The manager is a wonderful human. The store has all appliances you need with almost 50% off. I recommend to consider visiting the store before you go to and department stores to by appliances. Great deals

Bought a new washer and dryer today. So easy and quick. Were thrilled with our purchase and paid about half price! So worth it - well be back!

I lost my dryer and all home depot and lewes havent it or takes two week to supply it from their vendor to store. I went to VA Appliance Store and bought what I really needed with 25% less in price and saved two weeks. The salesman of course need to promote his attitude.

There salesman with worst attitude ever. I went to get appliances for newcomer with very limited budget. He was not reeves wants to show me what they have. Disrespectful and ignorant people to deal with. You have been warned!!!!!!

Our fridge had died and we reached out to our home warranty company for assistance. They sent out three different repair companies before they capitulated. So I had almost four weeks of no fridge to do my research. The type I wanted was no where to be found. Backordered at every appliance store within a 50 mile radius. I went to Appliances Va in Chantilly on a whim. They not only had what I was looking for but I got a microwave/convection of the same brand/series for the price as what I would have paid for just the fridge elsewhere.

Absolutely THE best appliance store!! I did not want to pay chain store prices and I didnt want a used one! I got a brand new fridge for a used price! Excellent customer service! Looking forward to getting all my appliances upgraded!

My ‘brand new’ washer needs a NEW MOTOR!! The man I bought it from, Mason, the only one working there in the dhop, refuses to answer my calls or call me back. When I told him it wasn’t working he was very, very nasty to me. Unbelievable! I’ve been without a washer for at least one month. He knows I’m older and that I’m probably frightened to go out to the laundromat. He does not care. I think he’s the owner. Real piece of work. And I Had bought several appliances from him. Two very expensive refrigerators, a stove and a microwave. All that and no concern whatsoever.

This is a great appliance store. The owners are very nice, they are very knowledgeable of all their brands. The prices are fantastic, no one can beat their prices with the quality of their stock

Lots of choices, but at the end of the day I was able to buy everything new from the store for the same price as Appliances VA offered. One example- the sales person at Appliances VA acted like we were getting a great deal for a wall mount microwave for 179 and it was a little banged up, then from lowes/ home depot most in wall microwaves that were nicer were 175 and included delivery (this would be super easy for you to lookup). Same thing for the range he offered it at 499 we got one brand new for the same price (and again included delivery). Im sure there are some things that could be a good buy if you are willing to transport the items yourself. Just make sure you do your homework!!

His business ethics needs build up

This company lie to me and my wife about a washer and dryer Whirlpool that we bought from them not even half a year ago. First we was told when the washing machine was leaking that for $50 they will come out take it back to the shop and bring us another one if its this one at the shop. That was a lie. They did not do that. They sent somebody out here to fix it and now its leaking worse than it was before.
