The selection here is bad. But what do you expect when the store is a state run agency that assumes Jack Daniels is good whiskey. Abolish ABC and let the free market take over.

Very nice inside, the surrounding area is a bit sus. But they have police inside for some reason.

Never stock when nessesary, so inconsistent when it comes to having what you want.

ABC store was crowded but it was good the service was very good.

Horrible place! Went into this place and the cashier made one of the most ignorant comments I have ever heard to the customers coming in. The cashier stated and I quote! that they were out of e&j, Hennessey, ciroc, basically all of the black people liquor! I immediately left the store with several other customers when that statement was made

This store was about 45 mins away from where we were visiting and it was the only store that had a variety of liquor and spirits...Friendly staff that knew what was available during the bottle shortage..This store also closes at 8 pm

The line was filling the parking lot...it looped-de-looped at least twice. They were allowing 25 people in at a time (sheesh) I bet wine sales went up... and Mad Dog 20/20... or anything u can get with 14% percent alcohol or more from the grocery store, lol

Extremely rude staff and horrible selection

The county ABC stores always seemed to be well run locations. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Im not sure where many other stores get their employees from, but the ABC stores seem to have a top notch group of knowledgeable employees.

Awesome location not to far from my house. Always seems fully stocked with a great variety. Parking lot can be a bit tricky with cars exiting and entering at the same time.Staff are friendly and the line usually moves pretty fast! Go on Wednesday or Thursday instead of Friday and youll be in and out quickly.

One of my favorite places

As expected on a Saturday night, the store was quite busy. Usually the cashiers on duty are extremely efficient and this night was no different. The lady and gentlemen who were doing their absolute best to keep up with the influx of customers. But...there were more than a few rude, loud and disrespectful people and they did really well just maintaining their composure; I was impressed. Two extremely loud men stood in front of one of the cashiers registers for at least ten minutes. Asking the cashiers to pick out their liquor from the shelves for them, while they stood talking loudly at their register. The next person in line did the exact same thing. Asking the staff to retrieve their purchases for them. There was one person in front of me that attempted to do this as well. Strike #3, smiling the entire time, she politely pointed to the farthest corner and told him as courteously as possible that it was right over there on the shelf in the far corner. He never budged. And there were at least 6 more folks in back of me. My hat is tipped too you both. Professional through and through. This place is worth the visit, just too people watch. This store is the worse they don’t like Hispanic people. Today 3/9/19 I when inside to make a purchase and she was not asking ID when I come up and paid she ask for my ID I say fine then she ask the ID for the person that was coming with me when he was not even making a purchase other customers came with friends and the other people never where ask for ID I will contact corporate on her I got her picture I think that for her our money is not worth it. Don’t come to this store worse ever

Traffic volume too high for the available parking

By far the most busy location in ALL of Charlotte. The wait on a Friday is absolutely ridiculously unacceptable! Knowing the surge of people coming the location should be better prepared.

Every time Ive been here, super friendly, super efficient staff are keeping the line moving with a smile.

I mean customer service could be better it just depends on who you get. If you get the older lady with the low cut fro than yeah the customer service is probably going to suck. The other guy black guy that works there is pretty nice though.

Large store. Nice selection. HOWEVER, it is ALWAYS packed! People often park illegally or at other establishments and walk over. Ive come here and left multiple times because of it being overcrowded. Visit if you dont mind long lines, staff is friendly.

Parking issues especially on busy days like Thanksgiving eve. Faster and quicker service tho. The line is always long but the wait isnt. Thanks to the fast checkers they got here.

Not much choices of alcohol

Every store I go in I get watched its pretty annoying and depressing, do I give off a look like Id steal from a liquor store? Well not that it matters I majored in criminal justice double major actually another degree in computer networking, Ive been in university alone 6+ years and why I do like the notion that Im being asked for i.d. because of my youthful appearance at 27 its a bit annoying so Ill have to date you 1 star abc spirits for reminding me no matter how hard I work or how far I go in life the world will see me one way.

It is very very clean and nice inside. Better than most abc spirits I’ve been too. The guys there were very nice and answered all my questions!If you looking for mixers, don’t go here. They only sell alcohol! Not even oJ insight

The white lady at the register was looking at me crazy while I was in the line and when I got up there she refused to sell me the liquor because she claim I don’t have a North Carolina I.d, The whole time I had my i.d in my hand she just didn’t want to take it. Why have an employee there that discriminate??
