight . Like walmart in this sense. Harbor freight has made it possible for most people who want tools . To be able to afford tools .

People ask if you need assistance in looking for something and what they can do to help you out. The store is well organised, stocked, and clean. They may not have the more name brand tools but you can get some quality for what you pay for.

Theyre always the cheapest place to get what I need. The quality isnt always the best, BUT theyre so cheap you can buy the 2 year warranty and still pay less than if you were to go to another tool store. Easy choice for me when Im looking to buy something.

Had an unopened can crusher to return for store credit. No receipt, but silly. I bought it, never used it. My bad. No commen sense there for a simple exchange of product...for something I can use. Sad. Not cool. Im 70 years old, so Im trying to minimize my outings.

Harbor Freight Tools inexpensive tools of decent quality. Some people consider their tools disposable at the price you pay for them they are however Ive had tools could have lasted for years and years from them. There warranty is very good and that when you bring it back they never question it they just take it and either refund your money or give you whatever item you returned a new one in exchange. They even carry tool boxes that are in line with the Chinese Craftsman boxes that you buy at Lowes at a greater reduced price.

Friendly staff but I arrived at Harbor Freight at 7:11 pm, The hours clearly state open until 8pm.I knocked on the glass and an associate could clearly see me and didn’t bother to acknowledge me or even say “we closed early because were unloading the pallets”.

I signed up for email notification for the coupons and I am enjoying buying new tools and getting free gifts. They provides really good price and easy returns. If I think brought something not necessary no worry about losing receipt since all the receipt sent to my email account. Only need to careful some items not returnable if it opened. I bought pressure washer and was able to borrow from my friend and had no problem for the return.

Basically a bait & switch marketing. Went in the store for an advertised item. They had none left, wouldnt order any. Had one coming in between 4:30-6:00pm in two days if I wanted to come back then. No other Local Harborfreight stores hadany in stock except Taylor Tx.The manager had this sales talk down perfectly!
