These people helped me TREMENDOUSLY and URGENTLY, when I was shipping my car overseas and needed to have the lock nuts taken off and replaced with regular ones in order to ship the vehicle as my local Nissan in North Carolina failed to give me the key to mine. These guys worked quickly and diligently to help me out. This is true customer service, these people actually take care of their customers rather than just doing the job just to go home. Service manager, Dalton, was helpful, professional and courteous. Service department was timely, efficient and thorough. We had a BCI Malfunction error light fix, oil change and a tire patched and all were completed efficiently. (I will say that emailing the general contact us box didn’t generate a response after several days for a question, so I went ahead and just scheduled service online and everything was completed. I’m not how often that contact us box on the website is monitored?)
Great experience working with William on the purchase of our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!! He was quick to respond to texts and had the Jeep ready when we arrived to look at it. He even helped us get our second trade to the dealership. We worked out most of our financing before arriving, so the process was very smooth. There wasn’t too much haggling involved which was very nice. I requested a certain model of a car. I have texts confirming pricing and the sales associate repeating back what the quote was for in exact words “premium package”. He even said the interior that only comes in the premium package. We eventually find the car. I see it and purchase and paid the quoted price. Note that I had nothing to compare it to because they didn’t have the car I requested on lot. So I buy it thinking that it’s the car I wanted. I didn’t realize this at the time as it looked the same, it was just missing some features. As I drive it, I start thinking this really doesn’t seem like the car I asked for. I went to the website to see what features it was supposed to have and it had none of them.Well I go to Nissan home page and get a quote for the car I wanted and it matches the price I paid. I then go to the specific Nissan dealers webpage and the quote matches the car I wanted. I then found other dealers that match the quote I paid. But this dealer snuck in a non premium edition on me for the premium cost.Not once did we ever discuss a non premium edition and I was never told it was a non premium edition. Some of this falls on me for not realizing it, but when you only ask for one type of car and the dealer says he has it, you wouldn’t think they would be wrong or lying. I even received multiple quotes on the car I actually wanted and asked for. Never once got a quote for a non premium package.In the end, they charged me around $3000 over what Nissan set as the price, what their own website had for the price of that model and what other dealers had for the price of that model. Lawyers are having to get involved as management will not speak to me. Beware of this dealership. The finance guy was cool though.
Do not buy a used car from them. I have had nothing but issues. Did not clean the car prior. Parts missing. Keys missing. Huge scratches. Had to pay my own registration and tag fee. Now they won’t even pick up or return calls/emails. Awful!!!!!!
Just recently bought a Tundra from Hudson Nissan. I worked primarily with Nana and Sam. Both were helpful and fair. What I have appreciated most with this dealership is their low pressure sales approach. They will get answers for you, but they don’t try and force the sale. No nagging telephone calls or gimmicks in their marketing. They post vehicles prices at or just below market and sell in volume. Very happy with my experience there.

I was told that the time to complete my service and recalls would be about 2 hours. My service advisor came to get me saying it was done 50 minutes later. They did the oil change and tire rotation at the same time the computer was being reprogrammed. It was great all around.
I went in for my scheduled maintenance and needed new rear brakes. The wait was about 2 hours but expected it to be about that time. I packed my water, enjoyed the provided snacks and watched videos on my phone to pass the time away. I even got a car wash card since it was about to rain.
Great team to work with. Dalton in Service is always there to honestly answer any questions that I have. I even ended up getting a great deal on the Nissan Extended warranty from Jack in Finance.

We were looking to buy a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. They let us test drive without a sales man riding along. I appreciate that as it is more comfortable to not feel you have to talk and try to be sold. Instead you get a stress free test drive. We were ready to negotiate. They stayed late to try and make it all happen. But we ended up having to come back the next morning to work on transferring my warranty They were so patient and helpful with us.

Hudson Nissan gave us a service appt and took care of our issue over the course of 24 hours, which is pretty incredible considering the circumstances.You never want a problem when you’re on vacation 600 miles from home, but this could not have gone any smoother and we really appreciate it.

Just easy I guess we were easy customers we saw what we wanted negotiated my car trade in unseen and did the deal. We saw the car at about 2 in the afternoon and had the finance and everything sorted between personal errands and picked the car up detailed at about 6 30 pm. When we saw the Pathfinder we purchased it had just been delivered and still had plastic on the wheels etc.
Dropped of my vehicle overnight since I had work the next day, Danny in the service department was incredibly flexible in contacting me throughout the day to keep me updated on maintenence. Also had my car washed without any request! Phenomenal experience here.
I can’t believe the amazing service I got from Hudson Nissan and Dalton the service advisor. I can’t remember the last time I was treated like a valued customer somewhere. There was never a moment where I wasn’t updated on what was going on. They did everything they said they would do and my car is in top top shape. I was in the car business for 15 years and dealerships have a bad name for ripping people off in the service department, but don’t be afraid to do business here. They have all my business going forward.
Found a 2014 Nissan Maxima SV (1N4AA5AP3EC485434) for $17,404 on Carguru we wanted to purchase at Hudson Nissan West Ashley. Got to the dealership, test drove the car and tried to negotiate a price. Post noted vehicle had a premium package and premium technology package. At the negotiating table, the Salesman Damion was very nice and professional. During our negotiation he added on a Premium Safety Package (Permacoating for Paint and Interior). We didnt want it, take it off, not going to pay for it, didnt ask for. He had to check with a manager and come back to the negotiating table. Manager refuses to budge on the price. However, while test driving the vehicle, we discovered the front bumper was damaged during the delivery. Asked if the damage would be repaired should we decided to purchase the vehicle. Salesman goes back to the manager and returns with the Buyers Order that reflects a $900 discount on the purchase of the car ($16,506 and then we add in the Premium Safety Package at $897, purchase price back at $17,403). They cant negotiate the price for us to purchase the car, but enough to add a product that benefits the company. Additional add ins ($628 Closing Fee, $500 Infrastructure Fee, Non Tax Fee $57.50). Final cost of the vehicle $18,588.50. As for the bumper, the manager tell Damion to ask us if we would be willing to pay half on the damage to repair the car in addition to the final cost. NO WE WILL NOT! The manager had the auto repair guy come out to assess the damage and do a temporary fix so we would make the purchase. Absolutely not. After bantering with the manager and him asking us to trust him. Which trust went out of the window when you tried a temporary fix and tried to get us to pay for damage we didnt cause. Of which the company probably had insurance for to cover any damage that may occur while in transport. We should have just walked away. Manager says he can just sell it to someone else. Who wants to buy a damaged vehicle or better yet, why would you want to sell someone a damaged vehicle, if you are a reputable dealership. He finally agrees to fix the vehicle. But we had to put a deposit on the vehicle and trust they would do the right thing.Against our better judgement, we decided to purchase the vehicle, even after our credit union informed us the vehicle was $3000 over valued with $1582.50 being tied to dealership fees.This was a cash deal. So we get to the finance office and the bill of sale itemization reflects the numbers a little differently than the Buyers Order. The price changed from $17,006 to $16,506 purchase price ($500 Permacoating/Permashield Warranty included) and the Premium Safety Package of $397. Things we didnt ask for and a perfect example of how the numbers are manipulated. Buyers Beware and look at your Bill of Sale and Buyers Order. Also, Car Facts report originally had no accident or damage reported. At the closing it reflected minor cosmetic damage to the vehicle. No specifics.Finally, I said to the Finance Officer, you get to manipulate the numbers however you see fit to make it work. We just wanted to do honest business with what we thought was an upfront and honest dealership. He said he only goes by what is on the paperwork thats in the folder. But would show us what is displayed on his computer to show the itemization of the $500 difference. It only frustrated me more. Got our deposit back and finalized the deal in my displeasure at 2:05 PM. The paint job on the bumper was not the best. Brought that to their attention before we left the lot. Grainy, less than smooth finish if some spots and not very much clear coating. My son drove off of the lot and got less than 10 miles down the road away from the dealership and the transmission goes out. Vehicle towed and we got our money back. The most important thing and releasing us from this transaction. We will never do business with Hudson Nissan of Charleston West Ashley ever again.

The lobby area/bathroom were very clean and a surprise compared to other sites. The young man who guided me was charming and so through in explaining the needed safety repairs, He continued to keep me updated on more serious safety concerns I was not aware of. He was exceptional.

I had to bring my Nissan here after Honest one failed multiple times to fix my A/C compressor. They were very helpful and broke things down so I could fully understand what they were doing and why. I appreciate that they update you as soon as possible and truly care about their patrons! Thank you!!
So there are places that offer 15 minute oil changes, 20 minute oil changes... and apparently 110 minute oil changes. Yep, an hour and 50 minutes so far, and still waiting. Awesome. They provide Starbucks coffee, which I guess bumps my rating from one star to two stars.
Don’t shop here. There are many other Nissan dealers that will be honest( not screwing around for a week without contacting me specifically about the issue while at the same time begging for a 100% review 2”while being aware of them)and won’t change deal over a week after the delivery. Would be nice to have copies of the alternate paperwork sent to NMAC without me ever seeing or signing them. Could have atleast sent me a copy. Email something? Great job. Check all the one star reviews just for the last 6 months or so. You’ll see they start dealing after the delivery.
Marcello in service was very helpful with the repairs to my fiancé’s Altima. He was very professional and kept me informed with what was going on. He even told me about a recall I didn’t even know about and he took care of it. I will continue to use this dealership as long as Marcello is a service advisor there. Thank you again!

Brought my Xterra here a week ago after some engine issues another mechanic couldnt quite figure out. Everything was great. Issues was fixed quickly, I got frequent updates, and really appreciated the video of the mechanic going over my car.
We had Stephen Hardman as our salesman. He went above and beyond to make our buying experience easy & hassle free. He took the time to work with us for over a week to make it possible. He even drove outta state to get us what we wanted. The papers were completely ready for us to sign when we got there- no waiting around. He explained the Rogue to us in detail and said we could always reach out if we had any questions. We are already considering buying a second vehicle with Stephen.

Everyone was very polite and accommodating but I’m taking the time to write this review because of how much I thought of the salesman who helped me, Will Hutchinson. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was easy to get in touch with and made sure my vehicle was cleaned up and ready to go quickly so I didn’t have to wait. This was AFTER the sale had been made so he had nothing to gain other than my appreciation. He was also just simply a joy to be around! Honestly, I hate taking my car here to get work done. I always feel like I am pushed to get things fixed that I dont really know need them or not. I always feel like I have been swindled out of my money only because I just dont know better. This may be the last time I take my car here. I was determined to keep my Nissan another year or two and then return to Hudson to trade it in and buy a brand new Altima. But after this last experience, no matter how much I have enjoyed my Altima, I may switch to another car.Every time I get told my battery is low and I need a new battery. Every. Single. Time. And I always decline it. This time I actually showed proof that Nissan replaced my battery 2 1/2 years ago. They did not believe me until I showed the actual receipt and then the tune of the sale changed.Then I was told I needed rear shocks. Which I had done at the same location exactly one year prior. They called back and said the technician checked the wrong box.While the work done may be quality, I just cannot afford to get more things done on my car that are not really needed. I dont mind getting preventative care done, but just replacing things willy nilly is not what I want to do. I need an honest mechanic and I really dont feel that this Nissan service department gives me that. And that is unfortunate, because as mentioned I had planned on returning this car back and trading in at this same dealership.

I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to secure their personal belongings while having their car serviced. I was at this dealership this morning. When my vehicle was returned to me I realized my firearm was missing from my center console. I went back with an officer to watch the video of technicians who were working on my car. They told the officer they only have video of my car pulling in to get service and that the other video that they have was buffering. The techs that serviced my car said they never went inside it also they rushed my car out without asking if I wanted it washed. I was a customer here for the last 3 years and wont be going back to this location.

I have been a long term fan of Hudson Nissan and have bought two vehicles from their dealership. I recently bought a “pre-certifies Altima that had a problem with the AC, but was fixed as per the checklist. 33 days after purchase my AC went out. 3 days outside of the 30 day warranty. I was not surprised when they would not fix, but I was surprised that when I brought it in they said it was my AC compressor— 1,250 dollar fix they said. I work on my own cars and did some investigating to find a hole in my high pressure AC line. Needless to say, I fixed my own AC for under a $100 bucks. In addiction, I was told I needed brakes and new rotors when I brought it in— these were also checked off as in good condition only 33 days prior. Be careful buying a pre-certified car as it means nothing, and be very weary of their shop.

This was my first car purchase, so we shopped for a car for almost a month dealing with over 100 different salesmen. We finally found the car we were looking for at this location. Our salesman Tim Ivey was awesome! He was our favorite salesman out of all the ones we dealt with. Big Negative was with the finance person named AG who wasnt pleasant to interact with and messed up my financing. Luckily, I reviewed my paperwork the next day and was able to address it before it cost me. I reached out to Joseph Greene, who was very friendly & professional, and he was able to help straighten things out. I would recommend this location to others, however you need to closely examine your paperwork (term length, interest rate, and purchase amount) especially if AG is handling it.

Called on a Tuesday to inquire about viewing / test driving a used vehicle. Salesman Clay stated that the car was being inspected and that he would call back to schedule an appointment. He confirmed an appointment for the coming Thursday. Clay again confirmed the appointment on Thursday morning and stated that he would be out and that Nana would take care of things. Arrived and was greeted by Nana who took me out to the car. He said it was rough around the edges and asked if I was still interested - I said yes and he went to get the keys for a test drive. He came back five or so minutes later with the sales manager who said that the dealership in fact wasnt willing to sell the car and would instead be sending it to auction. He said it was a mistake that the car was on their website. No explanation was given for why someone made a showing appointment and confirmed availability with me the morning of. TL;DR: Salesman scheduled a showing for a car and confirmed the showing on the morning of only for the sales manager to refuse to sell the car after I drove 30 minutes to the dealership and waited around for 15 minutes. Waste of 1.5 hours.

Josh in the service department was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about my vehicle, reach out to my extended warranty company, and keep open lines of communication amongst all parties. I was so impressed by the level of service I received. I’m new to the area so was very nervous about who to trust. I will literally always bring my vehicle back to Hudson Nissan whether it’s for a large repair or a simple oil change because of the quality of customer service I received and the quality of work done on my vehicle. I am from another state and will not be returning, however this is the best service that I have received from a Nissan Dealership. Definitely 5 star service. Staff was courteous. Explained the whole process in detail. Amenities provided by the dealership were excellent (Coffee, Wi-Fi, Snacks, Cell Charging Station, etc...).

I had a braking light flashing and they fixed the problem quickly!! Then they showed me body damage, windshield was wrong one installing cancellig a couple safety features that are mantadory on the car. The techs could not have been more informed---and the Star Bucks was great!!!

The service agent, Jerry Hawkins was Extremely helpful. Not only did he resolve my immediate problem, he gave me a list of issues that I will need to attend to in the near future. Because of his (we care about you) attention to details and advise, I will definitely be returning to Hudson, Nissan for my future care service needs.
I scheduled an appoiment for an oíl change on my truck this morning. And I pay for it. I check the oil after and they did not change the oíl. I have 25 year of experience as a mechanic and of course that I know when the oíl is not being change. I got scam in couple places in the past but I was not expecting got scam here on the Nissan. Im very disappointed. I talked to the manager and he said that they actually changed the oíl. But Im 100% sure that they didnt. If someone can help me with this problem. I recommend do not come to this place for your car services. Theyre scam. Ill have to replace the oíl on my own on my new truck or go somewhere else.
