Used them twice to buy some out of the normal currency, super fast delivery and the prices were better than others i could find. will use them again

The best part is that they match the rate so you don’t have to travel around the city. Their exceptional customer service team has found rates better than what my bank even offered.

Some foreign currency exchanges Ive been to remind me of a Harolds Chicken Shack on the West Side, you have to slide your money under a thick bulletproof glass while youre keeping an eye out behind you for a thief. Not so here. Very pleasant surroundings, courteous and efficient service, and an exchange rate thats perfectly fine. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and very honest and helpful. They buy a wide range of currencies that other places do not, offer better purchasing rates and have a very small exchange fee. Their website offer discounts as well.

Can’t recommend this place. Rates are poor and when I showed them a better rate they didn’t want to match.

This little spot is super convenient. I placed an order over the phone, and my currency was there the next day! Very friendly service and better rates than I found elsewhere. Its right off Michigan Avenue. Ill definitely use them again.

Really easy to find, right inside the information desk. All the clerks were very friendly and super willing to help me out with my exchange. I did a lot of rate comparison before I left for Europe and this place had the best rates! I will most definitely exchange with them again!!

Friendly service but they gave me British pound notes that were out of date and havent been accepted in the UK for nearly two years! Pretty disgraceful for an exchange company.I ended up having to use dollars in Cuba (which you have to pay a penalty for) and asking my sister to take the notes to a UK bank which is the only place you can now receive credit for them.

Awful market rate. They do not use the end-of-day rates from the previous day. They pick their own market rate and pocket the difference, even if their exchange fees are low.

False advertising at its finest. They dont offer the best rate, then say they will match the rate. In theory that sound great. You give them the rate and the name of the business tell them thats with the fees, then they complain its too low and say they can only match local businesses down town. Ravenswood isnt that far..... bucktown is closer to Ravenswood. Never go here. Montrose/ Ravenswood exchange is the spot! Highly recommend them, beat the price by 6 cents a euro.

They are not fair.

We changed 1000 euros for 1015 dollars. They took $ 150 commission ... its abused. In addition you have to go around the building 20 times to understand that it is in the shopping center ... it is very badly indicated.
