Well I wish I could report better. But unfortunately I need to write Buyer BEWARE of this FORD. This Dealership try pull fast one. I wanted to Buy a new ford Maverick and when gave me the price it was 10k over MSRP. I asked about it.. They said it was a Market Adjustment. See for yourself below. Come on now! I called the next FORD down the street and sold me one for MSRP and save myself 10k. What tells me your not focus on the customer but how to scam someone out of a few bucks and call it microeconomics. I will need to disagree with Earnhardt - Its a name you can trust and that aint no bull! I sure didnt experience it with my interaction with them. Maybe those days are gone.

This team is tops with me Id go into all that was done a lot of it was over due maintenance items and a change out of 2 detective batteries. Surface to say I will be a repeat customer. I have been getting my Ford Explorer serviced at Earnhardt Ford since I purchase the vehicle over 5 years ago. The level of service is outstanding. My partner owns a Lincoln and the level of service I receive is on the same level as her Luxury vehicle. I am always greeted right away and my vehicle is always fixed correctly and timely. I especially enjoy interacting with the service advisors. They make you feel like you are a VIP. Service Advisor Brice is very professional and takes care to communicate all aspects of the repair. Earnhardt Service Department is one of the best I have had to use. Will continue with any new Fords I buy in the near future.

Went to Earnhardt in search of our next family vehicle, a new Explorer Timberline. Spoke to Ana Ramirez over the phone and she informed me it would be 49,050 +TTL. Upon arrival she informs Max Wilson will be helping us out with the transaction. After test driving and Max collecting our info, he came back with a marked up price of more than 54K before financing and TTL!!! I informed him about my available discount through my employer (X Plan). He then tells me I dont think we do that here and then says Were marking up all cars due to the high demand and chip shortage. I shouldve gone to San Tan Ford from the get go. I was in and out in an hour and drove out in a Timberline Explorer. Im sure Max felt comfortable BSing my wife and I because as well as him, were Hispanic. Thats not the way to treat your own people nor anyone for that matter.

They had my car for 3 days for an oil change, sync update and a recall. When I picked up my car, they didnt do the recall because of no parts. Why didnt they communicate that with me at any point during the 3 days they had my vehicle? I took the vehicle home and noticed they did not do the sync update and I paid for it. Good thing I checked that.. total scam!! How many people check to make sure the services they paid for were actually done!! So all in all,, it took 3 days to do an oil change...and I cant trust they even did that because the low window fluid washer light came on. Dont they check all fluids? Will never go back nor recommend anyone to this dealership. They need to do a way better job!!!!

This has been a terrible experience. My husband had to take his truck in last week due to his brakes going out on him while making a delivery in Tucson. He was told it would be Friday before they could get the parts in, mind you this was Monday! It is now Monday again and the truck is still not serviced. They are not doing the best with communicating or answering. While they have been polite when he is able to talk to them but he has been stuck paying for a hotel room for a week plus waiting for this to get done. This has obviously pushed any work he had back and not to mention pushed him back from getting home and we have a baby due any moment. I don’t think there has been much effort to get things done and he was transparent with them from the beginning and advised we are not from Arizona at all and was just passing through on business. Every day he is finally able to get an update, it’s pushed back another day! So frustrating and expensive at this point!!

I want to give a big thank you to Jake, the manager of the service department. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my 2017 Ford explorer keypad which can be used to unlock my driver side door I had felt hopeless because I didnt know the master code to use this feature of the vehicle He personally found a solution and made it extremely convenient and fast once I brought my vehicle in. As a mother of 2 little ones, one of biggest fears was locking my keys in my car with my children inside. You have given me piece of mind. Thank you for your help you have no idea how much this eases my mind. Your kindness did not go unnoticed today. Thank you again and I look forward to working with Earnhardt Ford again in the future.

I checked the reviews of Ford dealerships in the Chandler/Phoenix area. Earnhardt had the highest rating and I found Josh was listed on multiple reviews as the Salesperson to work with.I reached out to Josh and he promptly returned my call. I provided my list of Wants and Needs and budget for an F150 truck which could pull a trailer of 6,900lbs.When I arrived for my appointment, Josh greeted me and we immediately walked to a number of trucks which met my requirements. He was well prepared with detailed towing info, pricing, accessories and keys so I could test drive the units he was showing. I drove 4 or 5 F150s, each a tiny bit different. I appreciated his preparedness and respect for my time and funds.Sadly, inventories of Ford F-150 trucks are very low across the US. Josh suggested we check for upcoming arrivals of trucks and as we walked to the office, he said “Oh, let’s look at this one.” It wasn’t one of the two colors I had included in my search, but it included EVERYTHING I wanted and needed. Well, that was it. I found my truck: Big Red.Josh handled the deal with my interest in mind and worked to get a deal I was happy with. A few days after I took Big Red home, Josh reached out to see how the truck was working with and for me.I would highly recommend Joshua and Earnhardt Ford.

Used to love coming here. I had a great service guy that barely works there now. Wont give any quotes without a $160 diagnostic test. I was approached 2 different times by 2 different car salesman in the lobby while waiting for my car asking me to sell my car because they need used vehicles! Had another salesman text my cellphone an offer on my car!! I wasted 2 hours for them to tell me they didnt find the roofing screws that were in both my rear tires after they told me they checked all of them. Took my car to Discount tires and they found them right away. Service here needs help. They are losing good customers.

I had ordered a mustang GT from the factory and it came in early. The buying process went decent until I had an issue with my down payment and I had to return the car. At that point, one of the sales managers Chris told me they would look in to getting the contract held and let me know if it was possible. Then 2 days later, didnt hear back from him at all and found out they sold the car without telling me. I dont care about them selling the car, its the fact that Chris was the one that brought up the hold and then doesnt even have the decency to let me know what happens with it. Would not go here again simply because they dont do what they say they are going to do.

Super disappointed in the Earnhardt Service Department. I went to them trusting that they would fix my 2016 ford escape panoramic sunroof and waited nearly 2 weeks to get it done because of insurance bureaucracy. I dont care for the long wait although that wasnt on them. However once finally picking up my car, knowing a wash or detailing wasnt a part of this visit, I sat in may car completely heartbroken by the site of my car roof lining and the smell of oil and hamburgers wafting the cabin. Black streaks from installation all over the back, deep patches of what looks like DW40 oil smudged around the sunroof and sunshades, my back passenger light looks like it is going to start falling off and a used rag (not mine) just lay in my passenger seat. My family has bought 4 cars through this dealership and I know they are better than this so I am disappointed that with a fix like this they wouldnt even care about their installation or craftsmen-ship. Ive already called to try to get some answers on how to proceed with this and no one has called me back. Its funny because the second you bring your car in they have sales-vultures ready to jump you in the hopes to get you to upgrade to a new car, scaring you with the imminent threat that your car loses value with each mile, yet they completely depreciated my car with their lack luster work. This is my first car, completely paid off and they ruined it with their lack of care.

If you want one of the new expeditions or one of the new Ford f-150s, theyve got them from 2013 all the way up to 2021 and theyre beautiful vehicles. I took my truck in for warranty work on my transmission. It took them two tries and 4 months. These pictures show the neglect at their dealership to my Lincoln Mark LT. They left it under something looked like for a few days and had salt corroding my truck. It damaged the paint, trim, wheels, 4 month old tool box, and the bed liner. They sent someone to my shop to detail it trying to fix their mistake which I appreciate. The detailer could not repair the damage on my tool box, hood, wheels, and some trim that had been damaged by the salt. Earnhardt Ford has declined to fix these things because they say it was already damaged prior. Their General Manager, Shop Service Manager, and Service writer have all declined to fix their damage on my trucks cosmetics. Fortunately for them my truck is running ok, transmission wise. Their lack of attention to detail and care for customer vehicles has left my truck with permanent damage. I highly advise from getting your vehicle serviced here. It took them several techs to finish my truck and the last time stated we will get it fixed correctly this time seems the last guy who worked on my truck damaged the transmission and was fired for damaging other cars as well? I still want my truck damage fixed and will be willing to work with the dealer and even take partial payment to fix it. I am very upset and do not want to take this down a legal road but may have to. I love my Ford vehicles and would like to have a place to take it in for repairs but this dealership may never get business from me again. Please own up to your employees mistakes and make it right. No communication on the issue unless I call them and to make matters worst they will not assist me in getting at least a car to use while Im being inconvenienced. Bought a 2018 Dodge dually with 29,000 miles from this Dealer back in April. Truck has factory warranty and plus i paid platinum warranty $6000A month later start having issues with truck. Took it to their shop they said they cant figure out the problem. Gave me the truck back. Took the truck to thier shop few more times and they keep telling me they cant figure out the problem. Max was the BEST salesman i have EVER had, he gave me a price, stuck by it, added tax title license doc fee registration and NOTHING else. Now truth be known we did a cash sale, But the deal was real Honest and quick. i was out of the dealership in 36 min. I know its unbelievable but its True. Bought a car few weeks ago and contacted the general manager regarding the fact that the trunk was not closing properly due to an apparent accident that it had been in when it was previously owned by a rental car company... I emailed the attached photos to them and they never contacted me back and after 6 days I contacted them and they told me there was nothing they would do to rectify the problem. I would have expected this type of response from a small dealership but certainly not from a large company like Earnhardt.

Called 9am Saturday morning to get an estimate to replace the light bulb under the gear shifter. The woman I spoke with REFUSED to give me an estimate. She kept saying I need to bring the car in and have it looked at to see what’s wrong with it. I told her again that I believe the bulb is out and just need an estimate to replace it. She said the technician will need to see what needs to be done to take the gear shift assembly out. She said it would cost $160 to have that done. I asked if that portion of the job would be covered by the warranty I purchased and she said I would have to bring it in because she does not know. JUST ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

We had a horrible experience at Earnhardt Ford in Chandler. We have been a customer of Earnhardt for years and we will not not be purchasing a car/truck again from them. Our salesman rushed us through the sale of the truck. Did not let us look at the truck for very long. We asked that the transmission fluid be changed because it looked very dirty. We also asked for them to fix a noise that we heard on the startup of the truck. The salesman promised it would all be done. ( boy was that a lie) We made a deal and finance had us sign paperwork. 2 weeks later finance called and had us resign new paperwork for a different lender. Then almost 2 weeks later financed called and asked for our income for the lender to finish the deal. Then almost 45 days later we find out that our new truck was still not financed, but the dealership had already paid off our trade in vehicles and they were no longer on their lot. Finance dept never returned our calls with answers. Eventually the finance department supposedly financed our truck with another lender for the 3rd time we signed paperwork. As we were leaving the 3rd signing the salesman thanked us and made up some story about the issue. He was trying to make an excuse but really he had no idea who we were. He did not care that we had a bad experience even though we told him. We felt like we did not have any other options since our trades were gone. We also were not treated with respect. We felt like they were only in it for the money and do not care about the customers. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM EARNHARDT FORD IN CHANDLER.

Service department:This is not a shot at Erik. Good guy in my opinion. However if you want to waste time, money and gas... Then this service department is for you. Idk which tech worked on my vehicle (dont care anymore) but I took in my car three times !! Wasted weeks without having my car. Wasted gas and overall energy. I was charged for the ac recharge which was not asked of me nor my wife to do. The issue was ac related. Which I shockly diagnosed myself as I knew my ac compressor was going out(I did tell them that) . I can go on here but the bottomline is the experience overall sucked.

Edit: I updated to 5 star because the manager and team came through with their promise and rectified the mistake on their end.Just got my oil changed here. Ive been typically charged about 107 for it with tire rotation. This time however I was charged 130 WITHOUT tire rotation. Lack of tire rotation was blamed on lug nuts being swollen.. given the temp is only 90f outside, and entire work taking about 1.5 hours. Even if the lugs were swollen, it shouldve cooled off by the end of the work.As for the oil price I asked why and was just given a bs response about the price of motor oil went up. I checked. In the past, I was charged 10 and change per quart and now I was charged 15 per quart. Well.. a simple search showed me 5w50 castrol, oil recommended for my car, still only costs 10 per quart.Ive had good experience here in the past, but now things appear to have changed.

Had AC compressor replaced on 10 year old ranger. rebuilt OEM compressor was almost 1200 dollars which should have googled before I went as I found that after market compressors are about 200 dollars. I think I should have been given that option to save a grand. Wanted to go Ford service as the truck is pretty old and wanted the Earnhardt quality. Other than the fact that I unnecessarily spent 1000 dollars extra all was good

Went in to get a quote for selling my camry. It was significantly lower than I had wanted but that was okay. I understand you have a business to run and want a profit. My issue(s) was as follows:- My offer began at 1500 and was told it would probably not go over.- After a two minute trip to appraise the car AND talk to a manager the offer magically tripled.- Between these two events the salesman who worked with me wanted to go outside the dealership and buy it himself for $3000 (Im literate enough with cars to know a 2013 camry with 131k miles and minimal issues...he could fix it up and flip it for multiple thousands in a week and his dealership wouldnt have seen a cent...just saying managers...)- he told me my car would be IMPOSSIBLE to sell for 6k on the street, a very quick internet search proved this to be false.- overall he was friendly enough on the surface but the whole time it was frankly obvious he thought I was some dumb kid who would fall for basic negotiation tactics...

Houston was my service technician at Ford for some upgrades on my Ford F250. I he did a amazing job of staying in contact with me throughout the process. After my upgrades were installed which included airbags, a compressor, and an air horn. Huston took the time to make sure that I fully understood how do use them. He then took my wife’s car from me to check it in for service so I didn’t have to wait around. Talking about white glove.I would also like to give a huge shout out to Fadi in sales. He is by far just as amazing as Houston.As far as a car sales man he gives your the best attention by Listening to exactly what you want and never tries to upsell you. By default this approach works amazingly because I feel so comfortable I usually end up asking my own upgrade questions and get exactly what i want.This is why I have bought all 5 of my vehicles there. Our company has probably bought at least 14 vehicles there.Keep up the good work Gentlemen.
