I bought my wedding dress here for my wedding this past November. I received so many compliments on my dress, and was absolutely in love with it. The prices were more than I was originally planning on spending, but you get a one of a kind gown, thats catered to you. I bought my gown just a couple months before my wedding. Even though I bought off the rack I was still able to get that special dress. They have so many different styles and sizes. The stylists make you feel completely special and catered too. They listened to what I was envisioning and were able to help me find what I wanted, even when I was a typical unsure bride. The stylists were very patient with me, and made me feel taken care of. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for their dress. They have fans in the dressing room (huge plus - lets be honest, trying on dresses is exhausting) and big dressing rooms where you feel like you have plenty of space to try on the dresses. Loved the experience!

01/18/202 I went into Hautes with my bride and asked if we needed to make an appointment and the young lady (employee) response was no you can try on a gown or two before their next appointment. Well the time slipped away from us so we were not able to try on a gown which is totally understandable. So the young lady took my brides name and number and assured her she would give her a call to schedule an appointment. Well today is 01/26/202 and we still have not heard back from anyone at Haute & Co.

Haute & Co was an amazing experience from the beginning. We were first greeted with champagne and mimosas, where we met with Marina, my bridal consultant. Marina made sure to accommodate the big party I had with me, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time. The shop was perfect. It was quiet with enough space to allow multiple brides not to feel on top of one another. It was decorated beautifully and my matron of honor even asked how much rent was (lol :)). I wanted to try on a lot of dresses to make sure that I had found the right one, and Marina did not make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time like some of the larger national bridal stores did. She really wanted to make sure I found the perfect dress.Also- Marina is a top of the line bridal consultant. She was great to work with, and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was funny and seemed to really enjoy her job. She made me feel like my day was important to her :) I do not think I would have found my dress without the help of Marina and Haute & Co.I honestly could not have asked for a better experience and am so happy to find this amazing shop!

I had such a great experience at Haute & co! As a plus size bride, searching for wedding gowns can be stressful and disappointing when there’s so little available in your size. That was not the case here! Mycal was my consultant and he was so kind and patient with me and my family. He made sure I found my dream dress and never once made me feel rushed. A huge thanks to Haute and Co for helping me with a last minute dress! I recently got married when my son was 4 months old and wasn’t able to fit into my original dress. I showed up super worried and honestly loved it there. Me and my mom sat and drank complimentary champagne while they picked out dresses for me. And I cried my eyes out when I found one that made me look even better than my original dress. Feeling beautiful and comfortable on your wedding is legit priceless. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t gone. A million thank yous!

Lets start with how I am short 5 and curvy (26-28) shopping has been a complete NIGHTMARE.Haute & Co. was literally a life saver and the best hidden secret since they are new to the area. If you are like me you have tried on over 25 dresses since being plus size is a little harder to shop comfortably. I had been to numerous boutiques and had terrible experiences customer service being bad and dress options limited to ballgounds and beach flowing dresses. This made it impossible to be satisfied. My sister actually found this company online and when I tell you I am so thankful I literally could cry at how amazing it was.Allie my consultant greeted us at the front by name (make an appointment) and offered mimosas and waters. She then let us all get settled and discussed some of my desires. We all then pulled a few dresses that we thought would be a great fit or could be potential contenders. Their dresses are by size which I actually prefer opposed to same styles and look to see if your size is available. We tried on probably 3 dresses number 4 being the one which I am almost certain Allie picked. We discussed alterations, price, payment options (but not pushy at ALL) and added a veil for added touch. Allie then said if I wanted to keep trying more on we could that there was plenty of time too. So we did which was great I ruled out many styles and colors. We also had my flower girl who is 3 with us she was well behaved but we not once received a sense that she was a nuisance. Following Monday I met Nicole Allies manager to model some of the new gowns in and it was so much fun. Nicole is SUPER sweet and very informative I not once felt uncomfortable at my appointment nor modeling. The dress ended up only being $100 over my budget as they were able to discount and apply an upcoming sale which was amazing (although their customer service was so tremendous I would of bought it regardless) Nicole obviously leads her team by example some of us curvy women are self conscious and I not once felt judged. Please please please save yourself the headache and go see Allie she will take care of you! I will update my review with pictures after the wedding :)

Gorgeous gowns & Mycal did an amazing job listening and picking out styles we liked AND fit!!

My mom, my fiancée and I made an appointment the day before we were supposed to be in Charlotte, and when we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and taken to the other show room. It was only us and our consultant, whose name was Mycal. He asked a few questions; what I liked, what I didnt like, my normal goto size- which is like a 24. Any plus size girl can tell you how difficult it is to find normal clothes, but wedding dresses seemed impossible. Mycal showed us, based on size (not just plus size, but MY SIZE) where I wanted to look. No tag checking embarrassment, no shaming, it was all very peaceful. I never expected to find a dress on my first actual day of looking for a dress, but I did! These are dresses sold off the rack, and I still found something perfect. I dont even think I need to get this dress altered! AND it was way under my price range!! The fact that I was able to go here, actually have a consultant, AND have a choice already earns Haute and Co five stars from me.Something to keep in mind- I have really bad social anxiety and even moreso while clothes shopping. Mycal made this experience literally painless. This is everything finding a dress should be! He was knowledgeable about the field, answered all of our questions, and even with all the technicalities of buying a dress he was so easy going and laid back.To every curvy bride out there- please give this place a shot! Also, as scary as it can be sometimes, I do recommend calling to get an appointment, rather than doing it online. I think the websites different options for appointment types are a tad confusing (but that may just be me!).TLDR; Haute & Co is amazing, Mycal is a true professional and definitely made the experience what it should be- fun!
