I needed a new refrigerator but did not want to pay top dollar. My search lead me here. Good enough selection to meet my needs, but what was more impressive was the service! I got there 2 minutes before closing, but they did not rush me to pick a unit. 10 minutes later I had a choice and it was delivered the same day. Great service and care in delivery too! 1 week later my fridge is beautiful and working well. So glad I found this place and will go again should the need arise! Thank you!!

Both of the Pearson men were incredibly knowledgeable not just about their appliances but also some of the components within them. For the longest time Ive been having bad luck with front loading washing machines and they were able to break down some of the mechanical flaws to me as if I were a middle schooler. I left happy with my top load machine at a reasonable price. Saw some fridges I liked but will wait for the next sale or when my 90s beige box break ls down

My experience with AAA is one for a lifetime. I was looking for appliances everywhere and couldnt find anything. All the big box stores had zero product. Plenty to look at but none to buy and very high. I found AAA and it was a blessing. Everything is new Im the box or if you want brand new open box product, they have tons of it. Rob and Rob Jr are class acts. This father son duo treats you with a welcoming spirit and will help you in any way to choose the right product. Plenty of knowledge. AAA is the only place Im shopping from here on out!!!!

I purchased a new microwave from them a couple months back. Works flawlessly to this day! Very happy with my purchase from AAA appliance.

Ill start with the good things first - we went to the store to buy the Bosh dishwasher and store managers were really nice and friendly, they did not push and spoke nicely with us. Great in-store experience.I am giving a 1 star because of the 2 following reasons:1) LIE: I found the ad on facebook and spoke with the manager - Robert H. Pearson. He also was very polite and spoke nicely with me. He informed me that the dishwasher was new. Condition in the facebook ad was also NEW (Robert said: Brand new we just took it out the box). That was a lie. Dishwasher was a display item from Lowes. That TRUE answer the store manager gave me after I asked where did they get it. It had water stains all over it and it was very obvious that condition was not new. I was still OK with this - but why lie?2) Mistake in the ad and refused my return: They published the wrong info on facebook ad, here is copy-paste: (Model #SGX68U55UC, Maximum Assembled Height (Inches) 34.4375 - this is not even close, actual height is about 32, and that leaves a huge gap under the counter). But based on this info from facebook ad - I measured everything and it looked perfect for my kitchen. So after I brought it home and realized that size does not match - naturally I wanted to return the item - but store managers refused to take it (they said they can give me a different model, but they did not have the model that I wanted in stock). Robert also started to play some games in facebook chat: he said - this is not the right model etc, (little innocent lies here and there again, which is OK, I dont mind at all) but pretty much he also refused my return.Bottom line - really nice people, but they lie. Also they dont want to admit their mistakes and now Im stuck with useless dishwasher because of their mistake in the ad. God bless you guys!

Rob and Rob are amazing! Got me the Bosch oven I had been waiting on for six months in one week! I will never deal with Bray and who?? Wish I got all my appliances from them.. AAA is the way! Thanks guys!
