This is fashion Outlets Parada store product quality is not up to standard. The quality of this pair of Prada shoes is very poor and the sole is broken. I went to the manager of the store and asked them if they could solve the problem that I could not wear them any more, because of the quality problem. She told me that they were not responsible for any quality problem.

❣️PRADA quality .. Outlet PRICES!!!!..Love this PRADA OUTLET ..at Fashion outlets of Chicago, its located on the second floor at the corner by all the designer brands, The Sales associate at this location was very friendly and informative, I wanted to get a leather trench coat 🧥 😍.. (that trench coat was just perfection🤩 LOL) but unfortunately they wasn’t having it on my size and the sales associate offer me to call me when they will have it on stock again, she also told me that some items at this Prada location were Runway pieces so they are unique and they have them from older collections ....so when they re stock.. they most likely will not have the same items or collections, I find this so unique because you can get really awesome runway Designs pieces that none one has it!, ....for me this location it’s a treasure hunting, I love it 🥰! .... Super clean, Organized, Excellent customer service! And the prices wow, all on SALE!!!!.. I 100% recommend this🔺 PRADA location!!. 🔺

Ive shopped here twice and walked in and out without purchases about 10 visits: staff here are always nice and I never had an issue. Ive felt welcome and never felt pressured to buy anything. Personally, I prefer Prada over Gucci and YSL. Prada never made me feel unwanted. I will only spend my money with them.

If I could give ZERO starts I would go with that option. Worst experience ever. Ashley -Manager should take some classes for Customer Service. Waited over an hour in the line with my 10 mo daughter and 2 yr son to hear from the manager that she will not let us in because my 2 yrs old son did not want to wear a mask. Really????? We came for anniversary gift and you can let me in because of my child. ! Ashley- Manager told us YOU WAIST My TIME, without letting us come in.

I had a wonderful shopping experience. Amelia was very nice and attentive! She made our shopping experience enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable. Also, I Liked that the staff was not following us around but close enough to answer questions.

Prada needs to have more than 5 person in the store. As long as mask is on, 10 person is better than 5. Other outlet stores are having more than 5. It is ridiculous to wait outside more that an hour and only to spend 5 minutes inside the store

I was a regular customer there, this year I bought a jacket for 1200$ that was broken after few times wearing, I brought them jacket back and I asked for money back or new jacket, they said they only can send it for repair. So repair took 4 months, I’m already bought new jacket not from outlet for 2300$, cuz I’m afraid to buy something from outlet now. When they call me after 4 months they said my jacket is ready and I have to pay 95$ for repair, I don’t need this jacket from China that falling apart when you are walking. I could have repair in 1 week by myself for 95$ and this is insane that their Mexican worker ask me for more money, so amazing...

They only allow 5 due to state regulations. Yes, the store may be big but corporate looks out for employees as well as the customers. So personally thankful. Once youre inside, the employees are very nice, professional and understanding.The customers can complain but they dont complain once they go inside. In fact once they get inside they spend much more time in the store (makes them a hypocrite since they were the ones complaining about themselves) which then makes the ppl outside now mad.

Stephanie and her manager Ashley lack basic competence and don’t exhibit a level of customer service that I’d expect from a brand like Prada. I’d avoid this location at all cost. Know that you are able to purchase from other Prada outlet locations and they will ship your items to you.

The wait is ridiculous. 5 people capacity in a giant store where you can easily have 20 people and still social distance. Waited in line for an hour and still wasn’t in the store.

Today Im writing because of a policy that Prada has that is quite baffling in this day and time. While shopping at the outlet we found a excellent all around clutch purse that was thought to be of the high quality Prada is known for. Purchased and less then a week a defect as noticed. Returned it to Prada only to be told, by an associate, that a simple exchange was not a policy of Prada and that we would have to send the purse to a repair shop in New York (not available now due to COVID) and would take 6-8 weeks.I am all for having a nice 1 year warranty and a company repairing your item. I think thats great from Prada. What Im utterly in a sense of consternation is that less than a week a bag from a high end designer having a defect would not create a jolt in the companies staff to which they would want to solve at that very moment. That Prada wouldnt stand by its product and exchange this item. I mean I have $1000 plus shoes that get this right from Italian and British makers that do this better. Target does this better.At this point I can see coming back to Prada ever again if you purchase an item from them and under a week cant have a simple exchange. The rule of thumb is pretty much buy something in store, somethings wrong with it gets you 8 weeks of wait to actually enjoy what would have been a beautiful product. Unfortunately, Pradas beauty is only skin deep from my perspective.

I shopped here on Christmas Eve, but before I came I called the store on multiple occasions and no one ever answered the phone. I waited in line over an hour due to the 5 ppl max. Children are included in the 5. I purchased a men’s track suit, and if it wasn’t for the person really wanting this as a gift, I wouldn’t have waited in line at all. The store is colder inside than it is outside. My hands were freezing and I had to zip up my coat. My nose was starting to feel cold and I wasn’t in the men’s section long. The men’s section is colddddd!!! Poor employees, they’re freezing. The associate was very helpful and due to his suggestions the suit fit perfectly, so he’s keeping it, but the associate added to my bad experience at Prada. Aside from not answering the phone, the line, and the low temperature inside the store, there’s something else. The hoodie was $330 and the pants were $315. When the associate and I was at the register, he scanned both items and informed the pants were also $330, but they would honor the $315. Then he took the price tag off. The manager scanned the items and charged me $330 for both. The associate never informed her the pants were $315, so I was charged $15 more. I noticed when I returned home. Again, I tried to call and no one answered the phone. Anyway, I learned my lesson, Covid or no Covid, this is my last time shopping at this Prada outlet.

Worst customer service ever! Staff was unatentibe, forgetful to customers request and very chatty among themselves while customers are waiting for a requested size. The staff acted very uppetie. The store also had a very limited selection of sizes. I had a very bad experience and so did the people in the 3 hour line behind me.

Excellent customer service! Husband received excellent service in the men’s area and my SA in the woman’s area was just as awesome! The girl who checked us out was also very sweet and nice! Not sure why people are saying they don’t have outlet prices, when they do! We saved about $800 on our purchase! Will be back again!

Terrible customer service. No one assisted me for 30mins. One staff near me just watching and texting his smartphone, chilling with another staff. Finally, one man asked what i need so he called women staff, however, she just got call without any notice. The manager was the only staff who helped me. Thank you so much guys to make my day horrible.

A bunch of wannabe snooty employees standing around acting like they are above it all. There are usually more employees than shoppers in there. I guess when people of color come in, they get in a dither and pile up in the area you are in watching like a hawk. It’s actually pathetic and sad commentary

The store manager ( Julia ) is extremely rude and impolite with customers, she is far behind the minimum standards of customer service, prada has to work better on hiring quality staff. Wall mart staff has better service standards than this. 👎🏻👎🏻

The manager is extremely rude, paid almost $350 for a pair of white tennis shoes, wanted to change the shoes to a smaller size, had the shoes for one day, wore them at home. The manager argued saying the shoes were worn outside saying there was a scratch on the shoes, which was there at the moment of purchase.Customer service from the manager is terrible.

Worst customer service. They will cheat on the sizes and tell you this style runs small/big as a ridiculous excuse. I was stupid cuz I trusted the sales associate and never thought he brought me the wrong size. Please stay away this store or you need to double check everything. The management are not able to handle any hassles.

The customer service is bad at this location. Most of the sales staff is rude and they whisper about the customers. The red-headed manager is not about customer service at all and someone needs to remind her she works in retail. If it wasnt for the merchandise Id give it zero stars.
