Wonderful customer service. Went before Halloween to purchase lipsticks but I received a free sample of their foundation which after a week I went back to purchased it. It felt so smooth on my face.

Amazing Service. I wish I asked her name so I could give her a shout out. But she even put some glitter on my daughter which was 5 Star in my book. Thanks

Horrible service! Came in today to return a foundation I purchased a few months ago. I’ve been coming to this Mac store for years in Cerritos and apparently they lost my account in their system??? After years of buying hundreds of dollars from this place no loyalty whatsoever! So, I came in and had to have my foundation matched again. The lady who assisted me was not very friendly and was just rushing me so, she matched me to a yellow orange color. Got home and hated it! Went back today with a full bottle and was told I could not return it??? After all the inconvenience of themLosing my information the manager did not want to make an exception... this is the only time I can actually take the time to come in and this is how I am treated! Hope they consider changing policies, management and employees!

I love this MAC location! Ive never had a problem with any of the employees. Theyre always so friendly & helpful whenever I come in! They dont push you towards anything you dont like.All the girls Ive run across are super sweet. It dose get annoying though when its swamped and you just want to buy one thing! I think they should have a express line for people who know what they want and want to get out!

Went there today to the Mac store and try to return some palette of concealer that was falling apart and the girl said because its falling apart she cant return it. That is ridiculous!!!!I was there at the mac store to return it because the container was breaking duhhhhhh.I travel and I shouldnt have to try to rubber band it together.I will just take my business elsewhere if this is the way theyre going to treat their customers..👎👎Was just in there yesterday and dropped some cash for concealer,foundation and 4 eye shadows.

The staff is rude!!!! They don’t care about the customers. At all!! Like I went in one day and I wanted to learn how to do eyeliner. But they completely ignored me I asked someone for help. And I shouldnt be asking for help they should be asking me if I need help. Anyways so I asked for help. And let me just say I don’t think she did this willingly because she left on of me eyes a nice wing and the other one incomplete. Unlike Sephora whom has Incredible service and always makes sure the customer leaves feeling beautiful. Plus the products aren’t that good. Nyx makeup which is right next to this store is cheaper and better.

My wife had been on the market for a nudeshade of lipstick for about a month now and as soon as she asked Beto to let her try on a shade, he swatched over 10 different comparable shades onto his hand and matched her to the perfect one. We decided on one, but Im sure well be going back for another 3 shades. Beto and the rest of the staff were very welcoming whether we were browsing buying.
