The staff are extremely rude off professional and a manager approves of it. Perfect example I went in there I went to go make a purchase done one of the guys seen a veteran in uniform and was very unprofessional said to to the guy Halloween is not until tomorrow while the veteran was at the checkout buying a costume for his son and was very upset by the statement.The manager said that he was sorry but issue was not taken care but the cashier was Hispanic which gives no reason for his actions. NOTE: MY WIFE IS PART BLACK AND LATINA AND I DONT CARE ABOUT THE RACE INDIVIDUAL, NOR THERE ORENTATION CAUSE I TREAT EVERYONE WITH EQUAL RESPECT AND BEING IN REAL MILITARY UNIFORM AND NO LONGER HAVETO SERVE FOR THE US AND IT REALLY MAKES INDIVIDUALS WONDER ABOUT THIS YOUNGER GENERATION AND WHAT THIS GENERATION & WORLD IS COMING TO AND THIS GENERATION NEEDS TO WAKE UP.

It was spacious with a lot of options for everyone to choose from. The staff was very helpful with customers in finding what they wanted. Reasonable prices

Theyre closing in 6 days after Halloween so we went to check out some of the things they still had ( they told us they had a sale when we went in most of the prices on the like none pricey items were the same prices so we head to the door and left

I spoke with someone over the phone about a certain costume before driving there and he said it was in stock but I get to the store it was not. Only had a few costumes and they were all way too overpriced. I would not recommend here, especially for childrens costumes.

Good place to visit for Halloween costumes with various choices but if your looking for popular brand costumes for this year you wont find many (examples: Among us, Fortnite, ect.)

The Ford City location of this place is absolutely terrible and let me tell you why. The costume that I purchased was absolutely uncomfortable and when I mean uncomfortable I mean this thing made the body feel itchy after a while as well as it gave me a reaction of sorts. After 3 days of holding on to it I brought it back and was instantly cut off at the door by an employee who said to not waste my time because they didn’t do refunds. Mind you I had called earlier and asked if they did returns and they told me yes as long as it was before the 26th of the month. It was the 15th and only had the costume for 3 days. Afterwards the employee proceeded to show me a sign that read that yes, exchanges could be made before a certain date and then also pointed out that items could be returned within 14 days of purchase. This didn’t make sense. Part 2 came when he suggested I exchange the costume for another one if I wanted to and when I asked if the costume that I purchased was less than the one I owned would I owe the difference he also said no. I would either have to buy more accessories in the store to sum up the total of the costume or they would keep the difference. That was RIDICULOUS! Why would I want to buy things that I didn’t need? I walked out and said I’d follow up with corporate but have yet to hear anything from them. I say shop elsewhere over getting robbed by Halloween Land.

Great service the young lady that works there was so helpful.

They started having arts & crafts events for kids and I was pregnant last year so instead Id take my nieces & little sister. Face painting, trivia and Halloween bingo. Theyd last 2 hours and I was just happy that my girls were not on the tablet or watching tv. This year same thing and Im able to bring my daughter and have these memories with her. Gives us a chance to interact with other kids from the community. Halloween only comes one time a year, I say WHY NOT! HalloweenLand is a ok on my book!

They really didnt have much toys for kids 11yrs

Ive worked at Halloween land in 2016 when I say DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE or APPLY FOR A JOB!! THEY ARE RACIST and they are BIG TIME LIERS!! they do not care about their employees and will get upset and try to fire you if you dont do everyone elses job,When your only getting paid $8.75 to do just YOUR JOB!! The store is VERY MESSY AND UNORGANIZED!! A lot of the items they have are very old and torn..some items that are pictured on the bag are not the actual costume inside.. Their prices are BEYOND RIDICULOUS!! They will try to take advantage of the younger emploees and they will try to cut your check short without you knowing so be careful👌. ALSO one of the store managers called my house a total of 3 times in one day just to talk to MY MOTHER and COMPLAIN about my review. Michael also said in so many words that if a job calls him about me he will say some very nasty things about me if this review is not removed.. Do your research on these jobs before you apply.. #LessonLearned🙌💯

I drive for 45 minutes to get here from norridge to find out they closed earlier than advertised. I got here at 8:35 pm, they close at 9pm. The doors are locked and nobody inside. Extremely pissed.
