Everything was fine until I was told that one of the mattresses wouldnt be removed when ordering the beds the box frames the rails when paying extra for delivery setup and removal of the old mattresses I was not informed that it would be mattress for mattress meaning when the contractor delivery driver removed only four items because he only brought in four, I spoke with ROE who passed a message to Erica and within one day they made adjustments to help me with the removal of the other mattress that was left behind by the contracted delivery driver. I do suggest that if you are having mattresses removed to be specific about how many there is so this precaution can be taken beforehand. REVIEW REVISED

I experienced a well looking salesman who was attentive to my request in a very business way that didnt take long to have me buying the bed and closing out the deal, I was very happy with him to the point where I would recommend a raise for this outstanding young man

Mr. Freeman helped me out a lot when I visited the store. His customer service and expert skills were amazing. I saw the mattress I wanted online and he explained everything I needed to know. I ended up buying a king size mattress and foundation and a twin size mattress also.

My wife and I went in expecting a quality mattress with a budget in mind. Erin (our sales rep) was AWESOME! I work in sales and spent the entire time amazed at how great the service was, and didnt feel any pressure to buy. So, we bought! A little over our budget, but Erin did a great job addressing our concerns and making sure we got what would work best for us without spending too much more than we anticipated. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I had a very great experience at the Mattress Firm on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte, NC. The staff was very friendly and I got an excellent price on a superior mattress. They had a great selection there despite the shortages created by COVID. They were very patient and gave me time to try out different products. I didnt feel rushed or pressured to make a sale. I was however, persuaded to purchase a much better mattress than I came to get. But I am glad because I was rewarded with a great deal! This was my first time buying a new mattress in my adult life and I would definitely recommend this company and location.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a mattress. The representative John was absolutely amazing to say the less. He took his time to make sure I had a mattress that was comfortable and affordable. He didn’t try to sell me things he knew I didn’t need or pressure me to make a decision (I came in right before closing with a three year old 🤦🏽‍♀️). Ok experience. Two salespersons I encountered were combative and defensive when I applied my knowledge about mattress pricing.One male representative told me if I did not like the price go somewhere else.Finally, the woman I purchased from was combative and defensive too stating she was in the business and didnt overcharge me. When I showed her another price quote from another mattress firm I ended up purchasing the bed for far less than the price she previously quoted.I needed and wanted the bed, however not happy with the representation at this particular store.Also, I have to wait two weeks for the delivery after experiencing all this chaos.

On 8/19/2019 we paid $2,374.78 for a mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm. Not the cheapest thing around but we thought it was worth it. The promised delivery date was scheduled for September 10th. This day came and went with no call, no email, no notice of any kind that our mattress would not be delivered. I called the salesman and was told that there had been a mixup at the warehouse and that our mattress was not available but would be delivered September 16. Yesterday the mattress arrived and based on the condition of this mattress we refused delivery. This thing had at least one hole that we found, and was dirty on both sides of the mattress - like picked up on the side of the road dirty. So as soon as this happens I call to get a refund and the salesman apologized then promised a full refund. (I’m thinking that’s mighty thoughtful of ya man.) When I check the bank at 5pm today looking to confirm the refund I see that once again the Mattress Firm has failed to deliver. I call the salesman to ask what happened. He says a refund will take another 5-7 days.This is unacceptable. The money they took from my account for a mattress they took a month to FAIL TO DELIVER is not something I am willing to tolerate giving them use of for another week. When I contacted customer support I was invited by Megan to submit a form and request a faster refund. This means that after THEY mess up, THEY kept my money for a month, THEY FAILED TO DELIVER AS AGREED, I am required to fill out paperwork so THEY will do their job and refund money they have not earned. This company is a disaster and I would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I recently stopped by this location searching for a new mattress. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Mr.John Shireman. He was a very helpful sales associate giving me very descriptive details about all their product. After going over all the different options available, I was able to choose a mattress that best fit my comfort level. My new mattress is expected to be delivered to me on tomorrow.
