So Happy to have a Lush store nearby. I have used their bath and beauty products for many years. Vegan all natural soaps and lotions.

They welcomed my little pup, both him and I had a great shopping experience.

First time ever coming here and staff was incredibly helpful and very courteous. I ended up buying some products and can say I am very satisfied. The twilight bath bomb was so relaxing and smelled good.

I’m so glad Lush came to the Cerritos Mall! I grew up in Norwalk, and the Cerritos Mall was the place I mostly shopped. I came to visit family last week, and I always stop at a Lush store when I visiting. Sadly, there is not one where I currently live.Not only am I glad to not have to drive to a mall that does not require paid parking, I got excellent service! They were under construction and were not allowing people for in store shopping/browsing. But they were very creative with how they let me and other customers shop!I was able to tell Brandon, I believe his name was, what products I wanted. Also, I was able to let him know what kind of scents I like so I could try new bath bombs. Brandon’s adaptability to change and product knowledge made the shopping experience seamless! Every Lush store has good service, but Brandon made the Lush experience more incredible. Thank you!

The store is extremely clean. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Check out process was fast and efficient. Products have severely helped with my Mothers dry skin. After using these products I feel like a new person.
