Was very busy. The greeter did not greet me but the cashier made up for it with her friendly and cheerful customer service. The 3 free body care items with 3 items is worth it. I also stocked up on hand sanitizers.

I should’ve believed the reviews I read about the workers and listened. This has to be the worst B&BW I’ve ever been in. The “greeters” around the store decide who they want to greet and I was one of the ones I guess they didn’t want to greet. I had to ask for help and she was not helpful or enthusiastic. She just sent me to the front for more help and I waited for over 10 minutes to be serviced!! There were two other associates that could’ve hopped on a register to be assist me quicker. I was buying items from inside the store and doing a pick up. The experience was so terrible that I decided to not purchase what I had in hand. I just picked up my order, explained to Sonya that I did not have a great waiting experience, she just shrugged me off and I left. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANY of my family members or friends!

Im not sure if it was because I was wearing my Halloween shirt 🤔 or what but we got zero help. My hubby bought me a few things online and I am watching the workers following CERTAIN customers and helping them but Myself and My Boo.......We Were Ignored!! I even heard a customer tell an employee, OMG, it is SUMMER, NOT OCTOBER OR HALLOWEEN! I have learned to ignore people who have lil comments that I really dont care about, because to me and MANY like me...EVERYDAY IS HALLOWEEN 🎃!!

Love this location!! Its not usually busy when Ive gone but even if the line starts getting long, employees are quick to open another register. I appreciate that about this place because it allows me to go on about my day much quicker than other locations.

At the entrance. An employee has you use hand sanitizer. Theres several choices to choose from. They all smell so good. You are asked to grab a bag. They have a variety of sizes to choose from. Theres usually specials on candles, hand soaps, body lotions etc. Sometimes they have daily specials. The specials are also available online. Occasionally the offers are only available in store. Some locations you can order online and pick up in the store. Unfortunately this store doesnt have that option.

Kind staff, fairly well organized store. The small space makes it hard to travel around in, especially while attempting (and failing) to socially distance. But overall, not a bad store.

I had been mistaken about picking up an order and the employees including Amanda assisted me in respecting the sale I had been aiming to patronize. They were polite and helpful and give me reason to shop this store again.

I found a new favorite fragrance. I bought many of their plug in room scents, a sprays. The only thing they didnt have, was my favorite scented hand sanitizer.

Very friendly staff who go above and beyond, but arent overbearing. Very much appreciate that they ask customers to sanitize upon entering the store.

Great customer service! The sales associates take the time to help you what you need to find whether it is for yourself, friend, family member, etc. I mostly shop here for candles and some hand sanitizers and they have a bunch of selections in different scents.

My experience was great. There were no long lines, the staff was friendly and they had what I needed. On the contrary, it would be nice if they sold items at a discounted price at the factory outlet.

Today 11/3/2020I went to visit the store on FullertonAs I was approaching the store to walk in I was met by an associate that said they are closed and that the store closed at 4pm. I respected her word, but also another lady walked up as well and asked the same question. The associate responded the same. But as soon as I turned my head she let her in!! I asked the worker what was the difference? After you said the store was closed. Her response was did you know what you was coming for!! In a rude way. Now, I could’ve went there with her, but being a respected woman that I am and always shops at this store!! I told her you’ll never have respect shown because of the way you just act!! And I will never shop there again neither will my friends coworkers or family!! again. And yes I will be speaking to a manager very soon.

Omg! I had not been in Bath & Body Works in a couple years. I decided to take my granddaughter shopping there, its her favorite store. The young man that work the door on Saturday September 28th was awesome! He was the most kindest person I met that day. His customer service skills was excellent! Stop in to see him and tell him a satisfied customer sent you. Most importantly tell him I said hello!

I walked in the store just as they were closing up. I needed one item so I could send in a car package I knew what I was getting I needed it an emergency. I walk in the manager says we are closed. It’s not 9pm yet the store can not be closed. Well we are closing up for the day. I look at my watch as the manager is arguing with me it just turned 9pm. Then she proceeds to say we are here all day and we still have to clean up now. I asked one more time I need my items. I asked here where the product was she proceeded to still give me an attitude and just points away at the opposite direction not giving clear communication as to where I can get the product. I understand I walked in at the wrong moment but I did need to send these gifts away. That’s no way to treat someone who is willing to spend their paycheck in a store! This is not the first time this store has given me an issue! This honestly is the worst bath and body works I have gone to and couldn’t be baffled that I still bought what I needed at this location.

Staff members were very sweet and helpful. One of the associates was so knowledgeable about the products and I could really tell he truly loved his job. He recommended things without being overbearing and I really enjoyed listening to him and what he had to say. The store was extremely neat and organized I was almost to afraid to touch things.

Great service and as always lovely smelling soaps and creams. A little conjuncted when it comes to organization, however that is holiday related and fine through out non holiday related events.

Always love this store no matter which one I visit. But im for sure that next time I visit, Im going to spray their paper for scents instead of smelling on my hands or the bottle because once you smell one or two, you cant smell anything afterwards in a clear sense. So advice::: spray those papers ( not sure of the exact name for it) wave it in the air and then smell it. Also write the scent on the back for a later reference, nothing is worse than making it out of there with a scent you can remember which one it was. That gets me every time.

Clean and fresh atmosphere, the store was stocked with what you needed. There could have been more registers open for the long line they had.

Left with a major headache- myself along with two other customers were notified while SHOPPING by an employee, that everything on the front two tables were 75% instead of 50% off, including CANDLES. When rung up at the cash register, we noticed our total being double what it should have been... after telling the cashier that all of us in line were told that candles were included in the 75% off by an employee we were all simply told “no it’s not, only body care products, do you still want the stuff?”At this point were all aggravated not only with being given false advertisement, dealing with a confused employee, but also being followed up by fellow employees who didn’t seem to care to simply fix the situation by honoring the false advertisement their employee was giving to many. This caused all of us to face the apart truth of the sale at the register, and have to each sort through the basket of candles to choose what we wanted to keep.After having to be rerung up, thinking they would somehow fix their mistake of false advertising, my favorite part was being told I couldn’t use two separate coupons.Nothing makes you feel like a valued costumer like being told about a fake sale for 30 minutes, and not being honored your coupons. Will not be returning to that store, and following up with corporate customer service help.Cashier # 3475758

If we need you we know where to find you 2 feet away geez I know its ur job but seriously we almost just turned around and walked out.. I hate all the questions and the comments and suggestions and whats your favorite fragrance and why you like it. Seriously I dont care what you like. Im not here for you. Now kindly go away and let me shop in peace and let me figure out on my OWN what I want to purchase. Uggg.
