This dealership wants to gauge your eyes off. Theyre all about mark up Mark up mark up since June of 202 when we were car shopping. Last weekend I went to take a look at the new Sorento and walked next door to Hyundai because they dont have Mark ups on their window stickers...

I hope nobody has an experience like mine with the service department. My Kia Optima Hybrid completely shut down on me when I was driving into my driveway 2 weeks ago. I had it towed to the dealership the very next day for what I was told would be emergency services. I assumed this meant that my car would be looked at in a timely manner. As of today, I still do not have my vehicle back. It has been 14 days and counting. To make matters worse, not once has Kia of Cerritos reached out to me letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle. I have called the service center pretty much every day asking for an update. Every time I have been given the runaround. Either I am put on hold, my advisor is not available, or I simply cannot reach someone who can provide me with any useful information. Once I was even blatantly hung up on. The one time I did reach my advisor (on day 13) it was because I went through the Service Department Manager. On the phone, he told me that he needed to speak with the service technician to see what was going on with my car and that I would get a call back. I knew this of course would be a lie, which it was. I never received a call. This tells me that nobody had looked at my vehicle in the prior 12 days. Never have I been somewhere where my car has been completely neglected and where a service advisor provides absolutely no update. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I hope there is another Kia dealership nearby, because I never want to deal with Kia of Cerritos again after this.

Long time on hold every time I call for a part or service they invariably end up work being hung up on and have spoken to no one but the operator. Hard to keep the car service records up to date when they treat their customers like this. Looks like Im going to have to drive farther to another Kia dealer to try and get this part and service. Again. They are a real gem here.

I’ve bought a lot of cars in the past and dealt with a lot of car sales man. Jack Harris, was probably the easiest I’ve ever worked with. No hassle, no corny salesman speech, no harassing. Jack seriously gave me exactly what I was looking for. A few text back and forth to get an idea of where I wanted to be and he told me he can make it happen so I came the same day. I got there and the vehicle was displayed front row for me. He worked with me to see what rebates I qualified for and just made the process easy. Pretty much all the sales guys were accommodating even though I wasn’t working with them. Very friendly environment. Even the sales manager Frank was super helpful. I went through TrueCar.com and received my quote from Kia Of Cerritos. I received a call from Tim within a few minutes of submitting my quote and we set an appointment to check the car the next day. I asked Tim whether the monthly payment quote provided by TrueCar.com was accurate and he assured me that it is.Kia Of Cerritos honored the quote provided to me however, the price of the vehicle I wanted was slightly higher which increased my payment another $20 which was not bad considering I didnt have to go through the standard haggling process. Overall, the process was painless and I would rather go through the online process first and obtain a quote rather than going directly to the dealership. Tim, our Internet Sales person did a great job making sure that me and my son were taken care of as soon as we arrived at the dealership.

After several months of researching cars, testing drive, and calling dealerships for pricing, we ended up going with Kia Cerritos.It’s robbery what dealerships are currently charging people for a new car. Many of these cars are not worth $3k-$5k over sticker price.The theft deterrent etching isn’t worth it. That’s what you pay insurance for.The ceramic sealant is essentially a very expensive wax job.After some back and forth, trying to bait and switch, we were finally able to speak to Herby and get the 2022 Seltos at MSRP.We worked with Eddie and he was pretty great throughout the process. I’d recommend him, but I don’t recommend the inflated prices. Also, my overall experience was pretty good. Not too much to add or complain about there. It was a typical car buying experience.

I contacted someone from the dealer and ask if they would honor a true car certificate on an specific vehicle and they said yes. I even shared screen shots of the deal and they were ok with it. So I filled out the preapproval application and they said that my credit score was 820. I confirmed that I would be stopping by over this weekend to test drive the car. After a few moments they backtracked on honoring the true car certificate and said they could not do it. so unethical.

My family and I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Customer service was awful. From the sales rep to the manager. Sales rep didnt know much about the vehicle we wanted to look at 2021 telluride. The sales manager was completely rude, trying to take advantage of my parents. We drove over 2hrs to purchase from this dealership and he had the audacity to say we are wasting his time. The next day, I took my parents to toyota carlsbad and they got an awesome deal with their toyota highlander. This dealership ruined our image of Kia.

This dealership is pretty big. Some salesmen sure do a lot of walking and talking. We wanted to take a look at a van. My hyna test drove new one. No pressure from Gilbert. He was very calm and chill. Paperwork took little longer than I imagined. However, Gilbert updated us on everything. Finance Manager Tony...was detailed and explained what I was about to sign. I went with my mother to get her oil changed. She had an appointment and was told it would be 2 hours til it would be done. We told them we will be waiting. Well 2.5 hours later my mother went to ask about her car, mind you everyone who was their before we had gotten their was gone... and people who got their after us were leaving. We waited another hour she went back to the desk to ask about her car... the lady at the desk said its not ready, your paperwork is not here... my mother asked how long til its done. I had an appointment, and was told 2 hours and now were at 3 plus hours. The lady went to the guy who checked us in. He told my mother your car has been done for over an hour... he stated he called her. She showed him she didnt have a call from him on her phone. He then stated he saw her in the waiting area. My mother asked him why he didnt bother to call her name... they were doing that for all the other people... he didnt have an answer... we will most likely be going to a different Kia dealership.

Hello, I am leaving this negative review because I am putting a complaint against Kia Cerritos because they are doing fraudulent activity. I went in with my brother to buy out his lease to keep with another loan from another financial institution. They kept trying to upsell me and get me to get a Loan with you guys. All I asked was for them to email or fax the purchase option to my bank of choice. They would not comply they kept telling me that if we wanted to keep the car and wouldn’t finance with them there would be a $1500 charge??? They then agreed to fax the information over after going back and forth and proceeded to fax to wrong information on purpose. We made sure to call the bank and ask if they got the information as well they then replied with no and the bank asked one of the managers where are they sending the information. The manager was sending the information to a bank that had no affiliation with the location they’re sending it to. So not only are they not helping, but lying in our faces as well. The bank than told us to leave because we were getting lied to and not helped. I am really upset and hope you guys reach out to this dealer. 0 Stars if I could !!!

I waited in the car for 20 minutes. Went inside and select minor service package ($92.87) which I was told 1 1/2 hr to 2 hours. Car took another 20 minutes to get into the garage. Took about an hour to finished. Well in the past I really hate coming to this dealership. It always took forever even on just regular oil changes. Always let you have the feeling of that youll waste half day here. This time I see improvement. Hopefully that in the future this dealership will have more improvement on time management.

We loved it and and Antonio Lopez the car rep was exceptional. He was warm and very patient with us. I was impressed with him and the entire staff and that not too often these days. I would and will be recommending Cerritos KIA and Antonio to all who are shopping for a new car.

Always very friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle to the Cerritos mall or a restaurant that is close by, so you can shop or grab something to eat while wait. Very convenient.
