My boyfriend always goes here, and now I know why! Mark and Ryan are amazing. Im definitely coming back here for any future service. I had my oil change and brakes done today, and it was done within 3 hours. Mark is also hilarious. He even waits after close just to make sure we can get our cars back in time. Some places dont even bother to call you when your car is ready, but we received a call about the estimate and when our car was done. Im very glad I came here, and the value and warranty was worth it.

Mark was a hoot! He was so kind to me and helped me feel welcomed! As a young gal I was intimated that I would get taken advantage of but not at all ! They gave me a quote of everything I could have done and gave me time to go home to look it over before committing to anything. They were right on time and I got my car back in 30 minutes ! Go see Chris at the location off Elliott do not waste your time here for convenience sake if you live in a neighboring area. The one technician who does diagnostics is not in Mondays and they scheduled our appointment for Monday. Do they not know their own technicians schedules? Do they not have respect for their customers time? We spoke to a pony tail wearing guy (didn’t catch his name and that’s the most defining feature) and told him we didn’t need an oil change (which they didn’t let us take the car until we paid for it - but again, over the phone was assured we wouldn’t be charged for the waste of time and having to miss work / unable to pass admissions because their incompetence and lack of scheduling knowledge (lmao if your main job is to schedule appointments you should know your people and when they’ll be in) We had a poor experience at another sun devil auto that was more convenient where we live. These guys did not make up for it. They never updated with a call when they said they would and we had to call for updates on it each time and we still don’t know / have a fix for our car. Wack a55 service.

Ryan was so helpful when I went in to get my AC fixed. His customer service was outstanding, very friendly, with a great smile and very informative. Ryan was able to answer all of my questions and Uber me to and from, while waiting for the repairs to be completed. Their waiting room was also very clean. Super friendly, had 2 people let me know theyd be right with me while I was waiting in line. They quoted me an hour for my oil change, but had it done in 35 minutes. Always a relief to be early, now I can get on with my day. Reasonable prices and quick service. I will definetely be back.

We dropped off vehicle 11 am. For $449 motor service special. By 3pm call recommend front struts. Ok good. By 6pm closing time. Went to pickup vehicle. not done-Some problem. Give u free wheel alignment, For wait. By 8 pm it was done. Total of 9 hours. ! $995. glad we had no other business, just sitting by phone for calls. I may think twice b4 going there again? !

Would give a 0 star review if possible! Do not use this company!!! Youre better off going to the car dealership. I brought in my Hyundai Elantra because of steering issues and an oil change. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and told it would be done by Wednesday, and when Wednesday came around there was no call or anything. Very unprofessional, then on Thursday I went back and the car was in worst shape. The Airbags and the Horn did not work! I know for a fact the car was not even test driven. I was okay with them making one mistake but then after they asked me to bring the car back on the following Monday and they told me it would be finished by Wednesday. It was not finished until Thursday and then I got there again and the steering wheel was scraping the back of the plastic. They told me my car was finished two times and both times it was not finished and most certainly was not test driven. I finally got the car back a day later on Friday and the scraping went away but the steering wheel was still not snapped together properly (but its not even worth it to take it back there at this point) and it took way longer than expected. For compensation they offered me three free oil changes but to be honest, I wouldnt even use them if they paid me.

I was having trouble with my tires as well as my A/C and I work across the street from this automotive place so I decided to check it out. It was amazing! I walk in and it smells sooo good and was super clean, not to mention everyone who was working there was a delight to talk to. I told them what was going on with my tires and they checked them for free and realigned the pressure for free and the light went off! Thought I needed new tires. Then I got set up with an appointment the next morning to fix my A/C and they did a wonderful job! Will be going here for my car fixes from now on.

This location just opened right next to my house, and I wanted to give it a chance since they have good reviews. I just needed some new tires I had already bought put on the wheels. Was told since I didnt actually buy the tires from them that they wont put them on. Thats fine, Id rather take my business to a non-greedy company anyway.

Great experience, great customer service! We will be going back for all our vehicles. Special thanks to Ryan and Alex. They went above and beyond to explain to me what they recommended for my vehicle and why and showed me first hand what they were explaining so I can make an informed decision. Other shops try to explain problems without explaining and showing their customers their concerns but that was not the case at Wilhelm. They stayed late after the shop closed to make sure they explained everything and gave me the best quote possible.

Ryan was amazingly helpful and patient with me while reporting the bad news to my wife over the phone while she is at work that the cost of repairing the car is...is it’s time to get a new car. We have planned for this, but calming my wife’s anxiety about this while she’s at work- the customer service provided to us - and the integrity behind their work, they are a definite 10/10 would recommend.

First experience, my Nissan Xterra staled out on the road and turned into the parking lot that they are in. Had my hood up looking at my motor, I was about 100 yards away from there shop. I guess the guys working there seen me stall out and ran over to me helped me get my car into their shop, very friendly, and the guy at the register helped me with paper work and was able to pick up my car the next day great customer service the work was done in a timely manner and is running like a champ now would highly recommend these guys Wilhelm automotive chandler for sure!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Wilhelm Automotive. They greeted me promptly, were friendly and informative. I brought my car in for a 45,000 mile check. One never knows how many recommendations for repairs are necessary when a car is checked. They did not recommend any unnecessary repairs. I only needed a oil change and the tires needed replacement. I plan on using these company for all my future needs of car repair as I have the utmost confidence I will get a honest mechanic when my car needs service.

If QT was an auto shop, it would be called Wilhelm Automotive. The most exceptional customer service Ive ever experienced at a shop. The quality of auto service is also top notch and swift. This goes for both Chandler and Scottsdale. Ill most likely never go to another shop as long as there is a Wilhelm in the area.

It was my first time using Sun Devil Automotive and I couldn’t be happier. I had alternator and brake work done at the Ray and Kyrene location in Chandler and the service was excellent. Mark took care of me from the start and walked me through cost, options of repairs, and timing.I was able to schedule and get the repairs needed all in the same day. And they even sent an Uber for drop off and pickup. This will definitely be our new home for all car care needs. Sons car is leaking transmission oil badly. They have a transmission group that looked at it, found the problem, repaired it and saved a lot of dollars. Will go back again because of this.

Not only did they replace the battery of my daughters car, but they went above and beyond and actually called a tow truck for her to get the car fixed. I will definitely use them again.

Extremely overpriced. Sun Devil Auto quoted $990 to have a radiator and thermostat replaced! I ended up buying the parts new for $100 and getting the labor done by another shop for an additional $200. Dropped my total price from $990 to $300. Maybe they thought that becauseI was a girl they could overcharge me...well, I will never be going back to Sun Devil again.

This place is completely INCAPABLE. I am a repeat customer and brought my car there to have the tires changed, per their recommendation. I dropped my car off at 8am and they checked me in. Around 230pm, I had not heard from them and they informed me they did not change my tires. They called the wrong number and then never made any attempt to contact me again. All day i thought my tires were changed and instead they didnt even say SORRY. They lie and they are unreliable.. NEVER GO THERE.

Pros- Ryan at front desk was exceptional! Competitive pricing and customer service encouraged me to trust them. I was able to get serviced the same day and everything was outlined.Cons- over promised on service time. Dropped my vehicle off midday. Arrived 10mins before closing and still had to wait around 30-40mins.When they pulled my vehicle around and dropped off the steering wheel and shifter was covered in grease. They were closing up so I couldn’t ask for cleaning cloth.I still recommend Wilhelm but didn’t have a 5 Star experience on my first visit
