This is a really great company. It is completely student run out of Loyola and they provide really great deals on bike rentals. I had a week rental for a friend and we werent able to return it on time and I just called and asked to extend my rental and they were totally cool with it! If you need a cheap and reliable bike rental option, go here!

They stayed a few minutes extra because I was running late and had everything ready to process my rental as smoothly as possible. Their low prices, excellent bikes and flexible after hours return arrangement make it my go-to place for bike rentals in the city.

Do not be quick to assume that because this is a student run business on a college campus that it has no merit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my flat tires in less than 15min for a very competitive price. I chatted with the staff who were all very nice. I asked about gear for purchase, they didnt have it, but they were kind enough to point me in the right direction as to where to find the best price for what I wanted. I will return frequently for all of my bike repair needs.

Great place to go if you have a standard bike(custom made bikes should avoid it for repairs) not that its bad is that they are students learning so basic repairs flats, adjusting seat, handlebars. GREAT SERVICE NO DOUBT good prices no cash at all fyi. Its hidden in the garage parking lot.

Bought my bike here from students who fixed it up and got a great deal. After riding it for a while it broke and i brought it in and they fixed it for free. Students there are friendly and provide great service.

THEY DONT TAKE CASH!I have used this shop in the past and been very satisfied, but it changes with the students that work there, and Im afraid i cant reccomend it this year.Took a bike in for a safety check before it got warm. Was told it needed a slight adjustment to the chain and a little on the brakes. It needed air in the tires. Dude said he would call me with a quote, and it would probably be done that day. Great.Phone rang the next day saying it was ready. I went for the bike and was charged for a full tuneup. Didnt complain, but they didnt really ever quote me. Anyway i took the bike home. They put air in the tires. Thats all i can figure they did. The seat was completely loose and the front and rear brakes were not functioning at all. The bike didnt stop. I called and asked if maybe they werent finished with the bike. The girl there gave me a bunch of excuses and blamed it on everyone else that worked there. The guy that took the bike shouldnt be allowed to diagnose problems or quote fix prices. Someone else should have called with a quote. I can just tighten the seat myself (didnt i just pay you 35$ to do that?) So she gave me the bike back all loosened up but it wasnt her fault even though she worked on it.Overall i got a refund and took the bike to johnny sprockets in andersonville. Those students dont have the experience to deal with the mistakes they make like adults.

Great bike rental! $ 18 per day, $ 40 per week against rip-off on the beaches. The girls were polite and didn’t even write off the money for the fact that we lost the wheel to the great one and tore off the brakes.
