Always have no issue when bringing my car here for maintenance. They always seem to let me know what’s going on with my car and definitely offer deals when I need it. The staff is very professional and always attentive to letting me know the ETA of my car when I’m there. The complementary car washes are also pretty great when I have extra time.

Second time this year bringing in my car for routine maintenance and I didnt think the service could get better than my first visit but I was wrong. My second visit was not only as good as the first but Id say even a bit better. Its nothing special either, just a really friendly and helpful staff and service did not take very long at all.

I was worried about a couple things. Due to Corniviris (?) I had only put 1500 miles on my car in the last nine months. When do you need an oil change? After sitting a couple days, my brakes squeek when backing out of my driveway but nowhere else. Though I dont know the answer to these questions, I feel greatly relieved by my oil change and brake check. I know Browning Mazda does an excellent job and I feel better now.

Brandon and Ronnie was great with offering advice and showing me a few cars since i came in with an idea of what i already wanted. When i sat down to go over details. They were very polite. Updating my first review:Browning Mazda of Cerritos proved that they care about quality customer service.We had an incident this week with the service department and the management of Service and the General Manager took full accountability and corrected the error. They communicated through every step of the way and did more than we expected.I would give them 5 stars for accepting responsibility and repairing the damage within three days. (Deducted one star because the needed repair shouldnt have happened.)Our first hand experience is that all levels from top to bottom do care about being known for giving quality service on Mazda products. They are proud of the products they sell and service. We found that keeping calm and not yelling at folks really helps. Customer Service is difficult. Show grace and they will bend over backwards to support you.Thank you to the whole team at Mazda! We appreciate each and everyone of you who supported us in this.

The staff at Mazda are all so helpful and friendly and made my first time at Mazda a wonderful one. The process was smooth and to the point. Our salesman, Jun Paguinto, did an amazing job and made my first car-buying experience (ever) a breeze. He took his time in helping us look for the right car and explaining all the functions in detail. He is also quick to respond and just as helpful after the purchase. Unfortunately, we found a dent on the roof on the morning after we took home the car, but it was taken care of quickly. Zee was very helpful in providing updates on the repair and also quick to respond. It is very helpful and important to have a team that has good communication like Browning Mazda does.

Horrible experience. Sales people are rude and sarcastic and they always deceive people on every transaction made. Last year they tried selling me a used CX-9 for 19k and they wanted to charge me $800 a month for 6 years. I went to another dealer and I got a brand new one the grand touring for 52k with a monthly of $600. How does that add up?To make matters worse, I got a coupon for a $50 oil change. I took my old Mazda for a service and I showed the guy the coupon and he said that the oil change was $49.95. The coupon didn’t have how much an oil change was but that I did have to pay taxes. I asked the guy if the only thing I needed to pay was taxes and he made fun of me “of course you have to pay taxes, you’d go to jail if you don’t” when they finished the guy said I owed $50. I asked how can that be? Than he told me the oil change was $100. I argued that he didn’t explain it right but by than it was too late because the service was already performed. When I walked to the car, they didn’t even wash it.Worse car dealership ever!!! I highly advice not to ever go there. I for one I’m never going back there!!

Ricky was my salesperson and he was absolutely delightful. He was honest and reasonable. I really enjoyed my buying experience. It felt like I had a friend by my side and he helped me to get the car that I was comfortable with. Such a great guy, I would absolutely recommend him to my friends. The closer Armando really heard what I had to say and I really appreciated that. Once I spoke about what I expected he really listened and responded in a way I didn’t expect. From me walking in the door, to driving off the lot in my new CX 30, I can honestly say albeit buying a new car is time consuming, my experience was calm, comfortable, respectful and kinda fun. Theyve done a beautiful job with decor, and its very comfortable.My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable, unpretentious and patient. He answered all my questions with a demeanor that said, I am here for you, as long as you need me. He never made me feel like he needed or wanted to be somewhere else. We actually had a fun time. This is my 5th new car purchase, so this wonderful service needed to be elaborated upon.Luis handled my paperwork with a honest and respectful and non rushed expertise. Just bought a 2021 Mazda 6. Everyone was helpful from the start of my visit. Matthew was the first to greet me. He understood our needs and worked with me and my girlfriend to get us the car that she wanted. He then sent us to Brandon who assisted us with the test drive and my girlfriend fell in love with the car. Would definitely go back and refer my friends and family for future car purchases

This was a great experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived my sales person Ricky was friendly and helpful and when I described what I wanted he showed me exactly what I asked for right down to searching out and hunting down the exact color and trim kit I wanted. I didnt feel pressured or pushed into anything I didnt ask for. The team worked together to make sure I had a great experience and even though I had to wait a bit..I got a tour of the facility, a bottle of water and someone visited with me making the experience a good one. My purchase was wrapped up in finance with Scott who was personable and entertaining and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. To top it off he called me a few days later to let me know he could save me a little more money. People dont normally do that after youve paid or signed the paper work. They told me I was now part of the Browning family and I definitely believe it. I would recommend Browning Mazda for sure.

Be prepared to wait several hours on your new car lease/purchase. Zero sense of urgency after you commit. I recommend the seats near the windows so you can watch the staff pretend youre not there. If you ask for the Manager they will expedite your paperwork (not really, they just say that). Good luck!As a note, Benny was fantastic and is in no way responsible for any of the comments above. If only the rest of the customer service was as good as he was.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!I came to the dealership with my boyfriend on Memorial Day. I had already been in contact with the Mazda dealership in South Bay, they had given me a quote with all costs including taxes. I called Browning because I saw they had the same car and it was closer to home. I provided them with my credit score, down payment amount and South Bay quote and they promised they would be able to match it. Upon my arrival, the salesman (Miguel) automatically starts adding arbitrary fees like clear car protectant and various other items that they were adding to my Browning quote. I point out in the fine print from the South Bay quote that has the same items included in the final price. Miguel talks to his manager and they eventually agree to match prices. This whole time, Miguel would only make eye contact/speak to my boyfriend even though I was the buyer. He then tried belittling me by saying its only $20 more a month after they agreed to match. Afterwards, I go to the finance office and the guy there patronizes me further and says where did she learn to negotiate like that to my boyfriend.We go outside after they finish washing the car and we notice a long scratch along the side. The service manager Omar assures this is something that can be buffed out and he will personally come pick up my car and return it spotlessly. After signing everything and being here for hours, I agree.About a week later the salesperson Miguel emails me to give him a call because he has amazing news. I call and he wants to BRIBE me take some CA car survey and he will give me a $50 gas card. I was reluctant to take this survey because they had not yet taken care of my scratch but he remains persistent (through text) and I cave. When I finish the survey he says I took it for the wrong dealership (WHEN HE SENT ME THE DIRECT LINK) and offers coffee for the attempt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A few weeks later Omar picks up my car to buff the scratch. He returns it UNBUFFED!!!!!!! Says its too deep to buff out and hes sorry!!?!?!?!That is not even the end of this nightmare!!!!! I go to HB Mazda to get an oil change and BROWNING MAZDA put an expiration date on when I can redeem my two complimentary oil changes!!!!!! They had them expire before I could even reach mileage. I called the service department and the receptionist who answered could not help me because managers dont work on Saturdays and asked me to call corporate for my new car complimentary oil change.This place is an absolute joke.

Wow, this dealership sure made an impression. Between purchasing a new vehicle for my husband and searching for a car to lease for me this year, we’ve gone to our fair share of dealerships but this one truly stood out by fully embodying the infamous dealership reputation. Having test driven several sedans from different companies including Mazdas at a different dealership, I knew going in that the Mazda3 sedan was high on my list. I had a positive first impression of the dealership, it seemed organized and the interiors were comfortable. Things really went downhill when our salesperson (very tall, male, you know who you are) sat us down to “run the numbers” following the test drive. I had made it clear I was looking to lease a vehicle and referenced the lease special advertised online. To lease a $24k vehicle, his opening offer was 30% down ($8k) of the full price of the vehicle (he claimed this was the standard banks look for this on car and home loans which is extremely false, we purchased a brand new vehicle from a competitor this year and were offered 0% APR with $0 down), and $450-525/mo for 36 months. Either the salesperson was stupid or assumed we were stupid, because quick mental math brings that to the full price of the vehicle. Last time I checked, leasing a vehicle does not mean paying the full price of the vehicle within the 3 year lease program. To top it off, he went into a spiel of how we were the closest dealership (false), family-owned (aren’t they all pretty much? And doesn’t this group own 7 dealerships?!), and that other dealerships all have mark-ups (common these days but luckily the one we will now be patronising does not so this is also a false claim). Once he found out I had been to another Mazda dealership and was considering both, he raised his temper and refused to provide numbers. I understand if numbers are confidential due to the competitiveness of the industry but there is no reason to put a serious customer down while explaining that that is the case. Tough luck buddy, won’t be bringing my best offer to you to match as you so angrily and unfairly insisted. I will happily take my business to a different Mazda dealership (the one that’s actually closest) that treats customers with respect.

We have nothing here. When I looked it up their website online there were used vehicles for sale In the price range I mentioned. He made me feel really bad about my visit. This is the only place that I really feel that they do not up sale me when it comes to car repairs. I worked with Derek to get an oil leak addressed. He advised me of other concerns and educated me on what issues could wait and which ones should be fixed immediately. He explained to me what tire wear was and when to replace the tires. I appreciated the text updates also. I always feel assured that my 10 year old Mazda is still safe and dependable after they have worked on it.

Called for an appointment same day and they were able to fit me in to check my battery, add new wipers and do an oil change. Service is always fantastic at check-in and check-out. I waited for my car and was able to work safely as there was someone wiping down surfaces and everyone was wearing masks. Jason in the service department has helped me a couple times now and hes is always so friendly and helpful.

I had already been to four different dealerships and had horrible experiences in the days prior and had low expectations.z I dont know who was listening to the voices in my head but they couldnt have proved me wrong any more than they did. There were three people involved in the purchase of my Mazda CX-5. We started with Benny who was knowledgeable, courteous, eager to satisfy my questions. Then Alan who works faster than anyone I know and talks faster too. He was very polite and knew his business, seemed happy to satisfy our concerns. Then Moe, who was the one who really iced the cake by showing me the details of the navigation system and I drove away with everything perfect. I need to mention the young woman who answered the phone and really went out of her way to track down the guys I needed to talk to and she must run pretty fast in those high heels. All in all, Im crazy a bout this car and hope I stay that way as long as it is mine.

I took my car in because the engine kept smoking. Come to find out, the engine cylinder head was broken. I was advised the part was on national back order and it would take some time to complete the repair. Daniel was awesome!!! He set me up with a loaner vehicle in the meantime and provided me with updates regularly. The part needed took about a month to receive. As soon as it was delivered, Daniel had his team work on my car and it was ready for pickup shortly after. Great customer service! Thank you Daniel :)

I brought my car in because the check engine light indicator was on. I did not have an appointment, however, Daniel Aguilar, Service Advisor, took care of me like I was a VIP. Daniel communicated with me numerous times by texting me the status, required repairs, and estimated cost. Surprisingly, my car was ready in 2 hours.Unfortunately, the check engine light indicator came back on the next day. I gave Daniel a call and he sincerely apologized. Obviously, he encouraged me to bring the car back ASAP. I brought the car the next day and Daniel was waiting for me. He assured me that it will be done properly and there should be no cost on my behalf. Daniel texted me the status, and the car should be ready soon. When I picked up my car, I was shocked to learn Daniel came in on his day off to take care of me. Talk about customer service.The car is running perfectly.

I worked with Jun at Browning Mazda of Cerritos. He was beyond amazing. I told him exactly what I wanted and gave him my range and he gave me my options and even worked with me on my dream list! I didn’t feel pressured or given the stereotypical sales man pitch and given the run around! Truly the best experience! So happy with my 3rd Mazda!

Wont respond to service requests via the contact form on their website (no matter how many times you try) but the sales department reps that spam you with emails will reply to your email ASAP. HOWEVER, instead of getting redirected or helped in any capacity youll just be slapped with a sorry this is the sales department, not the service department. unfortunate experience as a potential customer.

They will try to upsell you after agreeing to prices by phone/email. They will use words like its already on the car and things to try to force you to pay for things you dont want. It took us about 2+ hours to agree on the price we agreed to by email.Then I had to leave to go out the kids to bed and we decided I would come back the next day to finish the contract. They had the keys to my car to evaluate its trade in value and they wouldnt give my car back??? And instead gave me a loaner with one piece of paper and minimal agreement. So I left the dealership neither with my car nor with the car I intended to buy...I was in a third vehicle?So I had to come back next day to finish the contract because I couldnt hang out at the dealership anymore. They said they were ready any time and so I emailed and we agreed on a time. The finance manager doing my paperwork didnt arrive till 40 minutes after the agreed on time. And I was more or less ignored until after Id sent an email asking if I should come back later. From inside the dealership. Because they dont pay attention to their customers once they have you verbally committed to buying a car. (after that email they did give me cookies...and then ignore me for another ten minutes).I decided to go with my own financing and the salesperson refuses to confirm whether or not the dealership has received payment. I find this highly unprofessional.Ive certainly been to worse car sales places but this is one of the most frustrating Ive found in a long time.

Rude and arrogant salesmen. Assured would take care of issues and did not. Do not buy anything here. Bullying tactics only interested in making a buck. Will never buy a vehicle from a browning dealership again. Horrible experience.

About a month ago I leased a 2021 Mazda 3 sedan. I was thrilled with the customer service Jun P provided. He was patient as I looked a multiple cars, he answered all my questions, and was knowledgeable about each car. His supervisor, Mo, gave me an excellent deal. He really worked to make the car affordable and fit within my price range. He also got me a decent price on my trade in. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and I absolutely love my Mazda. Id definitely recommend purchasing or leasing a Mazda at Browning Mazda.
