A leaking right rear axle joint and a crack in my torque rod showed up in the free trip check. Courtney sent me a video tour by the mechanic clearly showing the areas of good shape and the areas of concern. Since I was driving in the mountains and across several states over the course of several weeks, I decided to get the work done so I would not worry. I appreciate Volvo’s free trip check that exposed these problems and Courtney’s management throughout— supplying a loaner car and ensuring the parts needed were available and that it could be repaired before the conference I was to drive to the following day. Work was done and I drove and am continuing to drive with confidence. Thank you Courtney and team!
