My family and I was just looking around for a car and was able to find one that we were interested in contacted Cerritos Acura and right away was greeted really well by Manny he was able to get our information and help us really fast on a pricing as soon as we agreed we went in, when we meet Manny and the car we knew it was the right fit not just the car was amazing but the staff was beyond helpful gave us a great deal! I recently brought my car in for a diagnose/estimate, I was assisted by Alfred. Left my car in for a full diagnose due to my car not performing well. I was given an inaccurate diagnose; which would cost me almost $1,000. I was charged almost $200 for the diagnose. I decided to get my car fixed a private shop. My mechanic did not do anything else asides from what the dealership had diagnosed on my car. A day later I got my car fixed the same issue I previously had came back. Same engine light was on. I called the dealership because I felt I was given a false diagnose. I left my car there almost the entire morning. I was told there nothing wrong with my car. I then, asked to speak to the Glenda and then she passed me to the main manager of the service department. He was not very professional, he had a very disrespectful tone and towards the end of the conversation he said “period” to me. Like if he was lecturing me or looking down to me. I said I wanted my money back for the diagnose or I would like them to check for a shortage or for the v-tech solenoid. I have read that that could be what it was causing the issue with my car. Mark (I believe that is the name of the department manager) didn’t even take that into consideration and said that I could do whatever I want with my car and take it wherever I can. My money would not be refund and nothing else can be done.It is very sad and disappointed that the same place where I have been given my business had treated me very poorly and disrespectfully. I would not make business with Cerritos Acura ever. Service department is the worse !!!

I have been car shopping for two weeks and I have visited most of the dealerships in Orange County. I worked with Nate and he was fantastic. Nate was patient and not pushy or aggressive, no bs just space for me to make my decision.We were able to arrive at a competitive price, they gave me cash for my old beater car which was really worth nothing, they fixed a scratch in the door we found after I had signed for the car and they even had a courier deliver the second key to me at work.These guys really went ABOVE and BEYOND, I do not write reviews often but these guys really delivered. When i say go to Acura in Cerritos! I mean run there! They have the best deals and best customer service. If you have good credit, bad credit, trade in or over mileage on your lease nothing is a problem they will work with you. Ask for manny he helped me get the Acura RDX black on black 2021! They work with your payment desired and down payment. 10 out 10 best dealer in southern California!

We hate to have to write a bad review of this place because we had such a great experience with our sales rep, Golam. We spent significant time at this dealership and made a deal on a vehicle and were signing documents with their finance rep, Jaime. Jaime began telling us about Acura’s extended warranty program and we politely told Jaime that we were not interested in any extended warranty products (in fact we told the prior manager that before we made the deal). Jaime said “I understand but I have to finish telling you about these products because it’s my job and I’m being recorded and I will get in trouble if I don’t tell you about these products,” and then proceeded with his pitch. He showed us a document with three columns representing different extended warranty deals (gold package, silver, etc) and continue to READ each bullet point. We let him get through his pitch and afterward repeatedly expressed our desire to finish the signing process quickly as it was past closing time and we had an hour drive back to our home and it had been a very long day already. Jaime continued to repeat that he would be continuing with his sales pitch of the extended warranty and accused us of not being good listeners because all he wanted to do was get through what he was trying to tell us. We explained that HE was the one not listening. He then said in an accusing tone “even if it’s something free, you don’t want to hear about it?” By this point it was evident that Jaime had taken our push back on the extended warranty personally and doubled down on presenting the different options we had already told him we did not want, stating again that if he didn’t finish his pitch he would be fired. At this point we went as far as looking up toward the camera in the corner of the office and told the camera we were ok with him stopping this senseless pitch which was clearly designed to wear us down. Jaime continued with an aggressive tone and would not relent, making us feel threatened by his approach and tone to the point where my husband told me to take extra caution before signing any ensuing documents in the process. Jaime had created such a high level of distrust that we did not feel comfortable working with him any further. I then looked at my husband in disbelief that Jaime had become so threatening by using this predatory practice. We ended up leaving his office and cancelling the deal, unfortunately. Be careful with this dealership. They have a culture of predatory practices. All we could think about was what if our 20 year old or a student were to come in and face a similar situation with less life experience…. We strongly suggest purchasing your vehicles elsewhere. This was beyond hard selling - we truly believe these are predatory practices against consumers. The word NO should mean NO under any circumstances and no finance manager should be pushed to creating distrust and disrespect toward any customer n this manner. Shame on you Acura. You lost what could have been a loyal customer for life. You hurt your dealer brand - but also hurt the Acura brand as well.

We have had terrible experience with Collene Fiore. Collene was incredibly rude on the phone when we wanted to book a shuttle to pick up our car. She was condescending and never confirmed the address with us. When I called back to confirm the address, she told me it was my fault that they sent their shuttle to the wrong address. I told her that she never confirmed the address and she yelled at me! Then, she transferred me to her manager so that I could complain without AGAIN confirming the address. When I called back, she never picked up so we did not know when the shuttle would be arriving and whether it would arrive at the right address.We are never using Cerritos Acura again for service. We do not ever plan to buy another Acura because our service at Toyota has always been good/never like this. What ridiculous service.

Peter Browning, General manager at Cerritos Acura was exceptional. He was very courteous, and forthright in hearing my complaints about an unclear communication experience I had in the finance dept when I leased my 2020 ACURA TLX, that left my needs unmet, and a reason to lodge a less than satisfactory experience.Before I spoke to him, other managers I spoke with, appeared to be acting with an intent to deflect, block and stonewall me in my complaints, and this left me very frustrated.Peter showed that he understood the value of clear communication, and clear customer input in transacting business. He is A modern day renaissance manager.He acted very very promptly to ensure that I was restored to a position of reasonable equity and satisfaction. The attention he gave me in making me feel understood, was priceless, and more valuable then any numeric monetary compensation. When you are heard, you are healed! Feeling heard and understood is part of restoration to equity; he accomplished that first step flawlessly with intent!He then exceeded my expectations in ensuring that I could go anywhere that was logistically convenient for my oil changes, and I do very much appreciate that.I would do business with this dealership again, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle, as they do have a great accountability system in place.Thank you Peter, for being a bright light at the apex of your hierarchy of accountability.

If I could give 10 stars I would I was eyeing a Jeep they have for no more than 2 weeks and a Jeep was my dream car so I stopped a couple times looked at the price, mileage etc but then I stopped walked in on Saturday and test drove it and instantly fell in love besides the car being great the service was more than I could explain they really take care of you and help you out the best they can (with good record of course) everything I was promised I was given even better I can’t thank Gary enough !! Let’s just say I walked out with the car of my dreams that same day within a couple hrs

Brought my car to here for some minor break issues, someone made a mess in my armrest storage with my hand lotion, the thing makes me mad is why you checked my armrest storage there is nothing to do with the break system. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING THAT YOU DONT WANT OTHERS TOUCH BEFORE TURNING YOUR CAR IN.

This location is too busy and probably that’s the reason for bad service at this location. Service agents don’t have time to take down your info, no loaners available for weeks. I also had break noise issue that hasn’t been fixed after 2 visits. Rather buy a cheap car so your expectations are set accordingly.

I normally don’t like to write negative reviews but this has to be done. The service advisor was rude, pushy and did not pay attention to my needs as a PAYING customer. He did not put the correct information in the customer order form and not only did they charge me for a diagnostic I did not ask for but they left my car halfway fixed . I spoke to both service managers and they both sides with the advisor saying that basically what he put on the order form was what I stated. In other words I am the LIAR and now stuck with a high bill.Do not trust your car here. You are better off taking it to alameda swap to get fixed. These people have no integrity whatsoever.

Went twice and met with two different salesman. One salesman “tried” giving us a “great” deal but we went, they gave a whole different number. A ridiculous number! The manager did not take us seriously and so we left. We contacted another salesman that also gave us a great deal but ended with another fraud and went we wanted a lower price, she didn’t even bother discussing it. The meeting only lasted 5 mins. I have never encountered such disrespect and fraudulent salesmen. I understand they want their commission but they shouldn’t except for us to sign off on such a ludicrous amount. Worst place and wouldn’t bother going again. Find another place with more pleasant people who actually want to help.

My wife and I are current owners of a couple vehicles, one being an RDX purchased in 2016. We have since moved and upon doing so have switched all our service areas to be the Cerritos square. I bought my Infiniti from across the street. This is only relevant to express that I am not new to the area, in fact, a year ago I was even speaking to Andrea Amabilis about the potential of another purchase. She was great. Today however, was just the second time dealing with this Wandhee fellow and I must say it has not been pleasant. I Came in for a taillight that wont go off. I want to state that I called in advance and had a 10 o clock appointment  which they didnt have a record of. No worries.I told the mechanics that they can take however long they need. No rush. Not a peep from me. Im willing to oblige by whatever they needed given the circumstances. I wanted to be empathetic.I then retrieve to my book  and 30 minutes later i was confronted by Mr. Wandhee who suggested to me that if know how to fix the problem  he suggests I do it myself because they were busy. He wasnt rude in how he said it, but if I could do it myself, why would i have driven there? He then suggest he disconnects my tail light and to come back another time. As a father of a 2 year old... How can Acura suggest to me that driving my child around with a broken tail light is the best method or option??? In speaking later with the actual mechanic he suggest an entire circuit rewiring... so as Im thinking about leaving the car, and first explaining to my wife what was going on, this gentleman looks at the mechanic and tell him I know you cant be here all day, He also makes a remark about rentals cost because theirs isnt available till Jan 4...and Im perplexed. Why is this man so preoccupied with my finances and how does he have the audacity to hint that I need to hurry up especially when Ive gone out of my way to accommodate him and Acura.. What i think is that my electrical stuff is covered under warranty and they didnt have the bodies or willingness to work on my car. Truly unacceptable behavior especially when we are due for an upgrade soon.

I called a day earlier to speak to the GM and expressed my thoughts regarding a service matter. I was told the matter would be taken care of. I arrived today in the morning only to be treated rudely. I can see that the service department does not know how to respond when asked to improve a service matter by their boss. Ive purchased 3 vehicles at this location and it will never happen again. Do not come to this location. They provide bad customer service.

If you are shopping for a new mid size suv, go to Cerritos Acura and ask for Nathan Walker. Simply a expert in the car buying experience. A wealth of information and great listener.Today we went to the Cerritos auto square. Visited the Ford, Toyota and Acura dealerships. It was an eye opener, the knowledge from Nate Walker at Cerritos Acura was outstanding and the two salespeople at Ford and Toyota were very bad for those dealers. They didnt listen or have basic knowledge of the cars.Its amazing that the first contact at the dealership is with someone who doesnt have command of the features of the car.However, kudos to Cerritos Acura for the work of Nate and the outstanding customer service and wealth of information. So I had a dead battery and I called over the phone the rep advised it would be 30mins and it would be replaced under warranty as the car was only a year old. I made an appointment and arrived 15mins earlyWhen I got here Alfred helped me and told me it would not take 30mins that there’s a few cars ahead of me, etcI said I had a time commitment and made arrangements over the phone, he LAUGHED! Straight up laughed. I asked to speak to a manager and she was like do you want to skip the car wash and inspection? I said yes that I just needed the battery replacedShe said ok that she would move up my car up the line but why didn’t Alfred give me that option? Or even hear my concernsA battery doesn’t take long to changeI usually go to riverside Acura and always have a great experience with any rep who helps me over there. This is my 4th Acura and will also drive from Los Angeles to Riverside for my car needs/purchases.

Sales department wasted my time and money. I was in contact with John, the internet sales manager. I told him i was interested in test driving the RDX, MDX, and MDX hybrid AWD with A-spec package. I checked the website and it showed the vehicles were there. Im near the end of my current lease and am very close to the mileage limit so driving the 60 miles round trip put me over. At 15 cents a mile it wasnt a real concern. The next day I contact John to let him know when Ill be coming to the dealership for the test drive. When I get to the dealership I found out the MDX Hybrid sold 2 days ago. I was passed off to a different sales rep who went to get the other cars for me to drive. The rep came back and informed me the cars havent passed their safety inspection yet so they cant be driven. So now all 3 of the vehicles I asked to drive are not available, Im spending money driving miles I didnt need to, and John who I was in contact with all morning never even bothered to check on the vehicles I asked about. Garbage customer service. Waste of time and money. Shop somewhere else.

He did an excellent job in explaining all the features and the comparison between the different models. I tried to buy a used car here and thought I locked the car in as I tried to do so over the phone/email. The internet sales person informed me to just head in the morning when I planned to pickup the car up to sign paperwork instead of doing it today electronically. He then called me 6hrs after everything was set that they sold the car to another party instead of informing me that another party was still able to buy the car. Very disappointing as I have several family members that buy cars here for several years. We are no longer coming back to this location.

Re editing my review from 2020 from my bad experience with sales. I take my car purchased from another dealership to Cerritos service for warranty items. From my first time Raymond is very attentive, communication is excellent and all around great person to deal with in service. From my first bad sales experience just visiting this dealership a few more times in service has changed my mind that I just had one bad experience. I think its a great place to go visit. :UPDATED REVIEW: I got a 2006 acira TL from cerritos acura since I got the car EIGHT MONTHS AGO the certified used car they sold me has been in the shop more then I have driven it. Here are a list of the problems Ive had with it that started ONE MONTH after purchasing the CERTIFIED USED ACURA from CERRITOS ACURA. 0/2 sensor(covered under warranty) catalytic converter(NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY) power steering pump(covered under warranty)right window regulater(covered under warranty)speed control censore-THAT LEFT THE CAR LIKE IT WAS IN NUTRAL IN A BUSY INTERSECTION WITH MY WIFE & KIDS IN THE CAR ALMOST GETTING REARENDED WHILE I PUSHED IT INTO A PARKING LOT (covered under warranty) transmission plus two mounting brackets (covered under warranty) but not the $200 shipping fee for the transmission. Valve adjustment(done through my own mechanic)$150.A major service( that should have been done by CERRITOS ACURA but opps guess they fergot) done by my mechanic $250 plus the $100 dollar fee for every time I have to take this car into get it fixed. So as of 12/20/2016 Im $2400 in payments PLUS about $1200 in repair fees. Not to mention the interior of the vehicle is literally falling apart the door seals, vinyl side panels are all falling off. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM CERRITOS AUTO SQUARE. And if your are in the market for a used vehicle I hope you read this review and take your business to a dealership that actually cares about you. Would you put your son or daughter into a vehicle that might leave them stranded in a unsafe location? CERRITOS ACURA WOULD

Bring your car into service here, I brought my car for a routine service, and when it was done, they went through my car and stole $200 dollars and other stuff from my glove compartment. When I told the staff that my money was missing, they just blamed it on the car wash people and didn’t wanna tell me who worked on my car . What use to be a trusted and reliable service turned to lies and. A loss. So if you bring your car in for service be careful ..

The only reason why I give it a 5 star is because JESSIE ( Jesus), the salesman, is very professional, caring, knowledgeable, honest, and great! Had a little bad experience with my car, which I dont want to describe here, and I spoke with Henry, sales manager, and he was very rude and unprofessional. Went to difrent dealers and Shop online for the best deal and vehicle for me and my family.I email cerritos acura to do an inquiry on a vehicle that I had seeing online. Paul was fast on a reply about a vehicle on there inventory.  Was able to make a  apointment,  And test drive the vehicle hassle free. The whole time Paul was very helpful and attentive. Tests drove  a pre own Acura MDX and felt in love with the MDX, but i wasnt sure about the the color of the vehicle.Paul went over there preowned inventory and found the perfect car for me and my family. Took his time whit me to find the right car for my family. Never pressure me on a particular vehicle. We Worked out a great deal on the price, No hidden fees like other dealers, and gave me a better APR. Then my credit union. Will highly recommend CERITOS ACURA, and Paul La Fond. Nate was one of the most relaxed and easy going car salesman I have ever encountered. I have always wanted an Acura and from the moment I stepped on the lot, I wanted it even more just because of how great I was being treated. Nate listened to what I wanted out of a car, and when I told him my price range he never once tried pushing me off or coaxing me to look at a higher priced vehicle. He was very courteous and very down to earth. The lot is under construction but the Acura team, including Nate in particular made sure my guest and I were very comfortable throughout the entire process. Acuras tend to last a long time, but rest assured I will be back for the next one.

I visited the Cerritos Acura Service department for oil change, transmission fluid change, and a timing belt replacement. They also noticed my battery was bad during a routine check and replaced it free under warranty. They have always been a well run professional establishment and this visit led me to the same assessment. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Im generally pleased with my experiences with them. They arent cheap but they do instill in me a lot of confidence in their work.They have a newly remodeled building with less separation both visually and physically between sales and service. This will be tempting for service customers not to resist looking at and possibly end up buying a new car.

Let’s just start by saying I left this place and got the car in the picture from Nissani Bros.On January 1, 2020 my wife and I went to the dealership intending to buy or lease a vehicle. (I previously test drove and loved the RDX with Andy Sonora, great salesman btw, but my wife and I weren’t ready.)Andy wasn’t there on the 1st so my wife and I met salesman Nathan Walker and test drove the RDX again to be sure we wanted it. Nathan was great as well. He was a very personable and likable.When it came time to buy, they ran my credit (which can back as a high score) and they presented the numbers. They just didn’t seem to add up. Tim Hill quoted us a .9% interest rate which would’ve been great, but the monthly payment was out of this world. We had him run numbers for a lease as well and the numbers were nearly the same.We tried multiple scenarios and then finally pulled out an amortization calculator and called Tim Hill on his bluff and left. Tim Hill had the salesman, Nathan Walker call me back and apologize, saying it was his fault.I eventually spoke with Tim Hill and he admitted it was his own fault saying, I made a mistake and offered to do it correctly. The numbers were $50 a month less than they were before but still didn’t match the scenario of the down payment.I even offered him the scenario of a 1-pay for a lease to which he said “Acura doesn’t do that.” I hung up and went to Nissani Bros Acura and with the straight forwardness of their Sales Manager, grabbed the lease and was shown the scenario in which Acura does the 1-pay.

This place used to be very efficient and they would always help me find the best options when I would get my car serviced. And on my recent visit, the advisor went ahead and inspected the car for the TPMS when I clearly said it wasnt a concern and still got charged for it. On top of that I wasted all my day here because this advisor went ahead to give my car a full inspection and was looking for cost of the repair prices of things that I already knew of. Im very disappointed.

I have purchased several vehicles in the past at different dealerships and so far they have the same system and mentality. I needed a car that day and didnt have the time to shop around so I had to deal wirh the typical back and forth wheeling and dealing process with financing until I finally got fed up and got angry for them ignoring my offer. It took for me to get up and request my keys from my trade in and started walking towards the exit for them to stop and listen at my request. Needless to say, I drove off with my car that day. I purchased a Certified Acura MDX, taken it twice to get checked. The issue I am having is my transmission hard shifts and shudders. Mechanic contradicts himself saying they know they have issues with those transmissions but that the driver is the one who induces it. As me and my brother go to the back service to speak to mecanic notices several vechiles sitting with out tires literally on rotors. No stands anything,plus they had parts all over the place. I would recommend people not to service your vechile at Cerriots Acura.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY . First off I came in with my girlfriend and I checked out the car I liked it so I proceeded to work with the numbers. The first salesman said the alarm was a optional choice then he brings back his manager saying actually the alarm is already installed on the car so I have to pay for the $1200 alarm, not only they said that the bank will only allow to take the loan with the alarm .“They said they just need to activate it “ so I was like okay . They told me come back tomorrow to activate it and I came back the next day was told the that the alarm guys don’t work on the weekend so they told me they’ll come to my house and they’ll do it . Alarm guy came couple days later and he told me I’m here to INSTALL THE ALARM. So I’m thinking wait what I was told the ALARM WAS INSTALLED ALREADY AND JUST NEEDED TO BE ACTIVATED ..I noticed the alarm guy had a uniform clearly didn’t work for Acura and he told me he didn’t work for Acura . Telling me his services are provided when the owners “choose to pay for their services “ -in my head this is a optinal service “ The salesman said I HAD TO GET THE ALARM OR I WONT GET APPROVED AND ITS INSTALLED. The alarm guy told me I’ll be here for about 3-4 hours installing it so THERE WAS NO ALARM IN THE FIRST PLACE . And the salesman was persistent that I couldn’t get the car without the alarm . Which is total BS . I can’t believe they did this to a college student that is already in DEBT WITH SCHOOL .Not only ! I called them many times they always hanged up on me . And I called them for the 15th time I talked to the manager he said he’ll call me back which was at 2pm said he’ll be here till 9pm . Guess what ? Never called .

We drove all the way from West LA to Cerritos to check this dealer and though it was a long process, it is expected when you are buying a car because its a big purchase🙂 Ryan Lee explained to us everything and gave us comparison on prices if we are to buy a car or lease it for now and decide if we want to own it after the end of our term. He was very patient with our queries and he really did not try to be aggressive with us as most salesman do which we really dont want in the 1st place. Ive been to a lot of dealers and Cerritos is one of a kind. Gary Haskill, my salesperson spent the time to make sure my vehicle was personalized to suit my every preferences. There is not enough words to describe the experience of buying a car at Cerritos Acura. You definitely have an idea of the performance and luxury of the car you are buying before leaving the lot. Every detail of the driving experience was explained during the test drive and every option whether it be comfort settings or driving settings was explored during the shopping experience. I have never been to any other dealer that goes through so much length to reveal the performance and well design of Acura cars. I got to know what everyone on the sales and service teams background was and this helped me to pick my service advisor and to better enjoy the features of my car .
