I was on vacation and my blower motor messed up and would not shut off when I turned the vehicle off. This had to be fixed because the blower drained my battery. I found EuroPro using Google. I called them on Monday, 10/11 and was able to take it in that day. I explained I had to have it fixed by Friday because I would be traveling back to Indiana. They found the issue and text me a quote to fix it that day. They had to order a part to fix my VW, but was able to get it fixed on Thursday. I was thrilled to be able to get my SUV fixed so quickly!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They rock!

I just moved to Charleston, and needed some cosmetic work done on my Mercedes. I’m not a car expert by any means, so finding quality people with great prices who you can trust with your car is really hard!! And I am so grateful I did!The stitching on my driver seat cushion was separating, and I needed them to install a new seat cushion. They didnt do the work they claimed. my husband is doing the work now behind them and can easily tell that things were not replaced. if you would like photo proof, we have it. we paid $5000 and the problem with the car is worse than a year ago. they kept our car for over a year, horrible communication.

I had to really search for a place to get my 1996 BMWs oil changed. Was so glad to find EuroPro! They looked over my car thoroughly and let me know of some future things that may need to be addressed. Dan was extremely knowledgeable about my car in particular and gave me some advice on how to best care for it while I waited for the work to be done. I feel like they were a good value and honest. I will be using them again!

I found EuroPro online when searching for a Volvo mechanic. Dan was extremely helpful when I first called to describe my problem and schedule an appointment. He listened and provided some thoughts as to what the issue could be. When I dropped the car off, Dan again was very helpful. The issue was diagnosed, as well as some other maintenance items that were due or soon to be. I was told the car would probably be done by end of day on Friday, and to my delight it was finished and ready Friday morning. My car is a 2007 Volvo C70 hardtop convertible that I will now always get serviced at EuroPro. They are experts with European cars.

Great work, fair and honest price.

Came highly recommended. They were professional and had my car ready when promised. They answered my questions honestly and I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of...a problem I always had with the dealership. They performed the service I requested and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs.

I called right at 5 on a Tuesday night and Dan said they were booked solid for a week but if I came in early the next day they would do their best to identify and repair my problem. They did just that and even found a minute to drop me back where I was staying so I didn’t have to sit there all day. I’m addition to my ac concern they also checked out my oil.

Though I have a Honda and not a Euro car, they did an excellent job of taking care of the issues that I asked. They also performed a complete inspection and made me aware of other services that I need to address. Service was expedient and professional. I will be back.

I was on vacation when my 2004 Mercedes C240 would not start one morning after driving two miles to another part of the resort. I checked everything I knew and still would not start. Called my garage back home to see if he had any ideas. In the meantime the car must have cooled off. I tried again and it started, but the check engine light was on. Not wanting to get stuck anywhere being 500 miles from home I called EuroPro in Charleston on Folly Road to check it out.They were great!! I explained my situation being on vacation and knowing I needed a mechanic who works specifically on Mercedes everyday. Dan assured me they specialize in European cars. He said they had all the testing equipment and Mercedes was a good part of their business.My wife and I drove the car to EuroPro and picked up a rental car on the way. Left the car at 1:30pm on Thursday. Dan called me around 3pm and said I needed a sensor replaced. They had it in stock. Dan called the next morning (Friday) at 8:30am and said the car was fixed and all ready. They even washed the car!They were definitely a God send! Their service was more than prompt, Dan kept me informed, what they charged was more than fair, only needed a rental for one day, and the whole experience was much better than expected being 500 miles from home with only one car.I would definitely use them again if they were in my home town.

Extensive Land Rover knowledge & phenomenal customer service! All of our questions were answered ahead of time and Dan kept us up to date on a daily basis. Though always available via phone we had numerous conversations about our repairs via text...highly recommended and we’ll use Dan when needed in the future!

Working with EuroPro was a positive experience from start to finish. They leverage various forms of electronic communication to clearly present quotes and to provide status updates. They also added little touches outside of the contracted work. For example, when they learned the car was going to be driven into Northern Ohio in January they added cool weather windshield washer detergent. When we pick the up the car, it had been washed to point that it almost looked liked the exterior had been detailed. The turnaround time was great too. They got everything done over the course of a single day. Dan, who is the primary person you will interact with there explains the work very clearly and is a pleasant person to work with.

I’ve always gone to the Range Rover dealership for my car service but when I moved to Charleston, the dealership over in West Ashley was a pain to get to with Savannah Highway traffic. I also had so many issues between scheduling, getting my car in, responses and pricing that I was considering buying a different car so I didn’t have to go there. I was very happy to find EuroPro. Less than friendly on the phone and higher diagnostic charge

I took my car to a separate mechanic shop here in Charleston and was treated like I was making up the issues and did not fix my vehicle. The mechanics here were extremely professional and ensured that my car was fixed and I knew what they did at every stage. Even after they serviced my vehicle, I was messaged to ensure that the issue did not return and that I was completely satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Until this year, I had been taking my 2008 Mercedes back to the dealer for annual maintenance. I had purchased the car new from the dealership. Last year I wanted to make a change because of the cost. Because the service was always excellent, I was always resistant to making a change even though the car was out of warranty. (I couldnt keep spending $2K-$3K every year). I learned about EuroPro from a source I trusted. Im glad I did. I am so very happy. The service at EuroPro is even better; the diagnostics and work performed was excellent. I know the cost would have been much, much more, at the dealer, for the labor intensive work EuroPro had to do on my car, for well under $1500. From now on this is where Ill go for car service. They are folks I can trust.

I have a 2010 Volvo XC60 and the SRS light came on while I was swapping the overhead lights to LEDs. The Volvo dealership quoted me $170+ to reset the light because they have to “do a diagnostic”. EuroPros reset the light in less than 10 minutes and charged me nothing. I would definitely go back for any of my Volvo fixing needs. Thank you !!!

I originally had issues with a dealership mechanic that charged me $3400 and fixed nothing. I called EuroPro and they had my car fixed in a week for about $1k less money. We have gone to EuroPro of Charleston before regarding a different issue with our BMW and received such great service with a very reasonable cost, that when the next issue arises with our BMW, I stopped by EuroPro again and Dan assisted me from beginning to end. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning and received a message along with a phone call about 45 minutes later regarding what repairs needed to be done. I agreed to have the car serviced there for the price he gave me and he mentioned that the car would be done possibly same day, or either next day. I was thinking it would be a 2-3 day ordeal. Instead, I received a call the same day that everything had been fixed! I was very pleasantly surprised! The service, professionality and great quality of work along with their pricing is really something that everyone looks for in a car repair shop. Thank you again for the work you did! We look forward (hopefully not too soon 😅) to coming back again.

They have a very effective and user friendly inspection system that allows you to view suggested maintenance areas with images from your phone and rank the severity of maintenance to make it even easier for you. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and will encourage others to use EuroPro going forward.

Treated me like family. Brought an old, out of production car with several major things wrong. They didn’t turn me away, they searched and overnight the hard to find parts and had it good as new in two short days! By far, the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. Dan is very knowledgable about Mercedes Benz and you can tell he enjoys working with and on them. While they were doing the service on my car, I received several updates and it was done in a timely manner. Glad I found Europro for my BMW! Dan was really helpful. Europro did what I asked, quickly, and for less than other mechanics in West Ashley and James Island. Other garages had at least a week to two week wait to do any work! Ill be bringing my BMW back for future work.

Dan and the staff at EuroPro are fantastic. They have serviced my S40 several times over the years. Most recently, I needed the brakes changed out. They also found an unrelated leak that was still under warranty, which I appreciated. Their text approval system is fantastic,including pictures and pricing for potential work to be done. The text thing makes it really easy.

Nice people, bad service. Spent over $2500.00 for repairs and problems still exists. Warning lights came back on a day after repairs. Was told sensors had to be replaced to fix communication before mechanical repairs could be done.

I was able to make an appointment with them on short notice, and they gave me a ride twice when I needed to leave my car for repairs. Much appreciated!

I was able to get all maintenance records and work with Dan and his team to upkeep the car quality. I 100% would recommend Europro to anyone with a European car. I have an Audi Q5 and made the mistake of taking my car to another company to get my brakes replaced and I had the worst experience that ended with loud, squeaky brakes. I took my car to Europro after going back and forth with the other company for months and they changed my brakes out charging less than the dealership and less than the original quote. My brakes are quiet and Ive had no problems with my car since! I also was running late to pick up my car because of work and they stayed open an extra 20 minutes just so I could get my car back. I always know when they tell me things about my car that I can trust them... that is sometimes hard to find.

I’m an owner of an e92 m3 and trust Dan and his team at Euro pro to handle my baby. My car is running flawlessly, but I’ve had to take it to euro pro for routine maintenance on a couple occasions and one or two leaking gaskets. Their prices are cheaper than dealer and they will even drop you off at your work with their courtesy drivers. One thing you’ll notice is that they dispute all of their poor reviews and will stand by their word and business. Euro pro might not have the flash or glamour of a dealer, but they certainly make up for it with quality, service, and convenience. Unfortunately, I’m selling my car, but I’ll certainly keep them in mind if I ever come to own a beamer again!

Europro of Charleston has went above and beyond to help fix the AC in my 2006 Saab. I am originally from Delaware and had my car serviced there... the job got botched. Dan and the rest of the Europro team helped get my ac fixed in a timely manner. They surpassed all expectations with customer service! It was a battle with my previous mechanic to get them to send parts down to SC and Euro pro was willing to help and wait any time it took to get the parts!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! We will be using them to have all service done on my Saab. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

I thought it was a joke at first.I have the quote sign by your costumer service representative.He was rude on the phone and when i arrived at James Island location.Sorry to say it but EuroPro was a big disappointment for me.

$285.39 saved! I took them 5 days to diagnose and repair a fried alternator in my sons 2006 LR3, and there were some missed communications, BUT they saved me a bunch of money over Vintage & Imports. They were willing to work with us and put in parts we purchased from AutoZone. This will be our first choice for any more Land Rover repairs.
