Had an absolute dream come true finding the dress of my dreams! I was able to go with my 2 maid of honors and the staff and facility was very COVID conscious. There was beautiful natural lighting, the assistant (red curly hair) had my dresses ready, and was able to bring over other dresses based on how I was liking the dresses I was trying on. She was also really knowledgable and had great recommendations and brought up details and other things I wouldnt have thought of. Our appointment was officiant and they were able to show me a few veils/accessories as well. I came back the next day (easy to make appointment) and say yes to the dress.

My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress and send her the wrong color! We don’t have time to change it . She is so disappointed and very upset!

Kristen and her staff made my dress shopping experience everything I wanted it to be! They had prepared and reviewed my style board and had most of the answers to my questions ready to go. She totally understood what I would need to see, what fits would be the best, and what they had available on my short timeline. I definitely would not have gotten the right size dress had I not gone in to try things on! It was so nice to be able to confidently order my bridesmaids gown after a year with so much uncertainty.

If you werent planning to go bridesmaid dress shopping, change you mind - and go to Jenny Yoo! I went with a friend and it was SO fun! Not only did we fall in love with the velvet bridesmaid dresses, it was such a blast to see everything available and try on so many gorgeous gowns. The studio is beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

We loved our time at Jenny Yoo! It was amazing to go with my maid of honor and choose her gown! Our sales consultant was exceptional and took her time finding us pieces we loved. We chose something different than we would have on the website: if you are able, going in person was a great choice!

I am not a local bride, but my experience was absolutely amazing. Rebecca, the Chicago Showroom Assistant Manager, was incredibly helpful and made me feel confident in my dress purchase despite never trying on the dress I chose. While unconventional, I would definitely recommend working with Jenny Yoo Chicago--even if Im 12 hours away!

Dress was really pretty and might go back to purchase if I dont find anything else HOWEVER...sample dresses were filthy dirty!!! They wont let you browse because of covid but they claim its because all the dresses are cleaned between clients. Doubtful. Didnt try on the style with high neck because it was covered in make-up. The bottoms of the trains were tattered and black with dirt and debris. Dresses just kept out in the air so some were yellowed. Really gross.

Jenny Yoo was not our brides only dress shopping stop but it was the best experience. Rebecca took the time to listen to the bride, brought out some options, and we ended up with the perfect dress to top off a perfect wedding dress shopping experience. Rebecca was welcoming and accommodating. Their selection was amazing.

Jenny Yoo was so patient in helping us pick out our Annabelle dresses and all of their colors. The dresses looked so great on the girls!

I’m a solo shopper, and my dress will be worn at our elopement in the mountains (just the two of us, but hoping for awesome photos!). I was so fortunate to be booked with Rebecca; she listened intently to all of the details I was looking for in a dress, and helped me select gowns that matched my preferences.I know many, if not most, brides don’t usually dress shop or commit on their own, but to anyone scoping out options alone, having Rebecca to guide you is wonderful. Although I didn’t select my dress from Jenny Yoo, I’d absolutely recommend it to friends !

Jenny Yoo has stunning bridesmaids dresses! I ended up choosing a dress that could be styled 17 different ways. I appreciated how each bridesmaid was able to wear the dress that made her feel beautiful/was personalized. Ordering the dresses was a breeze and I loved the studio space in Chicago. The only minor hiccup we ran into was that the salon misplaced the measurements taken of each bridesmaid in person. They had to find a local seamstress and remeasure (we wanted accurate measurements). Otherwise, customer service was great! I highly recommend Jenny Yoo bridesmaid dresses!!

I had such a great experience with Kristen at Jenny Yoo and I found my DREAM wedding dress. It was the 2nd wedding dress I tried on and Kristen was very excited for me and helpful in the process. She gave me plenty of options according to my unique style preferences and was accommodating to the other 4 people in my group as well and helped incorporate their feedback. The only negative was that it was extremely hot in the showroom, but the hour and a half of heat was worth it. Thank you again Jenny Yoo and Kristen for making this experience so pleasant and EASY!! I cant wait to slip into my dress and walk down the aisle!

I had a great experience at Jenny Yoo. I worked with Kristen, who was extremely helpful and patient. She helped pick out options I wouldnt have thought to try on, and when I came back the next day without an appointment to try on the dress again, she was extremely accommodating. She also helped me think through and compare bridesmaid dress options. Jenny Yoos (and partner designers) dresses are beautiful and well-made, and the shopping experience at her showroom in Chicago is excellent. Highly recommend checking it out!

HUGE THANKS to Kristen who was absolutely lovely to work with and helped me find the perfect bridal dress. I went in for an initial try-on and then a follow-up with my mother and Kristen treated us with such respect, expertise, and creativity. Not only was she extremely practical and friendly, but she also really showed off her skills as a stylist by encouraging various styles and giving us different options. We ended up with a perfect look that was customized as Kristen offered a skirt solution when I mentioned I wished the bottom of the gown was fuller and brought it together by offering the option of a beaded sash. She answered all our questions very candidly and we appreciated her straightforwardness and attention during both our sessions. Jenny Yoos collection is quite affordable given the varying unique and modern looks, theres everything from dainty lace to big bold gowns and I highly recommend stopping by to try some things on. The dress I walked away with blew me away and as an Asian-American I am also happy that my bridal purchase was with an amazing designer of color. Thanks again Kristen!!!

Very helpful and friendly. My fiancée had a great experience trying on dresses, and the person helping us was very knowledgeable about the different styles and what would look best on her. Planning on going back and setting up an appointment for myself. Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. I had initially gone to another vendor that carried Jenny Yoo dresses but had an awful experience. So I decided to go directly through the designer. Completely worth the drive. We met with a couple of different saleswomen. They were both helpful, patient, and friendly. I even received courtesy phone calls letting me know which girls had yet to order by the deadline. Their dresses are beautiful and are flattering to every body type. We were also able to order the dresses with only four to the wedding and we received them at the end of the third, giving my girls time to alter if needed. If I could go back, Id get my dress there too.

I popped into the sample sale with a few of my bridesmaids. We quickly realized that we weren’t going to find anything there (no big, sample sales are known to be hit or miss). Since we were there we decided to take a look at the rest of the dresses. While only one caught my eye for my bridesmaids, I had a few questions about the dress. The girl working there couldn’t answer any of them. She had no idea how long the style of dress had been there, how long it may stay at the shop, if this style was available in any other cuts (I found out later online that it was). It just doesn’t seem worth the hassle of going back with all of my bridesmaids if this is the level of knowledge had by employees.

Beautiful dresses and amazing customer service. I didn’t say yes to the dress here but I was very close!

I had an incredible experience at Jenny Yoo for both of my appointments. Chloe did an incredible job pulling dresses, especially with pulling things I wouldnt have thought Id like. I ended up choosing a dress I wouldnt have expected to like. The dresses are gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Skip this shop. I would tell you who our salespersons were, but they never introduced themselves. Customer service is terrible. You fill out the questionnaire, but the information is not used. Our bride was cut with a clip. No apology. Horrible waste of time. Go somewhere else because it is not a good experience.

The saleswomen greeted our group very rudely and did not help us out very much at all. Just pulled a few dresses (didnt even clip them into place on my bridesmaids) and hurried us out of there, despite our generous budget for the dresses and pre-set appointment. All in all, I really was not pleased. Will be buying from another establishment.

The Jenny Yoo consultant I worked with at the Chicago location was great. Super friendly and helpful. Very sleek salon. Not a ton of selection in colors & styles; I thought theyd have more given it is just a JY store. Gave me a great little folder with fabric samples & reminders of the dresses we liked at the end of the appointment.Unfortunately the dress color we liked (the blush) looked like a bandaid in pictures...be warned!

If there was an option for no stars - that is what I would give this place. They make you feel so unwelcomed. The lady actually sat next to the door entrance to make sure we left and locked the door when we did. Its not like I was interested in the old lady dresses they had on display.

First off, the sales women at this location are fabulous. They will go out of their way to make sure every aspect of buying your dress goes flawlessly. And my dress (the Magnolia) was beautiful for my wedding, everyone commented on it.The only thing that soured me about the situation was that when I received my dress, there were a number of small snags in the overlaying tulle and some of the crystals were falling off of the bodice. I knew from the Jenny Yoo website that I could return the dress for a refund or an exchange but I also knew that this was the last size they had on their website and I still had to get the dress altered and fitted before my wedding. I opted to just have my seamstress deal with the small imperfections which she was able to hide.Additionally, I wrote them to let them know that they should have their warehouse check more thoroughly before they send out their inventory as most women expect a $1,500 purchase to be in pristine condition when it arrives - wedding dress or not.Maja Efendic, the director of sales, wrote me a very condescending response repeating their return policy and assuring me that their quality control team always checks the inventory. Well obviously they didnt in my case or I wouldnt be writing this review today.Jenny Yoo has beautiful gowns and they are quite affordable compared to some boutiques but be prepared to receive an item that is less than perfect when it is delivered.
